This sow has been closed done for already a year now. Their customer service was horrible anyhow. There's sui many thieves around this town that the store employees began treating even regular customers as drug addict thieves. Would give negative 5 stars or no stars if I could.

JC Penny cares

The JC Penny's in Augusta, GA is awesome! There were very helpful employees throughout the store. The young man that worked in a totally different department did not mind helping me find my son the right size jeans and the ladies behind the counter also direct me where the great deals were for my daughter. Thank You JC Penny's!

Extra Special Customer Service

I am extremely happy with the extrodinary customer service that I have receved at my local JC Penny's store here in Alb., NM. Also know that when they have a sale the customer always comes out on top with more for a small amount of money.

Want to know why I am not getting my Birthday Certificates?

I have two credit cards shop at your store at least once a week if not more sometimes. I had my Visa, and other credit cards linked to the two JC penny cards because I was told that they would all work conjointly. Now being told that this is not true. I would appreciate your honoring what I was told and giving me my 2 birthday cards as I have spent lots of money at your store and through the mail. J.C. Penney's Customer Service in Alabaster, AL 35007

Customer Service for J.C. Penney's in Alabaster, AL 35007 has never resolved one single issue for me. I always take whatever I am having a problem with back to the store and have the in house Customer Service to help and they are really good. I suppose it could have something to do with the store being smaller.

Incompetent Customer Service

My problems are too numerous to go into detail, but suffice to say, I am completely frustrated by the total lack of knowledge by anyone answering the 800 number. I am currently still trying to get someone at JCP to actually solve my problem. So far nothing but falsehoods and disingenuous apologies.

For generations, Christians have sung "Do You Hear What I Hear?" to celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. To hear you corrupt that beautiful carol in order to sell your products is so offensive I cannot find enough CLEAN ways to express myself. I will NEVER set foot in another one of your stores and I will beg all my family, friends and acquaintances to follow my lead. If you are so unoriginal in your advertising dept. that you need to use other people's talents, the least you can do is stick with the non-religious songs.

I received an email supposedly from J.C. Penney Co., suggesting items I should buy, mostly very expensive. The contents were written in "Penney's red letters" and looked very genuine. However I contacted Penney's office and they did NOT send this to me. Be on the lookout for these imposters!

Open Thanksgiving-Really!!!

Ladies/Gentlemen: I was very disapointed to hear that J C Penny stores will be open Thanksgiving Day. Our forefathers set aside this day to be thankful to God for the Belssings that he bestowed upon this nation. Your corporate greediness to be open Thanksgiving is apparent to me. I will no longer shop at J. C. Penny.

Homecoming Dresses!

I took my freshman (14.5 years old) out to buy a homecoming dress & your store was our first stop. We left with her sobbing and completely demoralized. She is well endowed and a bit chubby and the homecoming dresses only went to a size 13. She needed one size up from that. What is wrong with the designers & the stores like you who think every girl is stick thin and flat chested? You need to carry a bigger variety of sizes in these specialty dresses!

Your Optical dept in Gainesville Fl needs to have 24 hr service. I can get same prices elswhere with same day service. Pennys not convenient for working people.

Will No Longer Shop Here

I have recently purchased new living room furniture from jcp. I had been a long time, loyal customer of jcp and very excited about this purchase. That said, it is extremely disappointing to say that this has been one of the worst experiences. I would never recommend to anyone buying furniture from here. The lack of knowledge and the unprofessional manner of the jcp customer service department is appalling. Not only did I have to reschedule delivery two times due to the incompetency of customer service reps not knowing delivery days, since the 3rd scheduled delivery day, my shipment is over two weeks late. I have had to contact jcp on the status of my order. Not ONE customer service representative has called me to update me on anything. I have spoken to numerous representatives, promising to call back and give status updates - not one has followed through. They have now just realized they have "lost" my furniture in shipment. Buyers beware - this is a decision you will regret.
