No surprise that Comcast customer service is yet again lacking. Even trying to cancel service is inconvenient. The hours posted for this office are apparently incorrect. After arriving at 9:15 (hours posted online are 9:00-6:00), the office door lists 10:00 as opening time. Thankfully this will be the last time we will wait for Comcast!
