Comcast is highway robbery, Charges are added daily without warning
terrible service
Worse service the phone fades in and out, the internet has to be rebooted often, and I've have their service for over 10years and they never offered me a free channel. Not to mention my bill was extremely high and different just about every month.
no in-store phone # says something; sneaky price rises
yeah, what about those bills going up for no reason? For 3 months I was laid up with an injury at my sister's apartment & Comcast doubled my bill. I wasn't using tv or net at all. Hard to know whether I should take the 2 buses & brave the crowds & bad service at the only Comcast store in SF, or wait on the phone to order the new equipment and then wait 8 hours inside my apartment in case UPS comes to deliver it....
Customer service.. THE WORST EVER
Awful!!!!! The WORSE customer service I have ever dealt with. To bad, such an awesome city to have such a terrible cable company. DISH IS THE WAY TO GO!!! 200 hundred more channels & half the price, not to mention the monthly bill is always the same & doesn't go up EVERY MONTH FOR NO REASON!!!
