Walmart Customer Service

Since Wal Mart has decided to no longer carry ammo I have decided to no longer shop there. I too, am sick of how they come into small towns and drive small businesses out. Then they stop carrying the products that those small business owners carried! You want to cave to Obama... go ahead! I guess you'll be looking for a bail out soon, get in line with everyone else that has bought his crap...hook ...line and sinker!

We are hearing Walmarts is no longer going to restock on ammunition, and probably other things, a sportsman, farmer, rancher might need. Walmarts has been slipping along, sewing supplies, plumbing supplies, your handling less and less of what we need. Your out for the buck, instead of being handy for a lot more things. You have put most others out of business, then you leave us high and dry. We need to start shying away from you guys, and help what little guys are left. Lyle Lathem Quinlan, TX

I would like you too know I got 300 piece guaranted value assorted cutlery set. suppose to have 100 of each fork ,knives, spoons, i got 100 forks , 100 spoons and 6 knives. no i am not happy about this. Also shopping at your waldorf md store. The people( emplo) in alot of dept, yell across the store to each other, I for one am not there to hear about the week, how the kids are , and most of all where is you. So, sad . please let them know this is unexceptable in any store. if noting is done soon I will shop some where else. see I know my money is good anywhere. thank you

While shopping WalMart, Danvers, Ma. store, I was in the kitchen supply aisle when I saw two little boys playing with a display. I do not think it is a good idea to display knives...as they were on a shelf in the Butcher Block style slots and the boys were playing with the knives. The male figure who was with them didn't say anything, and I told the boys not to play with the knives. I find this to be a very inappropriate and dangerous display to have on the shelf!! I do hope you will correct this.

I want to commend an employee by the name of Antonio Garcia at the Walmart Store in Espanola, NM 87532. I happened to be at the Walmart Store late into the evening and since I had had a previous bad experience at he parking lot, I hesitated at the door before stepping out. A very polite young man asked me if I needed help. I told him that I had not realized it had gotten so dark and I was afraid to go to my car because of a previous experience. He said that he would be happy to escort me out. He immediately called someone and told them what he was about to do. He walked me to my car and stayed there until my groceries were in. I asked him for his name and not only did he tell me but he showed me his identification badge. I was extremely impressed and hope that you let him know this. I hope this was part of his training, but I also believe that there are many nice people in the world and in Espanola, NM. Thank you Antonio Garcia!

I have called every walmart to try and find out information about the new one being built in startford, ont and NO one can help. Not even ur so called customer service number has a live agent!!! What's up with that? All I want to know is where can one apply for the new walmart going up in startford, ontario CANADA?

Today we were at the Pottstown, Pa Walmart. We purchased an entertainment saucer for my infant grand daughter, when we got it home we were very disappointed. There were several parts including the seat missing. This is not acceptable. If this item was returned, prior to our purchase it should have been checked before putting out for sale again

Most shopping trips I go to Walmart for the matching prices policy so I don't have to go from store to store. Yesterday I went to the Walmart at 27650 State Highway 249, Tomball, TX 77375. The store must be trying reduce discounts offered by the other stores because 90% of what I was looking for was out of stock. I would not be as agravating to go store to store to ensure I would get what I planned on or at least a rain check.

50" TV was advertised online for $298.00 at 5am on Black Friday. I was there at 4:45 and was told by the electronic dept that vouchers/tickets were given out at 3pm on Thanksgiving day so all the TV was sold on Thanksgiving day. I am disappointed that it was not mentioned anywhere that vouchers will be given prior to 5am. I feel it is misleading to advertise sale at 5am and sell the TV a day before. What happens to people like me who are there early willing to stand in line to get chance to purchase the TV? Is it fair for those people? I felt the ads were just to get people in nothing else>

here in the bitteroot vally mt a walmart is badly needed ,folks from Salmon Id and many surrounding towns must drive to Missoula mt.for walmart savings ,one was planned a few years back and fizzled out ,the merchants complained ,how ever a lot of folks go to missoula any way and shop so what diffrence would it make.thanks for listening.

I try to buy Pediasure chocolate shake at your Forest Park, Illinois store. However, lately that particular flavor has been sold out and not restocked. Obviously, it is a favorite of many people, so it only makes sense to either restock more often or bring in a larger quantity. Very frustrating.

Where are they? you are losing money.People need to get returns stamped.People need directions.People need to know they can't take Ele carts out of stores.they leave them outside anywhere.People miss greeters.

LEESVILLE LOUISIANA, please restock the shelves more frequently, it is frustrating to make the trip to walmart and leave without having the items i came for. When asking employees for help, they say come back tomorrow. I used to enjoy shopping at your store but anymore I dread it.

I think the cro should vist the store in Bay Minette Alabama to look in to why the shelves are never stocked.When you go to wal-mart to get somthing its never on the shelves and when you ask for it they tell come back tommorow so you have to go to another store to get it. somthing needs to be done for the customers.thank you

A cake order placed 1 week in advance time of pick up 12 p.m. When we arrive at walmart Leesville Louisiana store 0405 the very rude lady says the time was changed to 8 p.m. Who has a child's birthday party after 8 in the evening........ Also can't figure out what the cake was I do believe it was an employee who took the order...really.... The attitude from one employee in particular was off the charts. This was the last straw for me I will be driving to the next closest store the atmosphere is reason enough they also have a much wider selection.... This was my friends childs birthday I myself have 5 children and a very large mouth so that is 5 cakes lost and I am going to spread the word like nobody's business so that wil be a major loss for such a small town. We have a few bakerys here pay a little more for wonderful service

my daughter used a check at walmart over a month ago and still to this day walmart keeps cahing that same check already 6 times and everytime it has cleared noe my daughter is going into dept at the bank and keeps getting charged by the bank an additonal fee . this needs to stop befor we turn this over to the news she needs her money refund back into her account for all of the transaction walmart keeps doing

For the third time , I purchased bird seed with bugs in it. It happened two times at the Denham Springs WM ( st#0935) and once ( today ) at the Central WM (st# 3288 ) , both in LA. Can something please be done regarding this ?

I am writing about the Walmart supercenter store in Fishkill, NY. I think that your CEO should go visit this store... its cleanliness is NOT up to standards! The front bathrooms are to AVOID I would not let my dog go in there! The shelves are disheveled ALL THE TIME!!! The place is in constant shambles the people who work there don not keep themselves clean they are all greased hair sloppy clothing, and slow as molasses there are limited good cashiers! I just feel that the place could use a GOOD CLEANING!!! and updating!!!! I know half the customers are the cause to an extent but they do have to clean up after them the place can't be like it is! Over the years it has just really went down hill, its really a shame! I go in walmarts elsewhere and they are not like this! I know this is a busy store but you really need to figure out a better system to keeping up with the customers bad habits! I know you shouldn't have to but ya kinda do for the sake of your own business! I'm sorry but it needed to be reported. Thank you for your time and attention to my complaint.

I am writing in complaint about store no. 2636 in Huntington Beach, CA this store continually has pallets on merchandise blocking the way of the Disabled in Wheelchairs at all hours of the day. The stocking is to be done at night NOT during the day when it interferes with people trying to shop. I have pointed out the Law to the manager of this store "Jon Groth" on numerous occasions but nothing has been done about this Very Bad problem. Not only myself who has a son in a wheel chair but many other Disabled Persons would be Very Grateful to your corporation if you could see to it that this law breaking habit is stopped.
