Why do they have a sign/picture of a Sausage McMuffin with egg Value Meal showing a cup of coffee for $2.99 when the coffee is extra? When a Value Meal of a burger and fries include the drink? Something is wrong here. It is called truth in advertizing...no I will not return after having been a long time customer.

After waiting in the Drive Thru 'Wait Area' for 10 minutes for 2 cookies (for my daughter who was getting over the flu) I went back around to just get them thru the Drive Thru since they obviously forgot about me, I was informed that nobody bothered to put the cookies in and the manager advised the poor Drive Thru girl to tell me 'to get over it and be patient' (I wasn't rude when I came back around until this comment) because the 15 minutes I had spent trying to get these cookies for my 7 year old was apparently the epitome of a CUSTOMER being impatient! This McDonald's is notoriously slow, they forget part of your order 70% of the time and now 15 minutes is apparently the customer being impatient. I feel I should note that there were 2 managers there (maybe one was a Supervisor) and that only one of the managers (White dress shirt) was obnoxious.
Last -6 times been to mcds in lasso 76th st my whole family's French fries are hard old tasting use to luv the fries but for awhile they have been bad enough to just throw out like I'm doing eating them thanx
At drive-thru before dashing back to work today at noon, I got a wonderful FROZEN Salad, Couldn't eat it. Maybe by later this afternoon it will have thawed enough....

I have been to this McDonalds twice this month, both times they gave us the wrong food, and the second time, after taking the food home from the drive through, they took the incorrect burger back and put it back in the holding unit. I work in fast food and this makes me wonder if my burger is something returned from a previous customer, and creeps me out. Won't be eating here again in the future.

I would go to anyother Mc.Donalds store other than this one. EVERYTIME I go, there is something wrong with my order. I went there today to get a large soda and it was CARBON WATER. This is not first time I have had this issue. Well lesson learned. I know the Classic McDonalds has far better service and I will go there from now on.

This McDonald's SUCKS!!! Customer Services is very poor. The last time I was there the service girl got all the orders wrong and finally when she did she served me cold fries. I stopped using the drive throu because I almost always was served smaller sizes instead of what I ordered. The Manager seems not to have control over the place. This location has got to be the worst McDonald's ever...they never have enough staff and the wait is always long. Forget swinging by in the morning on the way to work. Three times in the last week I have had to sit at the order speaker for over five minutes. Their excuse...we only have two people working. It seems like you would figure out how to staff a location that is always busy in the morning. Skip this location and go to the one on Mesa Ridge!
This McDonald's has a huge sign on the window that says open 24 hours. My family and I stopped by this location to get some coffee early in the morning on our way to El Paso and nobody helped us. The drive through lady looked right at us through the window and walked away. I called to check if they were open and they said but that they were very busy. I also asked for the managers name and she didn't want to give it to me. She said if you want to talk to a manager you are going to have to come in. And I would have but the lobby wasn't opened yet. Never going to this location again. Very very bad customer service.
My dad comes all the time at this mcdonalds and all the time he has problems when he orders today 03/03/2013 at 11 am he ordered a large frence fries and 20 chicken nuggers and the fries were missing and before something was missing too or charged and never given to him. i thing they see him older and they take advantage of him. he asked to talk to a manager and they said was no manager so who is manageing the proparty and also they didnt gave him a receipt . they should give everybody there receipt to know what you pay for. the server was very mean to him also.
All I can say is...if ur expecting ur meal in 5 mins...think again. Service is extremely SLOW. Even for coffee and apple pie.

On 3/2/13 my husband and I were there for breakfast and every table in the dining area was dirty. I informed the Manager and she said she would take care of it.

