Worst customer service in history they charged me for two movies that never came out of the kiosk then wouldn't give me a refund for the rental price then tried to make me pay 60 something dollars for the two movies claiming that I never returned them. How am I supposed to return something I never borrowed?
I received the wrong movie and called customer service and made it right.
Rented movie, the wrong one came out. Cannot even get an answer on phone at customer service. Unsatisfied
I signed up for the free rental every month texted to my phone in a promo code, went down to redbox today to use the promo code before it expired and it told me that the promo code was invalid. I got home and called customer service and they fixed the problem right away.
couldn't reach customer service but rented at the Lakewood Blvd location in Holland MI. The disc was so badly damaged that we couldn't even get past scene 2 this has happened before and we're close to discontinuing to rent from Redbox after having this happen on 4 previous movies. Your inventory is turning to junk
Signed up for the text promo code for a free rental, began to hear bad reviews regarding the offer so I stopped using it but didn't cancel. Used it recently and was charged anyway for a rental. Called Redbox who said the promo code was unused (heard this line twice last year) and they would reverse the charge after offering free rentals (Yes, they lowered the resolution offer) while they tried to make me feel like a schmuck for calling in the first place. I canceled the free rental text as the service is far from free.
online rental using special code for movie only to look foolish trying to retrieve it don't charge my account for nothing.....
