this place is horrible! I waited 35 minutes with 3 people in front of me just to have to turn around and not get my food. this place is a disgrace and I would rather travel all the way across town than ever step foot on their property. Because of them Its not likely that I will ever eat from another mcdonalds again. you guys should be a shamed of yourselves!

Charged 21% more for two pickle slices added to my two double cheeseburgers, and to top it off, the food was sloppily thrown together. I will never be back to this McD's and quite frankly, will probably start looking at any McD's as my very last resort when looking for fast food. $.54 for four little slices of pickle is outright thievery.

I had the worst meal ever here burger ice cold and burnt fries burnt aked for no pickles and they were on my burger but the grill slip was on the the box saying no pickle will never go there again

Kinda new store, Argos-Style, you place your order, they give you a receipt for you to go and collect your food from the collection point, ITS RIDICULOUS. Had to wait 7 minutes for a 99p cheesburger last time, second time it happened to me, and also management style is disgraceful, you got and Indian looking guy and a tall black woman, who honestly I've not ever heard anyone be soo rude to their staff like they are, shouting, screaming, when things aren't going their way. I felt like everyones working as a slave in there.

By the time my breakfast turned up thee food was cold and trying to explain I had been waiting for 20 minutes to the manager was confronted by a untrained manager with a terrible attitude..

Ordered a BLT with extra ketchup , waited for 15 min I eventually spoke to a manager waited another 10 to make and it has no ketchup and a couple hairs on my burger . I complained about the burger which I waited another 5 min still no ketchup . I complained one final time and as she was handing me the BLT she dropped it on the floor but the sandwich back together put it in the box and handed it back to me thinking I didn't notice . But I did . I saw it all . I'm looking at you Joan, after that I've never been back

Worst drive-thru ever. Chances of getting what you ordered are very slim. Don't bother asking for dipping sauce...you won't get it. The food is standard macdonalds fair.

I went to this mcdonalds today for breakfast. The service was not good. Staff seemed miserable. I asked for a barbacue sauce for my husbands meal. He ordered a large breakfast sandwich meal and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal large. The girl said that they charge for barbacue sauce. The wouldn't even give 1 after spending 13$ on two meals. That was upsetting because my husband looks forward to barbacue for his sandwich. I won't go back to this location. I will go to mcdonalds in Jupiter next time. They give 2 sauces a meal for Free.

I came through the driveway and got two Big Macs, by th time I got home and opened my sandwiches someone had taken a bite from each one. When I brought them back, the manager didn't apologize and just remade my sandwiches. I will never return to this mcdonalds

i am wanting to work here for 6 months now and i still do i love mcdonalds and i know i will love working there my name is Miracle HAndy am was hoping you can look at my application.

Every time I use the drive thru 8 out of 10 they will mess up my order and I inform the workers load and clear I want a plain cheese burger and what do I get when I look in it is a cheese burger with ketchup and onions instead of a simple order of meat buns and cheese.

It took almost 20 minutes to get our order!! I swear the Drive Thru were getting there food faster than we were tonight!! This was around 8:00 p.m.

Tried to go to McDonalds around 10:55pm. saw a car ahead of me get service but didnt get any myself ... waited 25 mins and all the workers did was stare at me and pretend to pick up trash. Will NEVER get food from them again. They could have atleast said something instead of just acting like morons!!!!

Kids love to eat McDonald,me love as well. Their French fries are crispy but lot of salt.They introducecd new wraps which are healthy and tasty and their burger are all the time yummy.Kids love their nuggets. Customer service is great,but sometimes kids cannot find their favorite toy with happy meal.They have great deals which makes customers to come over.

There is a night manager at the Kipling location with a island accent. His first name begins with a V. His attitude is VERY disgusting and he does not exhibit ANY customer service. I read the comments out there and many of them are about this individual. I believe that McDonalds need to take this seriously because he will result in them losing a lot of business.

My daughter n law stopped in for a drink there. An employee, nikki lawson waited on her and put a bug in her drink. When she complained about the bad service they just offered her another drink. Fryer beepers never stopped during entire visit. We ate in. Appeared to be no supervision of the employees. Could not handle a rush on a Sunday night. As soon as the orders were filled, almost all of the employees were out of sight. No clean up or restocking, except one person. No coin change in the cash register.

Years ago this place service had gotten bad. But in the last few years it has gotten way better. I use the drive thru most of the time. The window people Are always friendly. Food is good. As a worker l don,'t care much for all the things the big co. Make them say. I think just may i help you is fine. Also that little surplus tax they charge you at some Mcdonalds but this has nothin to do with the quality of service these guys give.

My boyfriend and I have had nothing but issues at this restaurant. Today for example - originally went through the drivethru to order our food get home and realize its wrong so drive back to MCDonalds and go in to show the error - the receipt was correct, the order was not. After waiting in line we told the girl at the till the order wasn't correct. Then she proceeds to just leave our food and receipt there and help everyone after us. Terrible customer service. Get home and surprise surprise the order is once again wrong! The crispy snack wraps - are they really that difficult to make?? I give up!!!

