No local Telephone Number

I got double charged for an item last night and wanted to call and notify them that I will come back in the store sometime in the future when it is convenient for me; but, was very surprised to find there is no telephone number to call the local store! As tight as people are with there money, it does not make sense to spend $10 worth of gas to save $1.99

unsatisfied customer

My husband purchased two packages of your chicken tenderloins (Kirkwood). Both packages were loaded with white "tendons" and were unable to be cut up for a recipe. We were very disappointed with this product and spent $8-$10 total! We have never had any compliants with any other product from your store and shop there regularly. Please reimburse us for this so we can use it toward our next shopping experience with another product. Thank you for your time.

unable to reach local store and frustrated

Totally agree with previous customer; they are fast, BUT they do make mistakes! I bought a manager's special and was charged FULL PRICE! Unacceptable of the store to not mark the correct price on the special priced item. I have to travel a distance to my local ALDIs so it is very inconvenient and costly to have to travel back to the store for their mistake.

reaching location

I find it distressing that there is no local telephone numbers listed to reach an ALDI market. I bought an item today and when I came home it was $1.10 more than the posted price. I am partially disabled and it it not easy to chase around to shop and then have to make corrections. Your checkers are nice but fast and there is no time to look over a list after shopping. Be a good steward in your city and make it easy to reach your stores!!!

new Rockwall store

We have been anxiously awaiting your new Rockwall, Tx store. The Rowlett store is too far and we can only go occasionally, so please let me know when the new store will open. We go by every Saturday, but not open so we go down to Krogers. Love your store!

All fruit ripens

Malcom, ALL fruit ripens off the plant except Pineapple. You simply bought a type of pear which is supposed to be/stay hard. Next time, feel the fruit a little and you'll know better. Don't blame Aldi. I've always found them to be very nice, helpful and petty remarks about "greenhouses" and harried cashiers are quite probably a reaction to the buyer. Not saying I agree, but, not worth giving them an unsatisfactory rating.

Review of Fresh Pears Purchased Locally

Hi: I purchased several packages of fresh pears locally here in Austn, Mn. I took two back when I complained to the manager that they did not ripen and become eatable! He graciously replaced two packages. Those two packages have not ripened either to the point that they are eatable. I had one this evening and he was still crunchy after three weeks of sitting ont he kitchen counter. I purchased five packages of four pears each when they were on sale. I still have most of them left since most are as hard as bricks. What can I do to get them to ripen?

No phone

I did my shopping as every week on Friday 19, 2012 on DelRay Beach, Florida. Unfortunately I did not realize I had miscounted the pounds of ground turkey a got. The cashier asked me how many in the bag, { I get a big amount every week and she, as always, was VERY in a hurry}, I wanted to get 16 but apparently I only got 14. NO PHONE TO CALL AND CORRECT THIS MISTAKE AND I LIVE ALMOST 20 MILES FROM THE STORE!!!!!!!!! i'M ONLY GOING BACK TO DELRAY ON TUESDAY. WHAT DO I DO. NO PHONE. BIGGGGG MISTAKE OF ALDI
