Aldi Customer Service

I think its sad that you dont hav a number to call for issues. I brough tortilla chips from your store and they were full of grease in the bag.. I could not call the store to report it. Dont know if there is something wrong whit them,could not call the store to check what you have on your shehf , it could be a matter of life or death...this is not a good policy...

Horrible policy not having a local number. I purchased some bad lobster from the store and just simply wanted to call ahead of time. I will go in and deal with the staff while they are busy. Im sure they would have appreciated a heads up prior to me coming in with a complaint that im going to give in front of other customers that are in line!

I went to he aldi's on 117th and burleigh. I had bought a knife set, but was given a nicer one. I took it back, had no receipt. The clerk was so nice about it and just gave me my money back. She'd remembered me from the day before. It seem so many places I shop customer service doesn't exist because employees act like they have no vested interest in you coming back. At Aldi's I always feel like they like working there and they like me shopping there.

Got food poisoning yesterday from the onion rings. I will be taking my son to the er today because he won't stop vomiting and I have agonizing stomach cramps. Saving a few bucks isn't worth this.

I drove about 20 miles to local Aldi .When I got home found I had been overchargegd.ibegan to look for phone number could not find one had to drive back to resolve issue BIG SAVING THAT WAS

No phone number or customer service. Paid for items didn't get out of store with me but I can't call anyone to ask if items were turned in or what my next step is. Need phone numbers and customer service.

hi I have been there so many time for grocery but most of the time they r out of so many things like vegetables n fruits and if u found some left over they r in bad condition and not organized. they need to improves there services.

So I called 411 to get the number for the aldi on suburban Ave by my house and the guy said that he could not find the number I wanted so I said we should start a petition to get aldi to list the number for all the store so people don't have to waste gasoline driving to the store just to see if they are open on holidays or at least list the holiday hours on the website also

I refuse to shop here even tho i have been a customer for years.I am shocked to hear aldi uses horse meat in some of there meats that makes me never wanna go there again.

I know that you typically don't have many employees working at once at any given store, but a local phone number to be able to call with a question would be nice. Before I drive past other grocery stores all the way to Aldi, I want to find out if the specific item that I'm interested in is in stock. If it's not, then I might as well buy what I need at a closer store. I tried calling the 630 number listed for all of the Chicagoland stores at about 4:30 p.m. on a weekday only to find out that there is no one there at 4:30. That's a complete strikeout on "customer service." Plain and simple, you don't offer any.

I did like the prices for the food at this restaurant due to my budgeting these days. But overall it was an ok experience, i wouldnt really say it was the worst place to eat.

I have been a customer of Aldis in Warsaw for over 30 years and I have always found the workers there very kind who seem to care about doing a good job and are kind. However in last past few visits I have found 3 different of the cashiers very unfriendly. They have broken many of the items I wanted to get. They have made complaints to me about checking my items through. I spend quit a bit of money in this store. I do not appreciate being treated this way. I don't understand why there cashiers are so unfriendly to there customers? I am very disappointed in this store. I think I wish have to shop at Meijers from now on.

I wsih I could have called the Lebanon, Indiana Aldi store direc,t but am disappointed that you do not have telephone numbers listed. I bought over $130 worth of groceries on Saturday, 11/9/13 at Aldi Store #50, Lebanon, IN for my son who lives there. Among many other items, I purchased two (2) 18 Dbl. Rolls of bath tissue. In reviewing my receipt, I was charged for three (3) 18 Dbl. Rolls of bath tissue. I would like to send my son by the store to pick up the the third 18 Dbl. Rolls that I DID NOT not receive but paid for.

I wish you displayed the phone numbers for your locations.

No customer service. My only complaint. But a HUGE one.

Very friendly customer service. Very fast service. They do not carry top brands, off brands mostly. But most important inexpensive very clean also
