I ordered my pizza from the pizza hut in Sandersville,GA at the kaolin plaza and was expecting it to be ready when I arrived. It was ready but it was in a bag and cold because they thought my pizza was still cooking. I was upset when I got home to have a dinner with my family and when we start eating a cold pizza. It was hard and nasty and I was not pleased with what they had given me. We are dedicated customers and try and eat it once a week and maybe if it was warm when I got it then maybe it would have tasted better. The leftovers went to my dogs because it was so nasty. Thanks and I would love if you would do something to make the pizza better.

horrible horrible horrible

Forth time in a row. i ordered fron cap st. claire annapolis MD, the only reason becausemy daughter loved the pizza hut pizza when we were in another country. I ALWAYS ask easy on sauce..they NEVER listen. I dpnt know whatis so hard to understand. i tried to make myself clear again and again and the guy was annoyed but still thats what we got today.An extremely saucy cold pizza with almost no cheese. called them back..there was no.manager on duty.My kids are unable to sleep tonight since they are hungry just because they are so nauseus after eating that saucy pizza which they tried their best to eat since thats what they wanted. I AM MAD..its 1am and im writing this review..

Terrible Service

For the past two weeks I have ordered pizza from Pizza Hut Macon, Ga. Houston Ave. The first week I had placed a internet order and they gave me a pick-up time of 6:32 p.m. when I arrived at 6:45 p.m. the pizza was not ready. I waited 55 extra minutes before I received my pizza.

The next week I ordered a pizza and the internet gave me a time of 6:40 p.m. and I arrived at 7:00 p.m. I did not get my pizza until 7:40 p.m. I asked to speak to a manager and they asked me which one? that there were three on duty. Finally, one manager came and I explained what happen and she said that they do not have control over internet orders because they are routed. This is crazy! how can you conduct business when you can't give the customer a reasonable answer. I will be using PaPa Johns from now on.

Baaaad service Verona pa

I order pizza and Wings twice in allegheny river plaza Scott took my order and said 20 min is ready so after 30 min I get there he apologize and make wait for another half hour so after all this I pay him and check my order that was horrible my wing wasn't well done like I repeat him more than 3 times so they just said in sorry that wasn't nice there all

bad delivery service

i live in a very small town in tennessee and every time i have ordered pizza from pizza hut for delivery it always comes about a hour or longer and its cold and taste like its old. i only live about 3 miles from the store. my last order placed i was sitting inside the store and was watching while it was made and it still took them one hour to deliver it to my home. it sat on the oven for 25 min before it was cut and boxed, them it sat in that red bag on a rack for another 15 min before the driver left with it. this is poor business in my book.. i think dominoes might do better... i think a couple of free pizzas should be offered to me or my money refunded to me

freezing to death

My husband and I went 15 miles out of our way to eat at the Pizza hut in Byron, Ga. When we got there we sat down to eat a the buffet we were told to go a head and the waitress would bring our drinks. We fix our plates ( by the way this was at 11:30 in the morning) I asked the server if she could turn off the a/c and was told she would check. We finished our lunch it was below 60 in the building. When I said something to the cashier she told me that it was to hot in the kitchen and they like it that way. I will NEVER go back and I wont eat at another Pizza Hut. I spent my last money at a place where I froze even with a coat on and she also said the no one else was complaining HELL no there was no one else in the place and I know why.

Absolute Confusion

unbelieveable....been ordering from the same location for about three years they dont deliver to my subdivision anymore...which is interesting cause I heard one of the employees say when asked...we deliver to the subdivision across the the location in a nearby city they say...I did and guess what they don't deliver here either ....interesting...substandard customer service ...been a faithful Pizza Hut customer for many years ....that ended today....

