Horrible customer service
I went to this location twice to get an digital adapter and they said they were out of them both times! When I told them of the trouble I've hand and that I may have to switch services, they said go ahead.

VERY POOR
I put my Internet service on vacation hold. When I tried to start it, I could not get through to a live person. I went through MANY prompts and then was up on hold. I sat a listened to silence for a LONG time and finally gave up. I guess when I get home, I will have to go to an office and see if they can help me.
