Walmart Customer Service

Stalking and assuming a customer today 1:00 pm. Trying to return 2 items at W. in Fairbury, NE. At the customer service counter, I had two items to return, Both items refunds were place on a W Card. I paid cash for both and I only had receipt for one. The employee said I ASSume you wanted both refunds on the card. She assumed and made a ass out of herself and employer. This pissed me off. I asked for manager at this point without help. I went on shopping. Later CSM and a misfit management team approached me and I said I would take this up later. I thanked both and went on shopping. I shopped thru store and went to checkout with my items and W Card. As I looked behind me this young man, misfit management team, had been stalking me.

This is not the first time I have called Walmart to find out if they had a particular product in stock to avoid a wasted drive to the store. Walmart is the last place I'd ever shop, so they are my last resort. A walmart employee answered the home improvement phone and I asked about the availability of the the product in store. I was repeatedly interrupted, she was short, rude and impatient. All Walmart employees need to pass a customer service protocol class!!!

I have a complaint about returning money order and not getting refund. I had complete money order. The funds had been verified.I work very hard for my money. I called consumer about store 2920 I was never contact since last week. My money can be spent where minorities matter.

Walmart has everything I need and they are easy to find,and Walmart is close by.

Cheap prices is all i can say.

Can someone tell me why The Wal Mart in Center, Texas can not get anymore Breyers Lactose free ice cream. Wes, who is head of the dept says that he checked with the warehouse and there is none there. It is so important to me to be able to get this ice cream as I can not tolerate regular ice cream and I love ice cream so much. I look forward to an ice cream cone each day and it has been days since you have had it available. PLEASE tell me you will try to have it in the store!!!

6210 Annapolis Road Landover Hills Maryland Walmart has the WORST SALES ASSOCIATE. I went to purchase a PS4 on 11/15,was told there were issues with truck; after several trips; returned very early on 11/16 same story; made a phone call same story, but was transferred to electronic dept & was told that they were sold out. I guess I'm boo-boo the foo-foo. Will never shop this Wal-Mart again. Will tell my Admiral about this experience. I think the associates very saving for family members not customers. A class NOT ONLINE would help your associates.

two days I have tried to use a coupon out of sundays paper, the register would not take either one. if you don't get this problem fixed I and a lot of other will stop shopping at your stores and the billions you take in in a day may start to decline, I hope you give this to one of the WALTONS, the baskets are up you don't help your employees at all, I know of one who has cancer and can't afford the insurance but can't do without it, it would not break your company to pay her insurance for a year. your owners the waltons are selfish and greedy.

Why doesn't Walmart have a "Find it in the store" link on their webpage? If you order something and don't want to pay their inflated shipping charges it takes 2 weeks to get something. It's unfortunate that Americans are feeling the economic strains of our economy, because most people wouldn't shop at Walmart or Walmart.com if we could afford not to. Watch out Walmart, this, and the policies you have towards women and minorities is going to come back to haunt you eventualy!

never had a problem with customer service, always friendly and very helpful

I had decided to ignore this issue, but after consideration, changed my mind. I have a slew of prescriptions that Wal-Mart is privileged to service. For the past month, I have been taking the wrong drug for blood pressure. You filled my bottle with indigestion pills (Famotidine). My blood pressure has been elevated for several weeks, that's how I discovered the error. Now that the error has been discovered and a re-fill is necessary, the pharmacy called the wrong hospital and a re-fill order never made an appearance. I have decided that I am highly pissed about this. I am taking my business elsewhere. There are no good giants and you are confirmatory evidence of this statement. While I am writing this, I will say that the attitude, generally, of pharmacy personnel just sucks up and down the walls! Over time there have been many problems that should have sent me away, for some reason I stayed (close proximity to my home). Quite a few times I came home to find I had been shorted one prescription. Had to call and then go back to the store to pick up the missing scrip. Rarely ever an apology from Wal-Mart. All I have on my schedule is visiting Wal-Mart? Yeah! Right!

I am very disappointed with the supervisor in the Walmarts electronic dept.at the East Windsor,N.J. store. According to their website starting August 24th they are taking pre-orders for the playstation 4 console.I went Aug.24th to place my order & I couldn't do it. The employees had no idea what I was talking about,then after they asked around I was told yes pre-ordering was suppose to happen but the supervisor in electronics is on vacation & nobody besides him knows where the pre-order cards are located at.They told me they have no idea when they will get them & just looked at me like why are you still here? I felt like I was in Romper Room rather than Walmart.Maybe you should do something to this supervisor that left his dept. like that,after all since he is supervisor that would be his responsibility to leave instruction for the workers or to another supervisor,right? Then maybe have your employees take some kind of seminar on how to treat a customer the right way to make sure they come back again....Guess I am off to Targtet! Thanks for nothing

I Love Wal- Mart if only they would give me a job!!

As a customer as several Walmart in the DFW area, I find an overall lack of personnel in the store area for assistance when needed. Then after finally completing my shopping, then again are the long, long lines which is hard to understand when you see cashiers carrying on conversations with co-workers or friends. This is especially prominent in the self-service lanes. I like Walmart for the convenience of one stop shopping, but HATE the checkout lines.

Minneapolis,MN.....well we dont have a Walmart in Minneapolis but they are all around in our surrounding cities....love the one in Bloomington. You can shop for clothes and food at the same time....love the prices too!!!

I ordered a product and they sent me some lunch boxes instead. When i tried to contact them it took me so long to find the number. Wow walmart should have better service because they have such great products.

I have had this experience several times in your store in Gainesville, Ga. People come through the line with different piles of groceries out on the counter and I always wonder if they are buying for several different people but to my dismay it is wic items and I have timed this for two times when I have had this experience. I have stood there for 45 minutes both times while one cart is finally ushered through. People lined behind me, store as busy as can be. Saw one man two lanes over last night take his groceries back to where he got them and leave. This is ridiculous. When you might have milk or ice cream in your cart at least the ice cream is melted and the milk is not suppose to be out that long. Seems like a few isles like the fast isles should be reserved for people with WIC items so all of them can be processed through for the same reason. People usually follow directions about which cash register to go to so I think they would go to the WIC isle if that is where they are suppose to go. I go on different days and different times with no luck on this. I love to shop for groceries at wal mart but this is getting to be almost every time I go and getting to be a problem. It appears Wal-Mart has no problem selling and openly playing music (if you call it that) where the N-word as well as nasty comments about women are prevalent as long as the person who is currently---today saying the words is a Black Hollywood friend of Obama's. Can you say the word Hypocrite.
