As a convenience to Los Banos customers and surrounding Towns the hours from 10am to 1pm would be appreciated since this is a commuter suburb at least your company can try and see if it is serving the needs of our community.

Too bad

I had comcast internet only. Received a call from comcast offering tv. They charged me $15 to send tv box to my home, but when tried to activate was bad, thats why I came here. I had 98 people in front of me. Took 3 hours for the tv box to be changed... and when came home the second one was bad too. Now I had to drop both services from comcast because no way going back to this place!!

long wait, but great customer service

I wasn't going to give this a good review because the wait was a bit long, but after my name was called, I realized why. The customer service is exceptional & the staff take their time to make sure the customer is completely satisfied & understands all of the options available. Not only did I have all of my questions answered, but I was also given information on how to use the internet service more efficiently. I used to be an AT&T customer, but they never explained anything that really mattered. Comcast did. I've gotten all of my family to switch now, and they all agree that this company is well worth it. Plus, I now get all the channels that I love to watch, where as with AT&T, I only got a select few. I also pay less for this service & have so much more. The internet connection is the best & I'm kicking myself for not switching sooner. Keep up the good work Comcast!

Poor Customer Service

I am overly frustrated with Comcast's lack of customer service. They were extremely unhelpful to me and at times were actually rude. I too was connected to multiple representatives, after spending insane amounts of time on hold, and they still kept passing me off to someone else. I couldn't understand many of the representatives either due to strong accents. Not helpful! I switched to DirecTV and will never use comcast again.

worst experience

Called 4 days earlier to set up an appointment for today. Called after the tech was supposed to be here. Was told "We have no record of an app.for my house but i can come by the local office to pick up equipment and i can be up and running in a few monutes`45 min.in line. Half. Hr. To install two boxes and a modem Two hrs.on the phone for supposed support still no tv and was told it could take up to 24hrs.for the boxes to be associated to my account. If this is not a load of horse shit i dont know what is. I would be run out of town if my business ran that way. I will be in that same line tomorrow to drop there crap off.What a waste of my life to have to deal with such a crappy company.

false advertisement

This company can never ever do what is advertised. They can't cancel, move, register, any service like the commercials show. They can't make anything happen ever as they say they can after you spend hours on the phone w them. You will always have to call again. Plus you have to use other number options to get past"system having tech dificulties" n disconnection. in the end you will still pay a bill for this service!

Customer service

I hardly ever write reviews because I like to give people as much grace as possible. However, the mount pleasant Comcast has pushed me beyond my limits. Every single time I go into the building it takes me at least an hour of waiting in line even when there are only 3 or 4 people in front of me. The employees always look like you are bothering them and that they could care less to be there. I am finally able to cancel our Comcast cable and Internet because we are moving into an area with more options and I could not be more happy about it! I am tired of wasting so much time without getting any help and still having random hidden costs that no employee can ever explain to me. If you are looking into Comcast and have other options I would STRONGLY suggest you go elsewhere. Not worth the hassle and they have a lot of random blackouts as well. Hope this helps.

you would think a company deeply rooted in communication would have a website, or a human being , perhaps a recording or maybe smoke signals to let me know if they are open for counter business on a Holiday. I was told 3 times by the 800 goofs yes,but they were just looking at the same generic posting I found. PLEASE update for SPECFIC closing dates. Go to Meteonet!

So glad to be saying goodbye to Comcast and headed for Meteonet. However even in leaving Comcast is going to insist one king my life difficult. I'm sitting in my car in the parking lot outside of Comcast on Creasy Lane. Why? Because every place I can find an "hours of operation" says the store opens at 9:00. However I get here and the sign on the door says the store opens at 9:00. Just try to find this information on comcast's website! When I called to inquire about this I found myself in a hold cue that was one hour and twelve minutes long! I tried some other routes to get into a faster cue and eventually got through to a live human being. However this person could not tell me the official store hours without getting my name phone number and last four digits of my soc! Sound familiar? Yah and while I'm sitting here I watched 20-30 disgruntled people come and go all under the impression the store opened at 9!

Not bad

When I walked in today, I expected the worst. Lines wrapped around the building, people screaming, etc.

