Right now I have a home business and it is very difficult for me to switch gears. I agree that customer service is HORRID and they are always manipulating you when you are on support to 'upgrade' your service. The customer service reps in Lebanon are rude and combative. A horrid place. If you can avoid business with Comcast out of Lebanon you should!
