horrible things

I rented three movies and have been charged 37.00 on my card called them they said they will refund the money and the next day a 8.60 charge and a 6.40 charge..called customer service and they said must be your bank they will never get my money again

Forgot to put the DVD in the return case. Redbox charges 1.34 for a replacement case, which you need to return the DVD. They keep your money and the case. They don't accept your packaged return. Worse, the rep has a take it of leave it attitude. Stick to streaming.

Customer Service

I have to say the call wait time was rough, However the ability to solve the problem of the movies I rented being stolen was quick and very pleasurable . I have always enjoyed doing business with Red box and will continue to do so.. Thank you red box for all your help..

More Redbox locations Please!

The customer service is great! Every issue is always resolved. There need to be more red box locations due to when I go to the box to look for a certain movie the movie usually rented already.

Problems getting a hold of a customer service rep.

In the beginning a problem was solved quick and efficiently. Now it will take you a long wait time to even be able to get a problem resolved.

Not pleased

Returned twi movies over a year ago they say I owe for them, i called three times trying to get this resolved was told it was and when I called there was no notes of any of my calls! They must not want my business

only one bad movie

Good price for movies. rented one movie in Myrtle Beach and it would not play without skipping. We called CS and they gave us free movies.

I rented a movie with a promo Code . When I went to grab movie it sucked it back in . I called customer service they answered quickly and we're patient with me being worried that I might be charged for movie for no telling how long and I didn't want to give my card number to her so she could check on it cuz I dint feel comfortable So she asked for zip code and my name to tell me I wasn't charged and I could still use my promocode .

money takers

every time I return the movies I get the email saying already take them but they never charge the nights after two or 3 days after I have return them I been losing money every time I rent one of them ....

It's alright

They never seem to have good movies anymore and keep raising the prices. It's nice to do every once in awhile but I just downloaded VuDu and its pretty awesome.

movie didn't finish off at the end couldn't watch the end that was awful the customer service person apologize to me about the problem says she would credit my account back then she said she would also give me codes for my next visit to the red box then said ok have a good night and then that's it im really disappointed in how that turned out

I am being charged for movies on my card that I returned the day after I rented them.

I returned both of the movies I rented the very next day after renting them. And just now I go to pull money off my card to pay bills and what its not there, I am being charged $55.44 for movies that are already returned.....I want my money back!!!!!

How easy to use

If and that is a big your DVD is available to rent. Close eyes and hope that you get the one that you are wanting..after you have received the one you wanted make sure the DVD is in box correct. 8out10 you get over charged for some reason.

horrible service they cant even help you

the screen at the location does not work so we were not able to put in the email address correctly and its not working for the past month only; waited 10 min for a representative he answers said he cant help and burps loudly like a pig; are you serious what kind of people are these?
