Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Can't reach anyone by phone. If you have an issue, they want you to send an email. I'd rather pay more money for an item and be treated well than to get a bargain and be treated poorly.

No telephone number for customers !

I think it is terrible and not very thoughtful to provide numbers for customers to reach your stores. Customers may have questions about your items and may want to save their trips. It is terrible that the numbers are not accessible to us. We are the customers and I thought customers are first. We need numbers to the stores!

AWESOME!

l love shopping at Aldi, l also heard its the best grocery store to work for, reasonable starting pay. l love the way the store plan are set, all items within easy reach. Stores always clean and tidy, smilling, helpful cashiers not the stressed out cashiers l normally see in the other so called big supermarkets. l have submitted my application, l can not wait to be a part of the theme, so l can help make Aldi even a better place to shop for groceries. l live in the Fort Worth area. Get in touch, HIRE ME, Thanks.

WOW

I will never shop here again. After asking the cashier to please use the basket I had, so I didn't have to move my 3 year old, she gave me the ugliest and direst look ever. She then never spoke to me after that. Ill take my service somewhere else. Im sorry I bothered her.

No phone number listed anywhere

I lost my spare key to my car somewhere today. One of my stops was ALDIs in a very busy area about 15 miles from my home. Was able to check other stops. Could not believe no number listed on receipt or in the yellow pages or ad. Will have to make a special trip tomorrow. Poor business practice!

great service

I was looking for an arbor that had been a weekly special a few weeks back. My Aldi no longer had any so I called the corporate number and spoke with a very pleasant rep who actually called several locations for me. He was able to locate a store that still had an arbor and they put it aside for me.

HOW ABOUT A PHONE NUMBER????

I shop at Aldi several times a week and go to two different locations depending on what other errands I have that day. Today I wanted to call both locations to find out which one (if either) still had one of the special buy products from this week. There is NOWHERE online that give a phone number for Aldi. I think this is really bad customer service and plan to speak to a manager next time I am there.

pleased

I called corporate to ask for number of Decatur Il Aldi. They said they could not give it to me but asked if they could help me. I told them that I wanted to know if they still had an item advertised in Sunday's Paper. She told me to hold and she would call them and find out. She came back on line and said they had 6 left and would put aside one for me to pick up later in the day. How very nice of them.

tallaght store citywest

Staff can be friendly and helpful but found your security man very offensive , chased me down the store over a shopping basket. I was only putting my shopping in the car and it wasn't the fact that he asked for the basket but the manner and attitude in which he approached me. Was very annoyed leaving the store and don't think I would wish to return no matter how much cheaper your stock is.

food poisoned

I was food poisoned last night from a supreme pizza from Aldi. I cannot get a hold of anyone to report this. I am worried about other customers. I have looked for phone numbers in the white pages, yellow pages, and online. I made a report to the health department because I couldn't get a hold of anyone at Aldi. I would think that Aldi would want their customers to be able to report food poisoning. This could really be dangerous to an elderly person. Other than this one incident, I love Aldi. I would still shop there.

It ain't no Trader Joe!!!

I went to Aldi in Hudson NY for the first time and was UNDERWHELMED. I don't mind shopping without frills at all but this place was like walking into a stark puzzle. I appreciate organization but this was cold and VERY uninviting, like a warehouse for government surplus foods. No phone contact to the store is the final deal breaker for me. The employees were eager to help to the point of discomfort and I felt they were highly Conditioned Robots, lacking personality and sincerity. Kind of like the REAL employees of Trader Joe but on Steroids.

Phone Numbers

We here in the United States are used to being able to find and call a store to check on the availability of a product. I think its STUPID not to be able to call the store to check on a product. Why drive 5 miles to be told we are sold out.
