Wrong Number

Has anyone ever tried to call this comcast store? I can't understand why the number they post is not for the store! It is directly to comcast, where the hold time is between 18 and 26 minutes, just to find out if this store is still open> I hate comcast!

Late fee

Bill due Monday 1/20, my day off. I go to pay, they are closed. On a Monday. Go figure. I look @ website, it says hours of operation 8:00am-7:00pm. Kool, I'll pay when I get off work next day @ 6:00, I can be there by 6:20. I drive there, the door says they close @ 6:00. Hmmmm. Next day, I go on lunch break instead of eating. They charge me a $10.02 late fee. WTF?!!! Bad business practice.

Have made 4 (four!) trips to return equipment

Recently canceled Comcast, and had a set top box and remote (never used, because it did not work when I originally got it). First, I made two trips to the location given to me by "customer support", to an address near the Big Chicken in Marietta.

Recently, I made one trip to the Cadillac Pky location on Saturday, after being told their hours were 9-5 on Saturday. Of course they were closed. Not deterred, I returned the following Monday 1-20-14..and they were closed for MLK day!!!! You can't find out by calling Comcast

We are moving, and trying to drop off the box. With snow storm on the way, we called the local Annapolis MD office to see if they will be open---and there is no local phone. (Of course, the folks on the toll free line were useless.) This is NOT a step forward.

Store hours

Looked online for store hours. One site I found said they closed at 3pm on Saturday only to get there at 1:15 to find they are closed. Door business hour states close at 1pm Saturday. I didn't think I would have to look up different sites to determine closing time. Just wish they would give out correct information online. I would also like to see them open a little earlier than 10am at least a couple days a week.

Buyer Beware

I cancelled my service with Comcast at the beginning of September. I had prepaid a month in advance because they like to be paid for services not yet rendered. I paid approximately $180 and was told that would be a credit on my account and would be refunded. They sent me a box with a prepaid UPS label to return my equipment, which I did and have verification it was signed for at Comcast. Now they tell me that although they signed for it, they can't find it and refuse to refund my $180 until they locate it. They also have an "Equipment Recovery" company sending me letters telling me I either pay for the equipment or sign back up with Comcast and then I won't have to pay for it. THEY SIGNED FOR IT. I HAVE PROOF. I think they count on people giving up and just letting them keep the money. I have contacted the BBB and am now going to start a Facebook page so that other people will know what happens if you get involved with these people.

This is a terrible office, I would give it a negative star if I could. The hours listed are incorrect, they open at 930am. The wait is never under 45 minutes and has on occassion taken me over 90 minutes. The front desk employees are slow and indifferent. I have never had a good front office experience in over 16 years as a customer. The bad thing is this is the best provider in our city. Pathetic.

Left WOW (Knology) after years of good customer service for a promotional price with Comcast. I am shocked at how pitiful the customer service is with this company. When it works the service is arguably better than Wow but the leadership of the company needs to be dismissed and a culture of caring customer service installed. They should be ashamed.

I had great customer service. That being said, I returned one cable box b/c we were cutting down. Later in the day I realized the box in my house was not working. Comcast had deactivated the wrong box. This was on a Saturday and by the time I realized it the center was closed. This is not a problem that can be fixed on the phone. The center is open for 30 minutes per day and I cannot return until the weekend. So now I am paying for a service I cannot use.

Luckily for me, 3 hours prior to this, I had already set up my appointment to switch to Verizon.

Someone opened up a Comcast account w/my name at an address I never lived at. I called them and they refused to give me a copy of the bill!!!!! If I am the customer and you claim I owe you money, why would you refuse to give me a bill???? After I called a million more times, they told me I had to come in to get the bill they couldn't send it to me any other way!!!! All while this is effecting my credit because they say I owe $300 on this bogus account. When in the world does Comcast let anyone get close to owing them $300 before shutting off there cable??!! I'd love to see who signed for this account and was making pmts on it. I guarantee after I wait for 3 hrs in line they'll refuse to give me any of that info - although they claim it's my account. Worth waiting

In spite of what the other 2 reviews say, I feel the people working this location know what they are doing and are well worth the wait. Generally, every time I call the 800 #, I get someone that simply reads the prompts to help you fix your problem. Yes it's plugged in, yes I rebooted, no it still doesn't work! Here, they fix the problem the first time. Sure you have to wait in line, but would you rather wait on hold, not get any closer to fixing the problem, and then have to wait for a technician to show up in a 2 hr window?

"Too big for their britches"

As a "loyal customer" I have the pleasure of paying 224.00 per month for expanded HD basic cable plus HBO, phone and internet. I now have the exact same channel set up through another company for 55.00 a month. When all of my promotions run out I will be paying 80.00 a month I will keep my internet from Comcast and still only pay 110.00 a month after all is said and done. Comcast is defenetly getting the too big to fail mentality and gouging their customers. Also, anytime you try to pay a bill at this location it takes 30-45 minutes because Comcast is too greedy to allow more than 2 employees on shift at a time. I have witnessed the abuse that these employees have had to endure an it is totally inappropriate.

It's impossible to get thru to customer service! The phone system is simply cycles forever... I was erroneously charged after I disconnected from the services and paid my final bill. I received yet another bill with the balance. Since I couldn't get thru to the customer service, I had to go the the West Palm Beach office... They agreed that the charge was for the device that I didn't rent from them!! They said I don't owe Comcast anything... I received another bill in 1 month!!! Again, I couldn't even get thru to the customer service phone line...

I agree that this location no longer exists. However the real problem is not the erroneous listing. The bigger problem is that there is NO Noblesville Comcast office. It is terrible customer service to make Noblesville people wait for 30 to 60 minutes at a small and overwhelmed NE Indianapolis office! They also closed the Fishers office. This is obviously a strategy to make it as painful as possible to get service at one of the few remaining offices in order to save money and discourage people from bothering them at their offices. IT SUCKS! They need customer service lessons from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Review for: Comcast in Leesburg, VA

construction damage

Comcast is doing work on Chauncey Lane in Leesburg. When the small backhoe was here last week, they drove over a rectangular utility cover in the ground and broke it. I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to report this to Comcast. The two numbers on the hangtag they left on my front door got me nowhere. Fianlly got through to someone but will be interested to see if there is a replacement arranged for. Not very hopeful.

as always, comcast disappoints

I went to this location to return damaged equipment, and got there at 5:55,and they close at 6:00. The man shut the door and locked it in my face and says rudely, "we're closed".All this after fighting rush hour traffic. Comcast is not out to help their customers , that's for sure. I am now definitely changing providers!!!

all i have to say is if you have Comcast you should drop them. I've been trying for 2 weeks now getting a technicians screwup fixed... it apparently is not going to happen.. mi getting a outsourced person who can barley speak English who is going to pass the buck and was going to give me another number ta call...no...you will transfer me so i do not go to the end of the line...looks like i will be going with another service for cable, net and phone...Comcast has piss por service

Bait and switch

I went o this office to complain about an error in my bill. They told me they could reduce my charges. When I got my bill they slammed me for set p charges, etc. that cost more then my old bill. Totally unethical office. Be extremely careful or you will be ripped off like I was.
