I tried to call the westfield office directly. Everytime I was booted into the main customer call center. After 4 minutes with automated frustration they were useless. They could not transfer me. This is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. All I wanted to know was whether they had a replacement modem in their inventory before I waste 30 mins driving there. Especially since their incompetence is the reason I never received a new one in th mail to begin with
