After receiving multiple times false information about how to return my equipment I finally reached some on the phone somewhere in the Utah area. Kaitlin was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, wanted to hang up on me and did not accept that I wanted to speak to a Manager, since this issue has not been solved since weeks now.
searching all over, got an address, denied a phone number to call, waiting 30 mins on phone...must be a better company, better service,, going shopping for a replacement now
Something is broken when every day there is such a line where you wait for 30+ mins. At least govt offices where you have similar waits have chairs. Poor young pregnant gal next to me sat on the floor. She asked if she could use the bathroom and was told no.
I have to go back and I'd rather have a root canal. Really.
I feel like I'm at the social security office except there is no place to sit but the floor. I've struggled with my service since January, internet/wifi, phone and cable. After an hour on the phone I was finally told to take my equipment back and exchange it. I've been waiting for quite some time to get service. One heard all about employees called in such, surgeries, etc. I personally don't care why comcast is unable to provide quality service at their stores. I'm currently looking at other options to spend 239.00 a month. Wonder if they will kick us out when its closing time. Tick tock