Why is it that at least 25% of the times (about once weekly) that I try to get a shake I am told "the machine is down"? Is the machine really down (if so you need new equipment!) or has it just been cleaned and you don't want to have to clean it again at the end of the evening so you're just saying it is down? Come on, this is ridiculous!!!!

The more i go to this McDonalds the more im disappointed.. the service has gone downhill seeming to only pay attention to drive thru cars.. dont the people who get off their butts and go inside deserve service?.. also the quality of food here is also spiraling down.. out of the past 12 visits 9 of them we screwed up when i checked my order.. this past time i got a crispy chicken snack wrap and the damn thing didnt even have chicken in it.. ever since the last hiring phase nobody there does anything correctly.. i ask for a sweet tea and depending on whos on counter depends on what size drink i get.. i thought a sweet tea was one size fits all.. but guess im wrong.. i'm about to give up on this establishment..

I eat here often and the crew look like they would rather die than be there and based on the majority of the managers that are there I can't blame them. The one shorter chunky woman with brown hair and glasses is always a bitch to her crew. It makes being there for to long unpleasant. I can't imagine what those poor kids feel like being there all the time.

I don't understand why a piece of cheese is such a big deal, we're all people, why should your wife have the privledge of taking time off MY order to explain how she'd like the cheese removed. I have now given this brand new location 3 chances and 3 strikes you're out! Not once have they gotten our order right, I double checked what I was charged tonight and they charged for whole meals when we only got burgers, put pickles & onions on my son's when we asked for none and they even had it on the slip taped to the box! Forgot the cheese on my burger and gave me 2 bun tops (what the heck?!) Awful service and experience!

All the trays were dirty, trash over flowing, no ketchup, napkins, etc. no onions on my burger. Very slow during lunch on a Saturday. Not coming back!!!

Went to this store with two full cards filled with stickers which warrants a free coffee for each full card. They refused to accept and honour them because the monopoly game has started. We purchased 14 coffees to get the cards full... you would think they could spare two coffees. They wouldn't let us speak to the manager, they failed to give us a receipt, pretended not to know the store number. Now it's basically impossible to make a complaint about the poor service. Went through drive-through order a happy meal number 14 and a McDonald's big Mac wrap shouldn't be too hard right? Wrong when I got my order a happy meal was missing the toy, the chicken sandwich was missing everything except the chicken patty, one of my parfaits was missing the silverware and the granola, and the large drink that I got was and is nothing like a Diet Coke. By FAR the slowest mcdonalds i have ever been to. I live right down the street but willing to go across town to a different mcdonalds because I know that i would Still get back faster then if i would have gone to 72nd and sheridan right down the street. So many times have i had to move ahead so that they can make my food and then come out to give it to me. How complex could a chicken wrap be? So much for "fast" food.

The service at this McDonalds on Granby Street in Norfolk Virginia was the worst ever! The employees were very rude and unprofessional! They made rude comments about the customers loud enough that the customers could hear what they're saying. Even the district manager "Kennedy," had the same attitude as they when I explained to him what happenedo! Ooooooooh, extremely rude! I will never patronize that store again! we as blacks get so upset when someone calls us the N word. However, if you act that way people will treat you that way!!

UnMchappy and poorly trained staff. Management appear to be clueless regarding the perception of this McDonald's. They should put up a screen of the kitchen so drive thru customers can't see how dirty the floor is. All I buy there is the coffee, you can't f that up too bad and the hot coffee has the ability to self sterilize.

Recently visited via drive thru. Clerk dangled bag of food after giving me a Dr. Pepper with the jar ajar. Egg white delight overcooked and crispy. Communications agent suggested that like a shirt that is returned, so should an half eaten sandwich , many hours later.

Your management at this location is very rude she needs some retraining in politeness and she also needs to not be racist. We took our greatgrandaughter out for her happy meal , she wanted to go in the play area so we also sat in the play area, your manager? came in and only spoke to us white folks that the play area was closed and we needed to leave..There were several Hispanic children playing in the area and they continued to play. She called a detective to the scene he did not see a problem with what my husband had to say. I guess if she would have more training in her field maybe we would not have had a problem will be our last trip to that location.

Stay as far away as possible! This location will boot your vehicle while you are standing in line to make your purchase. The management will state they do not hire the individual there or contract with them who boot your car. They are there to exploit money out of McDonalds customers. If you have the time to call the police and show proof of your purchase I would recommend it as this activity needs to be stopped. It was a 75 cash only fee to have it removed and yes they will tell you to walk off property to find an ATM!

