I am at my wits end dealing with comcast. Only had them 5 months and I have been on the phone with them more than my own family. I would say 1 out of 20 comcast employees I have talked to have been helpful. BUT I STILL HAVE NO CABLE. NO WORKING BOX and Im on # 3. This is crazy. If this 3rd box they send me dont work they just lost a cumstomer for sure.
