Not impressed

I tripped on a plastic baling strip that was in the aisle at my Horseheads, NY store injuring my hand, knees and thigh. Filed report with the manager who assured me I would hear from "headquarters". Spoke with someone on the phone last week who gave me a number to contact her personally, but I got another person unrelated to Aldi's when calling this number. After 1 week, I have heard nothing from Aldi's or their insurance carrier. So, now I have to make another trip to Aldi's to get information!!! Due to their negligence, I lost time from work and have had much pain and suffering!!! Terrible that I cannot get hold of someone at my local store to help other than driving up there!

cozy coupes/ bath scale

I was able to track down these items from calling ALDI's customer service which in return located and saved these items for 24 hrs in a store near me. I have always been very pleased with products and prices. Thank you ALDI

Cust. Service

I called cust. service to find out if an item was available at my Frisco, Texas store and couldn't have been more pleased with the service. The very nice lady I spoke with called the store and put the item on hold for me. Yes....not having the store phone number so you can call the store directly is a pain.....but as long as the cust. service folks are helpful I'm okay with it.

Phone Number

I recently fell on grapes in Aldi and the next day, in pain, I had no way to contact anyone to find out where to go to get Medical Attention. Outside of the horrendous expletives going thru my head, I can just say this is the absolute WORST custormer experience yet. I wasn't even told by the store manager where to seek medical attention should the need arose. Will probably be suing!!!

They don't seem to care

In all honesty, the people working just seem to drag around. I can understand not wanting to be at work, but a smile and a hi, how ya doing, is necessary. Especially, in customer service.

Just a response, not an answer!

I sent an email to customer service in regards to the Mature Skin Lacura Moisturizer (the pink jar) they used to have. I got an email back stating they don't carry the product anymore because it wasn't selling well. This person obviously did NO research. In my area, I have 2 Aldi stores where I shop Ashland, KY and Huntington, WV. My daughter uses one in the Lincolnton, NC area and my mother shops at Rowlett, TX. We all discovered that if we did not get this product the day it arrived in the store then it would likely be sold out! I would like to get the product back...loved it!

No Telephone Number

I have shopped several Aldi's and have never had a problem neither have I noticed that the telephone number for the store was not printed on my receipt. Tonight I shopped at your location 1794 GA Highway 138 Conyers Ga, I bought 2 nectarines, 3 peaches, and 3 plums. I got billed for 3 peaches, 2 eggplants and 2 peaches, I was going to call the store manger and ask them to check with their cashier Monica to be for sure she knew the difference between plums and eggplants and peaches and nectarines and how to count. I looked at my receipt for their number it was not there I was surprised I thought all businesses put their number on it, I thought I would quickly go to the web and get their number and I could not find a number for them. My question is why?? I thought communication was a huge part of customer service.

GREAT Customer Service!

Although I too found it strange to not be able to locate local store phone numbers, I called the corporate office as I was trying to locate a store in my area with a specific product in stock. The corporate rep located the item for me, called the closest store with stock, and had them hold it for me. GREAT service in my opinion! Saved me driving all over creation to locate it.

Purchased A rotten Item-CANT call the STORE

Aldi- local Customer Service--does not seem to be accessible. Only a corporate# that is closed. NO # for customers to call. A phone# can help to alert YOU guys if there is bad produce or products that need to be removed from the shelves- I just purchased a very rotted melon that can only be noticed once it is sliced to serve!