I try not to go to this Mc Donalds. If you get nuggets and they ask what kind of sauce you want your reply should be.. why are you actually going to put it in the bag this time. If you order a $5 grilled chicken sandwich you better make sure its in the bag before you pull away. I know after waiting 37 minutes in a drive thru you think they would have got the order correct.(slowest mc Donalds on earth) oh yeah if you ask for cheese burgers its because you want cheese burgers not mc doubles. If you choose to go to this McDonald's be prepaired to wait longer than expected times and make sure you have enough gas to go back two or three times so you get what you paid for. The only reason this restaurant gets a single star is because I had to rate it and -100 stars wasn't an option
Today I when to go order food I the drive thru and there always closing the system at 12:00am so they make everyone pay with cash. If I'm going to wait in line for half hour I'll at least expect my food to be fresh. These been the third time they do this to us.
i was there for 10 minuets no one wouldn't take my order they would just stand there and both mangers were just talking and not helping at all. the workers weren't working. today was the last straw; we have a basketball tournament in town which means alot more people; i have stopped by this location every day this week and turned and went to chick-fil-a. Today there were at leaset 20 people in line with ONE cash register open. Even at lunch they only have 2 registers open. This is ridiculous; this is in uptown charlotte and people are in a hurry. You need to put out survey forms for these customer's to get their feedback but you probably need new mgt. I was told once by a former employee that the mgr is watching her bottom line; how much more could it cost to open a couple more registers? By the way, they are slow all the time, not just this week. Chick-fil-a down the hall puts you guys to shame; they have 8 registers open and you get in and out of there very quick. The other day it was my time to order, once again only 1 register open, and the guy was checking his text messages, Next day, one register open and two employees standing there looking at there iphone .Something needs to be done about this situation as you guys are losing business every day.
This McDonald had really bad customer service will never be going there AGAIN, they took my order wrong after I repeated it twice, once I got my food handed there was two items missing I told the lady and she said its not her fault that she can't help me because he didn't charge me??!! I told her to charge me and gave her my credit card and closed the window on my face! Said she only took cash and can't take credit card! She literally closed the window on my face and told me move and I told her no she was very RUDE.. This was on 2/28/12 around 10:15pm it's ridiculous you lost a customer and the whole family! This particular McDonald's has always messed up my order no matter how simple it was, like if I would order a crispy chicken sandwich minus lettuce and tomato , they will give me grilled with lettuce and tomato, they will give me other people's drinks and not include the correct sandwiches , I'm really tired of this and I'm really Pissed that no one is doing anything about it .
I have been at this mcdonalds several times on my way home from work to get my daughter breakfast before school. More than once I have paid for what I ordered but have not received all of the food. It happened again today . All I recieved was big breakfast,and mango smoothie. It would not be so upsetting if it didnt happen to me all the time. I do not think that I will be visiting this mcdonalds again unless it hires some people that have a little bit of a brain and can give me the food that I ordered and payed for. Very disappointed again!
This McDonalds usually has pretty poor service and they have been "temporarily out" of shakes for over 6 months. Sounds like that franchise has some cheap ownership.
My last order was very simple, but they got it wrong. I was unable to return immediately to have it corrected. When I did return, the "manager" would not fix their error. I had ordered a Sweet Tea, and they gave me an Un-Sweet Tea. That's it! They would not exchange a drink. I guess they were afraid I was attempting to steal the store. One 32-oz Tea at a time.

Slow, slow, slow. Went through the drive thru this afternoon and waited close to 15 minutes before I received my cold food. Didn't have time to go back and ask for a refund.
I requested a drink without ice and I was advised that I will be charged extra. I never heard of being charged extra for something that you did not want. The staff is very ghetto and I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone.
I think this is the cleanest, friendliest, most efficient McDonalds I have ever been to. Great Management that made us feel welcome and thanked us for coming. Well done.