No Cash No Carry

My fiance went to store #012861 in Keizer, OR 97303. Katy with 3 hoops sticking out of her lower lip was the cashier when fiance went in to pay. He handed her my debit card and was promptly asked for his I.D. to see if last names were the same. He said they were not and they refused my card and he had to pay with cash that luckily he happened to have. He has used my card there before plus a million other places. And this is the first time this has ever happened. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, do you know what it takes to get me in the car for a 2 minute drive to prove its my card? And Katy had phone number and address from orders in the past and could of called to confirm he could use the card. There was absolutely no attempts to fix the situation. My fiances family is very large and love me dearly, and do not look kindly on anyone that treats me with disrespect. So you have now lost some very good customers, as my family will spread this information like wild fire. If its policy its policy, but how can it be policy if it isn't done every time?

Rude manager

I came in to order a pizza at the Pizza Hut on Harrison in Shawnee Oklahoma yesterday and the manager Tina was yelling at one of her young employees in front of everyone. I had to walk out what bad management!!!

Bad location

Twice this week have ordered from the same location and both were really bad and after years as a customer I will no longer order from them as customer service and satisfaction seems to be low on the list.

No SAuce REally

I placed an order for pickup for an overstuffed pizza.I get home with it 22 miles away and were eating it not good tastes wrong!! It had no sauce and barely any cheese.We call up to report a BOGUS PIZZA and they said they would put a replacement on the phone number acct for next time to receive a new one. Well 2 days later I order for that pizza and the replacement pizza doesnt EXIST in the system and the manager argued with me .REALLY!! i have no pizza

Really ??

It all started when I was calling to place an order and it went to the call center. the call center took my order and told me he couldn't find the coupon that came out in today's newspaper. he told me hold on I must transfer you to somebody that can help you. then the phone went to complete static worse than a fax machine sounds. I called back and every time I called continuously got the static on the other end. I called competitor place my order with them with no problems I call back to be nice and make sure my order was canceled and this time the local office on Milgen road picks up and informs me they didn't show any order and what would i like. Told Her I had already placed an order with someone else and that I was pretty upset she said well I'm sorry when we get busy orders go to our call center and we were busy. okay well I'm still not happy i said.she said I'm sorry have a good night.

lost customer

tonite we ordered a pizza called a double stuff. we got it home ,and tried to eat it, it was so dry,we opened it up and it had very little contents,and no sause it was like eating to pieces of crust, the ads on the tv,are never available at our pizza hut. we ended throwing it away,just waisted 15 dollars. i would like to receive my money back. i think you should be ashamed to put this pie on the market.thank you

keller,texas store on keller parkway

Ordered online put creditcard number in wrong accidentally hit wrong diget. store called to let us know it had been declined. So made it easier to just pay in cash. finally the pizza boy got here. Made a point to ask hin was everything here. We ordered a big box dinner w bread sticks and wings a two pizzas w a 2 liter dr. pepper. The young man assured me everything was there they were just out of boxes. so took pizzas and went straight to our kitchen and guess what there was no bread sticks. so got straight on the phone to complain and ket them know. They told me when they get around to it they would bring breadsticks. so i asked if they could send something extra since it was there mistake and the gentleman said like what i said another 2 liter dr. pepper and he said yes. so after 40minutes we got our bread sticks and a twenty oz dr. pepper. so i called to complain once again and asked for the manger and found out his name was craig and told him about my order and told him about the two litter and he let me. know quick that he sent the 20 oz. and atleast he sent something. ALSO THE FREAKING BREAD STICKS WERE COLD AND TONIGHT WS THE LAST. TIME I WILL USE. YOU GUYS. THERE ARE PLENTY MORE PIZZAS COMPANYS. THEY. HAD THE WORST SERVICE EVER ANd worst customer service skills i have ever experienced.

frustrating experance

i just spent 20 minutes trying to order a pizza in cape coral fl. first the online ordering system does not work,second the store that knows this address will nor deliver here and the store that does deliver here does not know how to find our address despite having delivered here before. i finally got tired of waiting and asked to speak to the manager. after what seemed like a long wait a polite young man came on,unfortunately, i could not understand hut can run their stores as they please but domonos has gained a customer.
