I would like to tell you that the reason I love Wendy's is the varied menu, especially the baked potatoes. However, it seems that the potatoes are a problem. Everytime I go to the location at White Oak Shopping Center, Garner, NC they are either out or you have to wait for 15 minutes or more for them. This location recently had a complete make over and I was sure that they would upgrade or add ovens to fix this problem. Not so! Could not buy them again last night, so I left and did not purchase anything. The reason for going there is the baked potatoes! Since my husband is diabetic and has taken a shot while I go to the drive through, I can not wait on food or he will have a reaction to his insulin. Please, look into this problem and see if it is a mechanical problem or a management one! I love your food and hate that this is a constant problem for at least two years. You would be better off to remove them, than to make customers mad because of the unavailability of them. However, this would be a mistake since that is the reason a lot of people go there in the first place.

Poor customer service

In the last two weeks I have gone to 2 different Wendy,s in Cincinnati, Ohio. In one situation I went to the drive through that was empty and received at least 4 mistakes on my order. In the 2nd situation the store was busy so I went inside to order. This was a different Wendy's. As a result I checked my sandwich before I left and another mistake was made, the service worker corrected it. I think Wendy's makes a great hamburger but, customer service is poor. I will not be going back to Wendy's for a long time.

salad dressing

i have been wanting to know if any of your wendys in my location (Rochester NH) would sell me a box or two of your Creamy Red Jalapeno dressing. I love that dressing and they said they only sell to you guys. Can you please let me know i would really love to buy some if the company that makes it cannot sell it to . thanks

Very slow

They wouldn't fix us a baked potato. The were very nice,but didn't try to accommodate us.

Not always fresh

There food seems to me to be every dry. Not the most best costumer service.

Like the chili, we are luke warm on Wendys

My sister and I have been huge fans of Wendy's and have frequented our local store every Sunday for the last 10 or so years, except in a few instances. The chili has been our meal of choice. For the last four of five times, however, the chili has been only luke warm. Seems the pot has a crack and they can't crank up the temp. Why does not Wendys of the Franchisee take care of this.

Wonderful service

I went to the wendys on military and cherry road in wpb fl. The manager, Barbara, was ever so kind to solve a problem with my order. I frequent this location often but this shining example of customer service requires a commendation. The workers at this location have always upheld the caliber that is expected of Wendys.

wrong order again

First I want to say that the Wendy's we love, Sharpsburg Pike, Hagerstown,Md. is the greatest food, employees, cleanliness. But the Wendy's closest to us is and has been a problem. The last 3 orders were wrong when I got home and on one of those trips was not charged correctly. I just returned from picking up the order to replace the incorrect one. Sandwich was missing as well as the senior drink, which I decided to just forget about when it was not provided at the window.

poor food

i got an apple pecan salad , the chickrn was hard all the around the edge , salad parts some were brown , then i also got a tripple burger , they all were cooked way too long as they drid out not a good food order and didn,t want too drive back to reorder ?

quality of food

Over the years, I've been a loyal customer but lately, I've begun to question.that loyalty. On three occassions I visited the Rawsonville Wendy's in Michigan, and been dissapointed in the quality of food ordered. The chili, which I used to love, is frequently watered down and rather greasy. In addition, the quality of the burgers are overcooked and greasy as well. Sorry--but I'm losing faith in your slogan of "Quality is our recipe"

great customer service

On a recent trip I stopped at Arbys on Taylorsville Rd in Statesville NC & unknowingly left my wallet there. I thought it was gone forever but was overjoyed to receive a voicemail on my home phone saying it had been found by an employee and was safe & sound. Thanks to the wonderful staff @ this Arbys I was saved a lot of stress & could enjoy my NC trip.

ON GOODMAN AQVENUE in North College Hill, north of Cincinnati, there is a store named Rose, which has a very,very large parking lot. Their many customers use less than 10% of the spaces. I believe you could lease a portion of the lot and set up an Arby's Restrauant , which would serve the community, because your nearests store are MANY miles away. Even a Wendy's is more than 2 miles away.

The City might even give you a tax break if you came ineto their area.

Ad included with newspaper

"Over $35.00 in valuable coupons inside" I absolutely will not go to Wendy's as long as ads are printed in Latino. In USA we speak, read, write & understand ENGLISH!!!!!! I have NO plans to learn Latino. I see no need to print anything in a language other than ENGLISH.....

emplyees get my order right please

I have a Wendy's very close to my house (Revere MA) hence I end up there when I had not time to cook. but EVERY SINGLE time, my order is wrong. I always ask for a Baja Salad with chicken on a side (because I am vegetarian). EVERY SINGLE time one or 2 items are missing. And I just had chicken. I removed it from the top, but I guess I missed a tiny piece. It doen not take a PHD to do not forget to remove chicken or to add dressing etc in the bag. I hope Wendy's is gonna address the employers of this place. I personally may have to stop eating Wendy's

We make several trips to Wendy's as it is our favorite fast food restaurant locally.When we ordered,we reminded the lady that our last order was cold when we got it and all wrong...again.But we ordered.The order was from store #0005609 @ 3:56:39 PM register 4.cashier Ashley L.We got $15.93 dollars of cold food,scattered all in the bag and bad service.The only thing not scattered was the chicken nugget sauce as it was presealed.This is unacceptable...You need to retrain and fire or close the store,.This always happens.......I will choose elsewhere.everyone can have an off day,but each time????
