Wouldnt know because even though the sign clearly says "open 24 hours lobby/drivethru" they closed up at midnight. When we tried to open the door after nobody answering us, the employes ran to the back of the store like they never saw us. Terrible service!!!! Terrible employees!!!!

I live very close to this Mcdonalds however, Id rather drive a little further just so I wont go into this place. Despite it being newly remodeled it is always a mess, the tables are dirty and the fountain drinks area is always disgusting. The customer service is horrible.... the staff is not friendly and they do not know what is going on, however, im sure this is due to their manager. He is being absolutely rude and does not have any type of customer service skills whatsoever. This location is an embarrassment!
Do not eat at mc Donald's in pontotoc, I can not express how pityful, sad, disrespectful and just plain sorry the employees are. There's no point in ordering, you get what they want to give you. They laugh at customers, just disrespectful.

Food is never fresh. Even when requested its still cold. I just left a few minutes ago and asked for fresh nuggets and they were cold, hard, and dry. Fries were not fresh, burgers were cold, bread was hard... Always disappointed

7 out of 10 times I have stopped at this McD's during the morning hours (6:45 am) I have had bad experiences. Items not in stock, cranky employees, wrong orders, and long waits. Don't stop here unless you have time to go back or wait in line. Although I cannot verify, but others I have talked to have had issues with this place as well.
It took 24 minutes to receive my order, then I was asked to leave so that they could close the store. They even refused to give me a refund because I'd already started to eat my food. The staff were extremely rude and had me in tears by the time that I left the store.
My Husband just drove down from grimsby to get me a coffee stone cold why does this store not be consistant went down on xmas day no management ,staff left out standing in cold no one to open store.Something needs to be inproved this is not the first time COLD COFFEE.Please look into this comment and act upon it very annoyed waste of money and gas .
This is the worst McDonald's ever. I order a sausage mcgriddle and only gave me plain bread with nothing on it. The coffee had no flavor at all it tasted it like cardboard left in water for days. I do not recommend it
I went this morning to this store and i had a great experience they were very friendly i went whit my kids and the hispanic girl was very sweet whit my kids they love her thanks Mcdonalds for that great experience
SUCKS!! Order meal #4 with only onions and get the sandwiches with everything but onions. If the children working there would shut up and stop dancing around talking while customers watch them than maybe food would be made right. Than the bag is handed to me without looking at me b/c we are still talking to other employees. Had to ask twice for my hot chocolate. Children running the place. FUN TIMES at McDonald's.
My complaint is there was no sweet tea and the employees did not refill after another costermer repeatly asked. The service was great just no sweet tea and there was employees standing around. This is why I give this McDonalds 1 star.

i told them no onions 3 times then asked agin when i was given my order the order taker asked and again answer was no. so i took one bight and there where onions on it it wouldn't be such a big deal but im algeric and will get dizzy. if they are not smart enough to make a sandwich they should not be working there or any other place for that matter.i could see maybe a mistake if i only said it when placing the order.But it was told and asked to her 3 times. i am going to follow up with the main office or maybe that's why shes working there she don't know how to do a real job. my grandson is two and he could make the order right. im pissed cant help it.
First I would like to say I worked at a McDonald's in Illinois for a couple of years and it is like night and day compared to this location. The workers on front counter have no idea how to work the system and go out of their way to make you feel stupid. If a customer wants a sandwich made a certain way there is always a way to punch it in to satisfy the customer, which is what McDonald's is....all customer service skills and this location's employees lack these skills. I have also seen an employee off the clock, in street clothes, walk around the corner and grab his own fries when the number one rule in working with food is to wash your hands!!!
I can't believe this McDonalds. I realize that this franchise is ok with mediocre service (at very best), but my experience was horrible at this location. The late-night manager absolutely refused to correct the mistake on the order made on his breakfast menu when his restaurant did not provide all of the food that was paid for. Even after demanding to look in the bag (I've never been so insulted by the way) he insisted that those in the back seat were hiding food from him. Even after trying with all due respect to tell him he was wrong, we asked him if he was "ok with a negative review online over three dollars" and he said yes. So here it is. He should be fired and this location should have a lot of revamping. Absolutely terrible.