I have only stopped here three times in the last couple of months, but each time the drive-thru service has been terrible. The first time I stopped several cars ahead of me actually pulled out of the line after ordering. The second time was just as bad - almost ten minutes to get thru the line.Today was the worst - I waited three minutes for the clerk to make change for a twenty, I had to pull ahead to the special spot because the order wasn't done and, when the order was brought to me, it was wrong! My husband and I ate at the McDonalds in Wal-Mart tonight. After getting our food we walked thru the lobby to sit. Not a clean table in the place, some of the seats were filthy, and the floor was so sticky that my sneakers were sticking. I just had knee replacement surgery 5 1/2 weeks ago and was fearful of falling (which is the only way I can wreck my new knee). I have eaten in this place many times and at all different hours of the day. The evening shift is always lacking in the cleanliness department, but this was the worst.

Mcdonalds Bridgewater worst customer service ever...went to the store placed my order cashier got price wrong,the when it was corrected gave her my money she gave me the wrong change,when I pointed out "politely I might add" that I was shorted the cashier dug into her pocket and threw the change on the counter rather than handing it to me like a normal human being,she asked the other 2 ppl after m...e if they wanted their drinks before their meal and wrote their names on the tag and completely ignored me,if that wasnt bad enough the ppl that ordered after me got served before me and to add insult to injury they gave my order away and I had to wait while they remade it,I asked for eat in they brought it out in a take out bag....Seriously how bad is that!

The outside of this facility meets the form based code; Hilo currently uses. Yes, there is a code...ever notice how all the buildings downtown have that 'out of a western movie' look to it? That's awesome historic preservation going on right there. As cool or non-cool as that may be, I think the whole 70's theme is just so pass`e. To make things worse it's right on the corner of an intersection of a main street that's often used. Good for business? I say nay. It's a pain to get in & out of!

As an employee I feel ive been discriminated against over religious issues. But yet another employee is given special treatment for his religion. I wonder what the labor board will have to say about it.

I have never been treated the way I was treated in all my 45 years. The employee was rude, afterwards I still decided to sit in lobby by window and try to enjoy my lunch. The food was fresh, and good. I noticed this same female go outside to a vehicle and to me it seemed like a transaction took place. This location need to test their employees for drugs. I knew something was wrong with her upon taking my order. maybe she was in a hurry to go outside. I recommend a surprise screening for these employees sorry all have to suffer for one.

Very poor service. Hispanic woman couldn't understand what coffee drink i wanted so she guessed. Then three people who ordered behind me got their coffee before i got mine. Waited for one of the seven people standing there to acknowledge me and one gives me a dirty look and asks what I need. The woman gets a horrible attitude with me and makes the wrong drink even after i told her the woman wrang it up wrong on the register. To which she made the one on the reciept and handed it to me anyway, and walked away without making eye contact before I could say anything. Not sure what the hell i did to deserve that, but okay! Rude!!

They do not wash their hands before going back to work when they are in the bathroom. I witnessed one of them today and I was shocked! I asked her why she didn't do it and she just didn't care. Its hit or miss here. I love caramel sundaes but their ice cream machine is down a lot. They always forget my sweet and sour sauce. But when they get it right I'm happy. Also they need yo train their employees better I once got back 20.00 when I should have gotten only 2.00.

We picked-up breakfast one Sunday morning. We ordered a Egg McMuffin, also an Egg McMuffin with sausage. The Egg McMuffin egg was all curled up in the sandwich, cold, also a very cold piece of ham. The restaurant is very close to our residence. One expects the food to be luke warm, but this was absolutely ridiculous. How the egg was so curled up, what's up with that? Also the hash browns, 4 in total, tasted as if they were frozen, but then put in a toaster for a minute. Terribly disappointed!!

I hate coming here. All of my recent trips have resulted in getting the wrong order. and I don't get a receipt so I can't even take it back. Never coming here again.

Clean, up to date, and fast service

This is a 24/7 store but after calling the manager I was told that the lights in and around the store go off, all of them, once every hour after 11 pm. We were not apprised of this and suddenly were thrust into darkness. We proceeded to leave in total darkness and I had one person with me who was using a cane, with no light on the step outside. This could have been very disasterous. I am not sure why this policy is in effect, but the staff should at least warn customers when it happens to stay seated because the lights will come back on. (supposedly) Note: although the manager said they come back on in 30 seconds...they were still all out when we drove out of the parking lot.

I go to this McDonalds once in a while and every time it's either my order is screwed up or shorted. Or the customer service is awful. My business never feels appreciated. There's really no greeting when I go to pay not a word is said and when I get my food all I hear is "hi" and I get my food with the window shut in my face. I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone else

The manager Francisco is a no good S.O.B.. He sexually harrasses a certain individual, cuts her hours, subtracts times that she works so it shows her working less than she actually did and He and just about everyone who works there are undocumented imigrants from Mexico. The owner of this McDonald's is well aware of this but does nothing about it, probably because he pays them less money to run his business then he would with a U.S. citizen. The EEOC and the US Border Patrol will be contacted.

Proper bags are supposed to be used to line the tea urns but aren't used in result you get a moldy tea spout. Also soda dispenser nozzles for fountain drinks are sort of clear yellow and you can see the mold in side which means there not soaking in proper santitizing solution at the end if the night
