Across the street from Dollar store located 1850 Eldron Blvd Palm Bay Fl. 32909-6870 is the Bayside shopping center and on that corner was a burger king which has closed and next to it is a gas station check out the area i think Wendys can do a great bussiness there and also for the community be a great asset. hope to see you go there.