There should be no parking in front of the restaurant by the door, I am disabled and there isn't enough room for me to get in if someone is parked by the door, very frustrating, something needs to change!
Recently refurbished, this strategically placed McD is a 24 hour operation. Wee morning lines are common perhaps owing to a hesitancy to pre prep enoug grub. When you staff your restaurant with kids (and that's fine) you need to have management paying CLOSE attention to detail. Out of the last 30 or so coffee orders feom the window, they flubbed roughly 20 of them. Either the dispenser is shorting the quantity or the employee doesn't think I need that much sugar or is not paying attention. Pick one. In late December, the coffee has become the second cousin of hot water. You know how to fix that ? Go to a different McD. We DO LOVE the large dollar coffee though...when it's made according to plan. Aside from these small things...not a bad restaurant though. I hope they will bring back the two for $4 big macs and QP w/cheese. Someday
OK, when you are at your job everyone should learn to leave the rude attitudes at home. I would not want anyone.working under me saying " mh", after someone says thank you on two separate occasions. This is by far the worst Mcdonalds i have ever been to. I live near this Mcdonalds so when i crave for fast food i often visit here. They mess up my order 9 times out of 10. Where they always try to rip you off by giving the smaller size of what you ordered. On many occasions i would order LARGE fries but yet when i check the bag when i receive my order there are SMALL fries. I thought this was just a mistake the first time but this happens almost every time as if they do on purpose.
Also, Everybody knows Mcdonalds is famous for their fries. This Mcdonalds will serve you fries with no salt what so ever and tell you to put salt on it yourself. The food always get cold fast as if it was pre made and heated for short period of time. Eating there is just as bad. Constant flies while you are trying to eat. I first thought it was because i was seated next to the door but moving does not help. It's like theh follow you around in there until you leave.
The staff is also no better. They tell you to hold on before taking your order just to joke around with each other like they are out on the street. When it's midday busy long lines at every register they seem to act like it is their first day on the job. Forgetting your order, Taking EXTREMELY LONG, Getting the order wrong and all. Completely unprofessional. By far the worst.

This McDonald's is by far the best in town! Everything about this store is top notch; the staff is friendly, the food is always fresh and hot and if they get your order wrong, they fix it. Also this is the cleanest store I have ever been in. Hats off to the manager Omar for keeping his store #1 in my book!
This McDonalds is only one mile from my home and I go to it frequently for that reason. Seldom do they fail to screw up my order. I travel a lot and go to many McDonalds franchise locations; often in other countries. Without question, this one is the most incompetently managed McDonalds I have ever encountered.
Parents just ate there tonight on their unfortunate stop in Brinkley as they were passing through on 40.., 12/14/12. After they finished, they left a bag on the table. When they left to their car THEY WERE FOLLOWED out of the restaurant and told to "clean up their mess" but one of the employees. All of the employees were sitting around playing, and it was a terrible experience. Corporate will be contacted tomorrow regarding the unacceptable behavior of the trash that followed them out to their car.
I usually don't stop at this McDs in the morning, just because they are soooo slow (any time of day!). However, this morning I stopped, thinking there are only two other cars in the drive thru. It took 6 minutes from the time I ordered my Iced Coffee until the time I drove away with it. No patrons in the lobby either! This is NOT acceptable. I nominate your store for Restaurant Takeover!

I have never been one to complain but this is worse than the mcdonalds in the ghetto areas of atlanta. I dont expect to be waited on hand and foot when im paying 6 bucks for a meal but no one paid attention to my husband and i when we came in or said hang on or be right with you. No biggie. A guy comes up to the counter mad because he had been waiting for his food and they acted like they didnt know what he was talking about. food took forever. Food wasnt horrible but i didnt feel to good trying to eat and watch the roach on the floor to make sure it wasnt gonna climb up my leg. I got pictures of the 2 that i saw. one of the workers who was eating saw it too and just got away from the one that ran by her. to sum it up, every time has been horrible here and im never going back. Ill be posting this on every review site as well. corporate needs to step it up and take charge because nothing makes sales like good service and cleanliness.
The services is terrible. All the employees act as if they are mad to be taking your order and it seems they always get it wrong. The food is warm on some days and simply cold on others. This compliant is coming from not only myself but others who happen to like eating McDonald's in general but hate having to come to this particular one.
When they have a long line, they only have one register open! their chocolate chip cookies and apple pies are never hot, and they have even turned their soda machine off a couple of times, suspecting that everyday honest customers are stealing from them. great food prices, but needs improvement!
it is awfull , i have been going to mc, donalds here for 25, yrs and after hurricane katrina" every time i order i have to go back and or just throw the fries away, i am sick of not ever gettin fresh fries, and haveing to throw money away, i had an employee pick up food here tonite, 12/4/2012, for six other employees, the fries were like cardboard, i could tell the food had to be sitting and waiting, for customers, for at least an hour or longer. the big mc, was room tempeture, aka,,, cold. i dont think i will order at mc, any where any more, till i here about changes, in the way mc,donalds serves, the food , it should allways be hot and fresh. if not "" you should not be in biusness, or advertise hot fresh food.
I live quite a ways from the McDonalds in the country. I stopped to get a drive thru order of the new cheddar bacon melt, large fries, and a 10 piece nugget with honey mustard sauce. Got all the way home had a bag with two cookies(????) and a six piece nugget with ketchup..no fries no sandwich nothing. Can't drive back tonight too far, paid for it though, ALOT more than two cookies and six pieces of chicken!@!