Instead, I was pleasantly surprised at the calm atmosphere in a spacious, air-conditioned room. According to the roll slip, I had 20 people ahead of me, but I only had to wait for around 25 minutes, which is pretty impressive. Lady who helped me was extremely polite and accommodating. My first time going to a comcast office in 7 years of use, but won't be the last. Satisfied.

Something is broken when every day there is such a line where you wait for 30+ mins. At least govt offices where you have similar waits have chairs. Poor young pregnant gal next to me sat on the floor. She asked if she could use the bathroom and was told no.

I have to go back and I'd rather have a root canal. Really.

LINES TOO LONG!!!!!!!!

The last tome my wife and I were in the Ssvannah Georgia Comcast office was to return some equipment. The one line was terribly long! I counted over 50 people in that small lobby area. Around two additional people per minute were coming in for the hour and a half that we waited in line. Comcast needs to expand their facilities in Chatham County Georgia to accommodate the growing population of this area.

I feel like I'm at the social security office except there is no place to sit but the floor. I've struggled with my service since January, internet/wifi, phone and cable. After an hour on the phone I was finally told to take my equipment back and exchange it. I've been waiting for quite some time to get service. One heard all about employees called in such, surgeries, etc. I personally don't care why comcast is unable to provide quality service at their stores. I'm currently looking at other options to spend 239.00 a month. Wonder if they will kick us out when its closing time. Tick tock

My husband and I just came home after pickingg up a new HD cable box at the Clippert office. We are an older couple,by no means stupid just inexperienced about new technolgy. Horrible, just plain horrible

Normally I'm not one to write a review, but when some place sucks as bad as this place people need to know. Do not get service from comcast in the Rutherford county area. I don't know why, but I had service with them for a year and all I can say is that I've had problems from the start. From customer service to installation to receiving new hardware everything has gone wrong and everyone in this office seriously needs to be fired and comcast needs better hiring practices when is come to whom they hire. They can't get it together and never will if something isn't done.

I have been having an issue with one of my main cable boxes for about 2 months now. The times for the technicians are very far out (3days) and during work hrs...was told I could burn my gas out and take it to nearest office or have one shipped and get charged 9.99 then still have to return the bad one...In the mean time I'm being accused of having an extra box and have been getting charged 1.99 since jan 2013. No credits for disruption, but only a foreigner who I barely understand reading a scripted apology...this service is poor and too expensive!

I've been with Comcast for a yr now and am ready to turn in my box and get rid of it. I've been to three "comcas t" stations and been told "we only issue the setup you'll have to go somewhere else to return it". One of the three locations wasn't even Comcast, it was frontier(great help in there!!). Its getting mailed back in a box to say the least. I should've know this wasn't a very organized company when I got the wrong remote for the box the first time and had to revisit. I also got charged an installation charge after I installed it! Go elsewhere if possible

First off it opens at 930 not 830 as the hrs say above. When I got there the rep inside pointed to the sign when I knocked on the window. I can't wait to go back to verizon, much more pleasant and better equipment. I've dealt with comcast on several occassions and I don't care for their racist attitude. There I said it. Its true. If your black they will bend over backwards for you. If your white, good luck with getting anything other than short answer and major attitude. Comcast has the worst customer service! 25 minutes in line.. line never moved. They were going to ship the converter to me for $10. Decided to spend $10 in gas to wait in line for NOTHING!! Had to leave and have it shipped anyway. Something that should be free ended up costing me my lunch, gas and pissed me off completely. Every time I call its 45mins and I still have to go to the store to explain because the girls answering the phone wont type in notes on the account. Not to mention 2 months waiting for a booster that the small truck does not install but the "one with a bucket" has to come. The cable is in the ground on my corner! Finally got an answer..."no offices in Urbana so was given an address in Champaign, I asked for a ph # so I could verify that office was actually there & open, I asked if # would get me the local office & was told yes, but that # just led back to voice mail that said all operators busy & would call back..ofcourse they did not.