Just ate my mcdonalds double quarter pounder it was the worst i've had... stale bread and dried up hamburger.. only get 1/2 hour for lunch couldn't return it... very disappointed as i eat there at least once a week...
I asked the front counter to make me 2 sweet teas, I had finished my meal already took me forever waiting back I'm line, it was very crowded, and there was a lady mopping the floors while everyone was trying to pass. The front desk manager Yeccel declined to make them for me, she said I had to make them myself. I felt that I was an inconvenience to them, and they had no time to take care of my special request. However, Yeccel was just standing in the back watching the workers and acted like it was an arm and a leg to do it...I paid for bad service today...I'm not loving it. They cared more about clean floors instead of keeping customers happy.
Im just got home and i was looking forward to my meal. I open my mcchicken and it was plain when i didnt ask for plain and my hot fudge sundae is just vanilla ice cream in a cup! I didnt even get my freaking hot fudge! It was a cherry on top of my bad day. Im pissed
I am extremely agitated with this location because they charge for cups of water. I ordered 8 cups of water for myself and 7 other people in the car and they charged us for it. Water is supposed to be free at mcdonalds. This is the first location I had visited that charged me for water. I will never come back to visit this place. EVER. If there was a negative rating, this is what they would get from me!
I wanted to work there for your entire life. My job title at McDonalds was crew member. I did everything from cash register and front and back booth to grill. That was basically everything.
This is my first time to this mcdonals and I am completely and utterly disgusted. The trast is over flowing, there is food smushed all over the floors, tables were not cleared of food and the few that were had food all over them. I understand this is a fast food chain but McDonalds... after all that money spent to revamp one would THINK you people would maintain the place. I wish I could upload the photos I took.... Clean your store people... we pay enough money to support the low wage employee who just stand around chatting and eating fries.
Watch your bill at the drive thru. What is posted on the price board is NOT what you are charged. The order will ring up higher than the posted amount.
This McDonalds goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I am always treated with respect, the employees are happy and respectfull, the service is lightening fast, and they really try to make you happy. 5 stars from me! GOOD JOB!!!!

This isthe first and last visit for me to this McDonalds for religious reasons I do not eat pork, and its been twenty five years since I had pork. I ordered two steak and egg and cheese buritos and they gave me pork sausage.. Not only did that make me violate my religious duty but it makes me sick anyone that has not had pork can tell you that once you eat it it makes you sick,. I think this is so unfair for people to do this , what would be wrong with checking the order before they prepare it.
They should have changed management a long time ago. Competition watch out. Faster Friendlier. I will bring my kids back there.

I come here in the mornings for breakfast before work and at lunch on my break. I love the ladies in the drive thru they are always super nice and friendly. I order a large #1 with a diet coke and the food is always fresh and my fries are always perfectly salted. Because you know some places oversalt the fries. 4 out of 5 stars because sometimes they are busy.

I have never been so disappointed in service at a "fast food" restaurant! The word fast does not suite this McDonald's! I sat in the drive through line for over 10 mins waiting on a sweet tea. Did your employees ever think about having the person that everyone is waiting gor pull forward so the rest of the line can get what they ordered in a timely manor..... Every time I go they have only ONE window open and only 2-4 employees working and one that's just sweeping up outside. This is complete bullshit and something needs to be for with the customer service at 5:30am!

This McDonald's is in SERIOUS need of new management. My husband and I go through the drive thru most every morning and it's gotten worse and worse. The poor people working are often running between both windows. Numerous cars don't even bother to stay in line. This morning one put in his order...and it was a very large bag...but obviously couldn't wait any longer to pick it up. At least 4-5 cars drive away every day. If the owner and management are different, the owner should really check out what's happening at this location. There was even a day about a month ago, that we pulled in to see a sign that "this location is closed today due to lack of staff." I don't wonder why. My husband tried to tip the girl this morning...she's good and we see her often...and she wouldn't take it...said she'd signed a contract that she couldn't do so...unbelievable! She works her tail off. She would be an asset to anyone's business. Wish we could offer her something.
Absolutely the worst customer service and final food product in Pewaukee and possibly the whole south eastern Wisconsin. I purchased a quarter pounder with cheese...The bun was hard as rock, meat was cold and the fricken cheese was not even melted. I also purchased happy meals for my kids with the same result and to top it off brown apples in the bag (pathetic). I went into the location and asked for a manager and the person appeared to be sloppy and unkept...go figure. Though they did refund me it does not take away from the fact we would have been sick if we would have ate the product. I threw the final product in the garbage immediately and I am teaching my children never to eat fast food from Mcdonalds ever ever again.

