don't answer the phone???
I tried repeatedly to call today and NEVER wa able to connect to a human, and was cut off each time by the machine. UGH! Looking into FIOS! How hard is it for a phone service provider to have the phones answered?

Bad Service
The ladies sitting at the front needs to go back to training. They are very rude. They said "if you don't like Comcast service you can switch to another provider." Thanks for that, I did that, and I am happy now.
construction damage
Comcast is doing work on Chauncey Lane in Leesburg. When the small backhoe was here last week, they drove over a rectangular utility cover in the ground and broke it. I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to report this to Comcast. The two numbers on the hangtag they left on my front door got me nowhere. Fianlly got through to someone but will be interested to see if there is a replacement arranged for. Not very hopeful.
