I had the rudest customer service experience from a twenty-something representative. She accused me of not knowing my telephone number (used to identify subscribers) twice when she mis-keyed the number. I gave her a written account number and she told me to read it to her because "she doesn't have her glasses". Clearly, Comcasts needs to raise their service standards.