I just do not understand why you have stopped making smoothies. Catwaba and Oak harbor still make them, why not Port Clinton?? Do you have any idea how many people love and buy them? Look, we who live here all year and were born and raised here don't get too many breaks, tourists sure do but come on a smoothie?? Had a very great experience with this mcdonalds monday when i went to get my children some food! Cashier was very polite and helpful! The place was very clean and comfortable to eat at. One specific person helped me when I had a question and i complimented him on his service. His name was Randy! Tell randy his friendly service was much enjoyable! :)
They can never get orders right. They always give me the wrong coffee sometimes I order iced and they give me hot! I have also wanted a cheeseburger with ketchup only so then they take off the cheese.. that would be called a hamburger. They always give you someone else's food too. Horrible don't go here.
this is the 4th time in as many months I have come home from this store and I am missing food. Over the past 4 months they have taken my money for 1 qtr lb w cheese/lg fry, 2 dbl cheese burgers and although I did get my steak bagel, after waiting in the parking lot for 8 min, while they cooked it, I actually pulled the meat off and threw it away, Pure fat and grisle, could not even bite threw it. If they are going to sell you something and make you wait for it, I expect them to put a small bit of effort into actually making it. Do yourself a favor take everything out of the bag right in front of them or they will take your money and keep your food. I have been trying to call them but no one answers the phone. And all of this occurred in the store, I thought they only screwed you at the drive in!

everytime i go to the take out i am ripped off. the counter people aways leave something out of the order or give me smaller version of what i ask for. the last time i went and realized it before i left the counter person said to her co-worker "uh ho" like she knew exactly what we had come back for.
Your restroom is not ADA compliant as I cant get my wheelchair thru the stall door in the mens restroom. Let alone have room to transfer to the toilet if I could get in there..

Just ordered 24.00 in food and you guys forgot my "Paid for" order of fries. AND I ordered a shake and I have no straw. I know that it can be busy sometimes, but you guys need to really stay focused because no one wants to get in their car and Drive all the back to pick up a order of fries that doesnt cost as much as it would take using gas to get there.

This is a student union building with the intention of only catering to college students. Instead of regular seating they have high top tables, a couch, and a bar with barstools. Totally inappropriate for a community.
1/20/2013 Just bought two sausage biscuits, and they were stale. I tried calling the store but they are not answering the telephone. This is not the first time that this has happened, just the first time that I was aggravated enough to call about it.

In early December I placed an order at the drive thru for 3 adults and 1 Happpy Meal for my 4 yr old Grandson. I received a large bag full of food. I asked if the Happy meal was in the bag and was told yes it was. When I got home, there was no Happy meal. I called the store and they took my name and address and told me they would send me a coupon for a free Happy meal. 1 1/2 month & still no coupon.
I recently went to the drive thru here. It was already frusterating when I had to wait and extra ten minutes for my food after they gave me my drinks and asked me to pull forward. Then I get home and there is no egg on my biscuit sandwich. I call to see what they can do to fix the problem...turns out the cashier rang in my order wrong so I didn't get the egg. Therefore I wasn't charged the 70 cents extra I should have been. So even though the "manager" on duty admitted it was their fault, she refused to do anything to fix it unless I drove back there and paid the extra 70 cents! I for one will be boycotting this McDonald's and their horrid customer service

Called snd asked for the manager. Explained our situation and was told "we don't have the CBO burger. You got the onion burger".
