My wife purchased a white, 7.5 ft. Christmas tree at target. Some bulbs were out so I returned to store to find that Target does NOT carry those bulbs. Question? Why carry something that you cannot provide service for?

My Pharmacist

I am a customer of the Target Store Pharmacy On Delaware Avenue in Buffalo new York. My Pharmacist Helen is the best I have ever encountered she is cheerful hard working and treats me like she is truly interested in my wellness always willing to answer my questions.

Scam in the cashier electronic department

Im victim of cashier in the electronic department after the bank research they find out that it is cashback,the cashier take money from my account after purchase small amount.i complain to their store i show my receipt but they are not approachable i hope they did some action about's ridiculous.

Redcard service is very disappointing

Horrible service. Called three times and every time was told everything was ok no worry. But the problem was never solved regarding red card payment. It ended up with an overdue payment, which is not my fault and I cant make online payment!

I have never used their customer service but I shop there often. Target store on Rodeo road Santa Fe NM. Mixed feelongs. Some employees could not care less and some are really pleasant and helpful. Yesterday though I heard one seemingly high up Manager tell the security guard it was his last day and was joyful and another time a cashier started to whine to me about his long shift. Seems like there are recently some very unhappy employees. Of course I think there is a generation out there who feels they should be paid for doing nothing.But if I can avoid the miserable employees and the full of themselves managers and just get my shopping done, the products are good.

the worst order experiance

i pre-ordered an item from target that would com with a free item, well long story short the sent the free item with the label that was supposed to be on the item i paid for and i still dont have the one i paid for it says it was delivered i had two tracking numbers called customer service got hung up on a few time out of country call center and then they say they cant do anything until after a few weeks what a joke never order or go to target...

Worst Pharmacy

Rude, belligerent, puts strange pills in our prescriptions and is nonchalant when we tell them, refuses to fill anything they do not approve of. Worst store ever in Victoria, TX

large size womans clothing

As a mother of six and on a budget of time,and money I may no longer shop at Target. They have removed large size woman's clothing and if I can't do all my shopping in one place here I can at Walmart

Fantastic Service

I would like to give my compliments to a employee by the name of Terrence at your Target in Waterbury, CT. He was very polite and accomodating regarding the problem I had with a gift card and solved my dilemma quickly. I have really never had a bad experience in this Target. They are right there when you need help in any department.

fraud - thieves

target charged me 3 times! only 1 of the transactions were refunded .. target still owes me for another one ... i went to target and the mgr was like what do you want me to do about it, deal with it with your bank & dispute it .. said he could not refund me the other transaction even when i showed him my bank acct print out and the bank gave me a stamped & signed print out showing they screwed up. cashier was more concerned about it and whether other customers had the same thing happen to them, the mgr was just dispute it with your bank. so what turned out to be $100+ transaction turned into a $300+ transaction! i want the rest of my $$ back!!!

Gift Cards Law - whatever!!!!!

I went in to the Target store located in Plano Texas on the North Dallas Toll Road and Park because I needed to purchase 20 $100 Target Visa Gift Cards for a work function. Had the coporate check made out directly to Target for the exact amount, plus the activation fees on each one. Target refused to sell more than 5 gift cards at a time. They state its a federal law that you can only purchase 5 gift cards per person per day. Really? I can't find the federal law anywhere about this and find this really hard to believe. Too bad for you Target as I took the corporate check I had and voided it and went to Walmart where they didn't have a problem selling me the 20 gift cards at one time. I will not shop at Target ever again. Too bad you lost a shopper and the revenue of $2,000. Idiots!!!!
