Products not available

For the last 3 months the Walmart that I shop at in West Ashley SC has not had the fluid for the zippo lighter nor has it had Dr. Thunder or Diet limon. If you do not have a product you can not sell it.

More customer service

Wal-Mart has everything you need. The only thing I don't like is the lines being super long.

Bettering customer service

Trying to place an order online. EVERY time I go to the website it refuses to take my password. Waiting Waiting Waiting for email to resolve. All other large online stores have that email sent before you can blink. NOT Wal-Mart. Guess they are all on vacation. Calling is the worst experience ever. Again. This is unique to the industry. DO NOT get a Wal-Mart card unless there is a store nearby for you to make a personal appearance to pay bills or resolve issues. I must concur with others that it appears to be deliberate to collect fees. Wal-Mart doesn't really seem to want customers who pay their bills.

Great Customer Service at Cape Coral Neighborhood Market

While wintering in Cape Coral Florida, We shop at the Skyline Blvd Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market. I have found the clerks and staff to be most helpful ( I was recovering from surgery and needed extra help this year) when shopping. And recently when we inadvertently left our library books at the Wal-Mart just before going home to WI, The manager Leo returned the books for us on his own time. We appreciate all of the help he and his staff provide and hope that this note can reach him to thank him most whole heartily. Thank you

Concerned

I live in Pensacola, FL., and am a frequent shopper at the location on Mobile Hwy; but lately I go there to be gravely disappointed. Very popular items that I love and am accustomed to purchasing are missing; but not just that, but the shelves give the appearance of being full, but with the absence of very quality items. What is the problem? I have started lately visiting other stores, mostly Public's, even though some prices are higher, but at least I leave satisfied with what I went for. Please look into this issues and try to correct. Also the location on 9th avenue. One day I went there to purchase Hotdog Buns, and to my dismay the bread shelf was really empty. A use to be constant shopper.

Horrible customer service in almost every department.

Walmart in Lynnwood, Washington. Couple days ago, I came to pick up something I ordered online and I have to wait 30 mins at the pick up area where there's no one working there. I tried to go around to ask the people that works at walmart to help out and they seemed not to be bothered. Today, I went to the other walmart in my area which is the one in Everett, Washington again to buy some games for my kids and guess what? The customer service here is awful too. The cashier was shouting at me that they told me they don't have that game until tomorrow. Really? tomorrow? I gave up on the help from the cashier so I went and look myself and is right there hidden in the back of the shelf.

Counterfeit hp ink cartridges

I bought a double pack of black hp ink cartridges at Walmart that were produced in China. They were dubbed counterfeit by my printer and they were empty. Others that I bought elsewhere were made in Malaysia and they were fine. The manager at my local Walmart shouted at me that they would not take back any ink product that was opened. Duh!! How was I to know without trying the product? I am disappointed and will not shop there again.

Pretty good service

whenever I need help with my credit card and I call and ask them they explain pretty well, so I have never had any issues with Wal-Mart customer service.

SNULL

The Wal-Mart at 933 Grand Caillou Road, Houma, Louisiana is improperly managed. As a person with disabilities, there are never enough motorized carts for the elderly and handicapped in this Wal-Mart. It may have three or four at most and not all are operational. Also at this Wal-Mart shopping carts are permitted to leave this facility to adjoining neighborhoods and then left and abandoned in fields by the hundreds. There should be something done about this, as I am sure the replacement cost of these carts are just passed on to the consumers. People should be made responsible for the theft of these carts,. I find Wal-Mart not that oriented to help the handicap with grocery shopping with providing enough motorized carts to accommodate such large stores.

Lack of Help

On March 27 and 28 I experienced the frustration of lack of help in your garden department. On the 27th the cashier had to leave customers standing in line waiting to check out so that she could scan the price of the potting soil I wanted. On March 28 the young, tiny cashier lifted two heavy 2 cubic feet of potting soil. She did not complain at all but I DO NOT think it is fair for such a small person to be forced to lift the heavy bags because there was no one to help her.

Poorly Stocked Store

I have shopped at the Walmart at El Dorado Parkway and FM 423 since moving to Frisco in late November. I use the pharmacy as well as other departments. On several occasions, I have encountered items out of stock. The one today was Diet Pepsi. As I mentioned this is the most recent of several times that this has happened. The store contact offers EXCUSES such as we are doing inventory or blames the vendor and says there is nothing they can do. Inventory at 4 pm? Really? You need to get a few of those straphangers that are always cluttering up the isles in Rogers and Bentonville and see if they are capable of running a store. Otherwise shut it down. Unlike NW Arkansas, we have several major grocery stores that can keep products on the shelves. Check with Mr Adams in your logistics dept to see if inventory, vendors and stocking of shelves can be improved.

Poor service

I lve in Dallas, Oregon. Spring arrived here several weeks ago - temperature and all. When I went to our local Walmart the entrance to the gardening area were steel doors (locked). There was NO ONE in the area to assist - the cash register for that area was closed. I was eventually told it would not be opening until MAY! I had to load a 56 pound bag of cardening soil by myself. I am a small built woman. I ended up pulling a muscle in my shoulder and now I am sitting here in pain typing this comment. Oh yeah, I am holding on line to speak to Customer Services. So far, I started out at a wait of 10 minutes, then it dropped to 7 minutes then went to 8 and then to 11 minutes wait time. Really......what gives!!!

Handicap parking

I live in Suffolk, Va.. Recently the store has changed some H/C parking lenght way instead of pulling into. Which eliminated a parking space at each placce they did this. The H/C parking where they did it was addiquate for Van parking to start with. Now you have one vehicle parked legally and one in the yellow behind them in most cases. This was the stupist thing you all come up with yet. You elinated about six parking spaces doing this. I asked why in the store, and was told that's because of how Chesapeake and Norhern Suffolk store was done. Who ever came up with this idea must have worked for VDOT. Put them back the way they were. It worked and gave more H/C parking spaces.

This wal mart neighborhood market at smokey hill rd.and buckly rd. in centennial colorado needs some serious work. I shop ther 2-3 times a month for my groceries and many times in between and almost every time I find that the price on the shelf is less than the price at check out. if i don't catch it i am getting ripped of for the extra money. i have shown the managers the problem and it never gets any better. how much have people paid extra if they don' check the receipt. i will file a claim with our BBB if it doesn't change..

Walmart-Harlingen, Tx

This Walmart store in Harlingen, Tx has got many problems that I feel seems that management is overlooking for some reason. I want you to know I think I know what I'm talking about, because my back ground is sales manager in the GM, HBC, Dept for a grocery wholesaler(now retiered). The first thing is the grocery carts in the parking lot, the only people that put them in the corral is the winter texans. The store is always very busy and they is never enough checkouts open and the lines are very long. The familys that shop there bring all their kids with them when they shop and i never see any supervision of the kids, they run wild in the isles, climb in and on the shelves and no body ever says anything to them, where is the management in this store. The other day I went to the store to buy a birthday card and the card dept was a disater. This is very common event in this store. I was taught early in my career that and empty spot on the shelve or hook is a saleman not doing his job. I also want to mention that during the Holidays(xmas) there is so many displays up front that if the store ever had a fire or something, you would never get out of the store safey(I wonder what the fire dept would think of this). In closing I think someone at corp. better take better look at this store. We winter texans spend tons of money down here in the valley and we expect more for our shopping experince. Sincerly, Concerned customer
