My husband and I just came home after pickingg up a new HD cable box at the Clippert office. We are an older couple,by no means stupid just inexperienced about new technolgy. Service representaive P50 was rude and impatient when asked about devices, cables and charges.We left the office pretty upset. Maybe she is having a bad day but it was only 11:02 am.
