This company sucks. It is nearly impossible to get technical help and their employees do not care. Not any direct phone numbers so when you get disconnected, you have to start over. It happens all the time. The small one-person local office has short hours and treats you like a pest most of the time. Competition in the cable business is BADLY needed. That might fix all these problems.
