Pizza Hut Customer Service

I live. 6 miles from the closest Pizza Hut the second closest Pizza Hut is 7 miles away explain to me why neither one of them deliver to my location. This wax the straw that broke the camels back unfortunately me and the 56 pop warner football players will eat papa john (who is 10 miles away and literally went out of their way to deliver) I will never attempt to order another pizza from here as long as I breath. The customer service representatives literally got attitude with me and the one in White House Tennessee literally hung up on me. All I ask for is a little respect. Unfortunately for Pizza Hut this hasn't been the only two locations to deliver subpar service.

My husband and I decided to eat at pizza hut. we got the dinner for two. The salad was disgusting. about 40 minutes after getting the salad I finally asked the server if we can just have our pizza (by the way... 1 med. pep. pizza) to go. It took another 20 mins before we got it. I will admit the phone was ringing off the hook so I assume they had a lot of orders. However, we were the only people "eating in" the restaurant. we usually just order to go and never actually "eat in"... so, I guess from now on we will stick to that.

I order our pizza from Pizza Hut in Grovetown GA. and I notice that they seem to be putting less sauce and items around the outside of the pizza. Now on a large pizza it is only dough for about 2-3 inches all around the outside. So we get less pizza for the cost of a large one. But not to worry. There is a new Poppa Johns in town to call and a Domino's so all's not lost.

This is just another time when I've ordered a pizza and I've gone online to use a coupon only to be told that this coupon is NOT valid at this store. Why even have coupons if you cannot use them. I'm once again disappointed in my overall experience with pizza hut.

The pizza hut in Havana, Fl. delivered my order along with an order of wings i did not order my grandson did not know this and ate some then 20-30 minutes the driver came back and demanded payment. This was a mistake on the store not my mistake but I paid for it after deducting tip I had given her. This was terrible service will not be ordering again and will not ever order again and will encourage everyone else to avoid pizza hut.

The pizza hut on 10300 south and Redwood road in Utah is very bad. They take over an hour and a half to deliver an order and then it is cold and soggy. When you call them the manager doesn't care. I have had this happen to me twice in the last month and I will never go back to Pizza Hut. The food quality is very bad.

The pizza hut manager in Hiawatha Kansas calls the employee's bitches and they are noisy and very unprofessional to customers, They ignore the customers and they end up walking out cause they can't get waited on.

6/3/14 called the Pierre SD Pizza Hut. Wanted to order $8.99 box and they were out then the associate on the phone tells me that they are out of breadsticks . So my question is what are they selling I'm not a happy camper I guess we will be calling dominos

Whoever decided to put your ad up in the center of the screen during the All Star Race should be fired. Pizza Hut/Yumi will never get another nickle from anyone in this family. We will never recommend Pizza Hut again.

employees are suppose to wash there hands and wear gloves while preparing meals. one employee was picking her nose wiped the snot on her uniform and continued to make pizza and did not wash her hands nor put on gloves that's patty suppose to be a manager ,,this place needs shut down 5th ave Huntington wv

Today 4/12/2014 at 7:43 pm I ordered a Large meat lovers pan pizza for my sister whose blind. I was told the pizza would arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. Called back to the store and was told the pizza was on the way. It is now 10:42 pm and still no pizza. Tried to call again to just cancel the order and no answer. What type of business would do this to a customer that orders all the time. Need to get better employee for this job. I will drive to another city 17 miles away before I order from this store again.

Order was wrong, delivery driver tried to give me 2 different wrong orders. I sent them all back, when I called store was not offered my correct order, he even said he could not refund back my money. No food, no refund. He gave me in store credit on my account, under the assumption I am going to deal with that horse shit again. Totally unacceptable!

Order was wrong. Payment was wrong and managers at wikson, nc location were beyond rude. Cant find a legit phone number or email to contact anyone in charge!!! Never deal with that franchise again. And cant submit a complaint without giving them a FALSE star on review. So wrong!

when I got pizza from pizza hut it had roches crawling on it and it was just nasty

The local store is about a mile from my home. I place an order, they explain its about an hour for delivery. I say ok. A hour and a half later, I call to check on my order. I'm told it should be delivered in about 15 minutes. It's now over 2 hours. Finally the order arrives. The pizza is cold and hard and not even what I ordered. I am so disgusted with pizza hut and will never order from them again. Not to mention the children had to eat something else so they could get to bed. This is not acceptable from a company this size. How can you wright this wrong ???

I recently ordered a family box with two medium pizzas, breadsticks, and pasta. The pizza had no toppings on any of the edges or corners..... Wont be ordering from pizza hut in camden, ar unless you can get your moneys worth..I

Trying to get pizza delivered to our home which is a fairly new subdivision. 3 stores within 10 min and all said no. Extremely rude manager, Tom at the Fenton Mo store. Pizza Hut, you lose our business for good.

on Nov. 27,2013 I ordered pizza''s on line.There was a gliche in the system that was sending orders to the wrong store. As of Dec.6 I have not been issued a refund! I want my moeny back! Have been getting the run around!

We ordered pizza through PHD (Pizza Hut Delivery) at Cinere (Jakarta, Indonesia) tonight (Dec.1, 2013; 20:05). There were no information or updates until we called several time asking about our order. There was no explanation until we received our order at 22:00. Our family may not take order from Pizza Hut anymore. We are dissapointed with your service.

I was disgusted with you guys for letting Tony Rohr go. I have had it with these companies that are open on Christmas and Thanksgiving. Then they back Republican thugs and say they are Christian. LOL!!!! I hope Pizza Huts CEo is enjoying his family and the bird.