Extremely slow drive thru, but only slightly faster counter service. It's not unusual to wait in the drive thru for 10-13 minutes, which defeats the purpose of DRIVE THRU!

I was driving to this McDonald's and missed the turn. While turning around at the intersection I saw a stranded motorist on the side of the road. Not one person stopped in three days. His starter was broken so I couldn't boost the car. After asking him some questions I found out he slept in his car over night as he was new to the city and had no money. I went to the McDonald's and bought him a hot chocolate and told the manager the story of the stranded motorist. Without question she gave me a large fries. She didn't have to do this but she chose to trust me and help the person in need. She has renewed my faith in humanity and I can't say enough good things about her and this McDonald's. Way to go McDonald's!!!
At this location,the store is always clean,but the atmosphere feels unfriendly. The employees seem to be self occupied,and the managers appear to be self occupied as well. The food is always great,but please loose the attitudes.
Dont go here! First of they give u something cheaper than what u order. I went to the drive thru I got a double quarter lb w/ cheese burger. I drove home and saw a hambuger from the $1 menu. So a few wks later came back I got something from McDonald and told them the situation from last time. So went home again my hambuger wasnt even in the bag wtf!!! I told my friend what had happen n the same thing happen too.

Every time I purchase anything from the McDonalds on Mesa Grande, Las Cruces, NM, the super size fries container is half full and the food is always at room temperature. Can I for once get a FULL container of fries and for once a hamburger that is hot!! I will be getting in touch the corporate. Something is just not right.
On the night of 11/11/2012 my family and i went through the drive through at this McDonald's and placed a simple order (#1 with coke, #2 with sprite, and #8 with sprite) after paying for and receiving the meals i asked why we did not get fries. At that time the lady at the window got rude and stated that we did not order fries, i proceeded to calmly relate to the lady how i had placed the order by number and would really like the fries the should come with it. I was informed that i would not be getting the fries. At this point, being tired and very upset i chose to leave the McDonald's, feeling very ripped off and upset, this after just leaving a wonderful concert. Due to this incident my family and i will not be going to any McDonald's for the foreseeable future.

I stopped in for a snack at 6:15 pm. While I was eating my sundae there was a man who came out of the bathroom and commented to the staff about the "foul" smell in the restroom. Two employees discusses this issue while they waited on a customer saying that if they could just pee in the toilet/urinol maybe there wouldn't be that smell. I didn't appreciate hearing there conversation. Then a customer wanted sweet tea and she was told they had it but it had a cup over the spout. She was told by an employee that they could get her some from the back. The ketchup dispenser was also out of ketchup and a mess. This was 6pm there were plenty of employees. I will not be going back!

