HORRIBLE! Comcast just lost our business. The line was long. Employee didn't care about her job much less what we were there for. Rudest people ever! No wonder this location doesn't have a listed phone number. Comcast needs to train their employees on customer service.
Comcast lines are too long they go up on my bill every other month the equipment does not work as good a lot of people I know switch to DISH. and. DIREC TV I might do the same
This location every day of the week is always crowded, you have to wait in line literally thirty minutes just to get help to pay your bill or other concerns. They should have more people in their booths, maximum only two booths open and theres four booths altogether. We are there customers, so maybe they shouldn't have us waiting for so long.