The customer service is slow and inadequate for the amt of people that need service at this site on federal highway . There were over 50 people waiting when I arrived only 4 out of 6 lanes were open For the amt of customers at this site All the lanes should be open ! My box malfunctioned and I had to wait over an hour to exchange a box. Comcast has a monopoly over the cable business in south Florida. Customers pay large amts of money for service. The customer service is slow and inadequate and arranging for someone to come to your house cant be any sooner than 48 hrs. In a world that runs on cable , internet etc the wait should not be this long. Your commercials tell us how you are the best and we should use you because of this but you are not the best when it comes to service. I am a customer for over 20 years -Comcast cares nothing for their customers once they have them

Don't Even Deserve a Star!

Let me just say, Comcast has the WORST customer service around. And what's worse is that they don't even care. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with them, and for what? Only for my issue to NOT BE resolved. And they weren't going to be able to have someone out to my house for TWO WEEKS. TWO WEEKS?!? That would make a total of THREE WEEKS without service. yeah, what about those bills going up for no reason? For 3 months I was laid up with an injury at my sister's apartment & Comcast doubled my bill. I wasn't using tv or net at all. Hard to know whether I should take the 2 buses & brave the crowds & bad service at the only Comcast store in SF, or wait on the phone to order the new equipment and then wait 8 hours inside my apartment in case UPS comes to deliver it....

Over the past two days I've spent as many hours with several Comcast representatives who were absolutely worthless when it came to answering my questions. Either they don't know what their doing, or they're working in some foreign call center (can't understand them to save one's life). Also, the local call centers do not have local numbers, so I'm going to have to drive all the way across town to get some answers to my questions. I'm about ready to jettison Comcast. This level of service is really appalling.

Long Waiting Time

This center had 7 stations but only 3 open when I first got there and about 50 to 60 people waiting. After about 1 hour they opened 2 more. I spent almost 2 hours waiting there to try and correct a problem of being charged for equipment that I owned and that Comcast was trying to charge me for. This center might have been remodeled but still has poor customer service and is undermanned. Plan on waiting a long time if you have to go there!

The location on chapel st in new haven ct is one of the worst locations ever. The tellers are very rude and there are never enough people working to meet the needs of the patrons. Comcast is so highly overrated they say they have deals but their competition you can spend $30 and you get more channels that package here is $70 +$10 each on premium channels do the math ...disgusted

Extremely poor service

We have been without a phone since June 11th after repeated assurances that our service will be transferred. Not true. After technician finally came, phone and internet were disconnected instead of connected. We are still trying to get service.

No regard for the customer. No owernership of their mistakes.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I attempted to return a modem box to the Kendall location at SW.117th Avenue and I waited for over 25 minutes. When I inquired about what more would I have to wait they told me about 45 minutes. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! There should not be ANY wait involved in returning a box and getting a receipt for it. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL!!!!!

Actually, as much as I dislike Comcast, the Malone St store was quite all right when I went by to pick up my extra Comcast box. The test will be tomorrow when I bring back this box (it didn't work - dead!) AND ASK for my service re the box to store when they give me the working comcast box. We'll see! Paula M.

VERY POOR

I put my Internet service on vacation hold. When I tried to start it, I could not get through to a live person. I went through MANY prompts and then was up on hold. I sat a listened to silence for a LONG time and finally gave up. I guess when I get home, I will have to go to an office and see if they can help me.

They need more workers where u pay ur bill and pick up boxes . I had to wait in line for 35 mins. I think that's pretty bad. Especially if your elderly. They have 6 Windows but only 2 people working. That's kinda crazy on Comcast side. I have stood here n line and watched 12 or more people just walk out .

After trying for a week to get a failing channel box to work properly using electronic signals sent by comcast, I asked them to replace the channel box, the comcast solution was for me to bring them the box on my day off. Wrong answer - it's time for me to spend the $200 a month that I spend on comcast somewhere else.

Worst service ever

My first entry mysteriously disappeared so Iam making a second entry. The service received at this facility was so poor that I will likely never return to this branch. The service rep was unable or unwilling to assist with providing adequate info about services or products needed to update my system. I was sent away with a bag of products, cables and instructions and told that I could connect everything on my own. To Comcast's credit, I was able to call the toll free number and schedulel someone to come to my home to help and provide proper assistance.