I have been to this McDonalds many times and the service at the drive thru window is terrible EVERY TIME. Convenience is the ONLY reason I go back and each time I return it's with the hope that THIS TIME MIGHT BE DIFFERENT. Today, same thing. I ordered two meals to a very friendly woman on the speaker. Pulled around and paid and pulled up to the second window with that HOPE of better service. Some young kid who appeared to be irritated handed me two bags and says have a nice day. I asked where my drinks were, and he asked what I ordered. I repeated my drinks order and he got them and handed them to me and shut the window. I knocked and asked for two straws so I didn't have to drink my pop without the cover of the cup like I did the last time. He gave me two straws and again shuts the window. As I began to pull away thinking I have all I paid for I realize that the fries from one of the meals isn't in the bag. The back of my car was even with the window so that the next car couldn't pull up and I got out and asked for the fries thinking the would just hand them to me through the window. This guy says "we will bring them out to you." Rather than pull up and wait 5 minutes like I usually would I waited right where I was so that maybe if the cars behind me were held up they might move a bit faster. This guy, who completely screwed up filling the order yells PULL FORWARD so we can get the next car their order. WHAT, he's worried about the NEXT customer? WHAT ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER? If the "all star" would have done his job I wouldnt have been in the way. I think I'll just hit BK next door from now on.I know people have bad days but this McDonlads sucks EVERY TIME.

This new Mcdonalds SUCKS!!!! My family will never go there again. I placed an order at the drive through I was rudely cut off by the by order taker and couldnt complete my order. When I got to the window to re-order she pretended it wasn't her( same voice). Got to the window to get my food three more rude ladies and didn't get all my order had to ask for it show my reciecpt. Upon eating My Fish sandwich it was horrible the worst I had ever had and I love McDonald Fish and I only eat them 3-4 times a year so they are very special to me. I was totaly disappointed in the service and food today. What happen to service with a smile?
I very seldom write bad reviews, however, every single trip to this McDonald has been a disaster. After I paid at the drive through no one had a clue what my order was. they asked me what I ordered, wanted my receipt and did the same thing to the car in front of me. Finally after handing me the wrong sack/drink 2-3 times, I got my cold order. The big mac had so much special sauce on it that my bun fell apart. Food was cold and a waste of my $$. Last time we had to pull up and wait 15 minutes with 2 cars in the parking lot and none in drive through. Went inside to find our order sitting there - cold of course, and got home to find it was not our order. They mixed ours up with the only other customer. I am done with your store, and your manager is managing nothing.
We live very near the McDonald's on Harvey Mitchell Pkwy, and go there because it is convenient and cheap! The attitude of the employees is the worst I have seen in any place of business! 1 out of 5 times might be just fine, and then it's cold cheeseburgers, fries and no toppings on the sundaes (and they want to charge you extra if you ask for adequate topping). They also NEVER answer the phone, no matter the time of day or the evening. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
I went to the restaurant and ordered a 10 piece McNuggets thinking it would be quick and it was anything BUT quick. As I was ordering there was 4 employees taking their break and setting up near the front. One of them kept getting up and asking the girl taking my order to borrow her phone AND the girl stopped what she was doing (taking my order) and gave it to her. Then one of the employees that was on break got up and went behind the counter and who I am assuming was one of the managers snapped at the employee. It was something like "I know you are not coming up here behind my counter while my drive thru is wrapped about the building wanting me to do something". I just thought it was in poor taste to do in front of a whole lobby full of people. I stood up front for approximaley 11-12 minutes waiting for my McNuggets, finally the managers said "10 piece McNugget?", I said "that's me" then I was told that is was going to be a few minutes cause they had to cook your McNuggets. I asked how long becuase I had already been waiting 15 minutes, and was told a little over 4 minutes. I told them that I couldn't wait any longer becuase I was going to be late for work. Then was told "OK, sorry, have a good day". I told the lady that I had already paid for them. She said give me a minute and took the next persons order. I said don't worry about it, so I left. Paid for something and never got it or my money back. VERY poor management and customer service at this location.
One of the best places I ever worked for, after 16 years of working here I never grew tired of it. I worked with some wonderful managers and employees, I miss them all! Thanks guys for one of the greatest experience I've ever had!
This is NOT a McDonalds I will go to again. With the renno you would think it would be built with better seating,etc. Totally the opposite. You cut the seating to about 1/3 of what it was and the Playground is a joke. No seats and it's shrunk from the orig. Thinking you created this for the high school kids but def not for elderly or for small children. Think again who your customers are..we am no longer one of them. Wouldn't allow me to rate less than 1 star!

Waited after we paid for 20 min them got the wrong food - there were 2 cars In front of us parked and 1 behind us! When we told the girl they didn't give us our drink she told me it ridicules that they didn't give it to us at the window - the girl got crappy with us and didn't offer to get us the right food or the manager!!! If you go thru the drive thru plan on 30 min and it should be called a park thru! Two breakfast meals shouldn't take that long at 9 am
