The store manger here is rude and cruel she has no respect toward her co workers she has had 5 mangers walk out on her and she fired employees for silly reasons. She should not be in a position of power

This McDonald's is by far the best in Cannock! Every time I go in the food is hot the place is clean and the staff are now very friendly compared to a couple of years ago the surpurvisors are alot better and I now visit this McDonald's nearly 4 times a week I didn't used to go visit that many times in a year.

Drive thru staff don't check order even after being ask about a specific item that was not visible. They just assume that the order is correct without checking or asking the staff that bags the order.

great service hot fresh food without a wait. by the time i walked over to get my drink my order was ready. and the employees were very nice they greeted me on my way in and told me to have a nice day on the way out. will definitly be a repeat customer

Now this may not seem like a big deal, but when every time I come to this same restaurant, in the drive thru and ask for extra nugget sauce, pay extra for it, and continuously don't get what I have paid for. I work at a restaurant myself, so next time after it takes you so long to get my order, you should make sure it's right!

Best pizza hut ever, wished they had pizza though

This McDonalds location is very lucky that they do not have any competition near by... this location will never fail to get a simple order incorrect. Order two cheeseburgers and small fries and they will forget a cheeseburger. I have tried to give this location a chance but I give up!!! Too many wrong orders... Ah... It's probably a good thing anyway. I can avoid a heart attack.

The hart McDonald's is in a great location for us and has a great play area for kids, but every time I have gone there the restaurant has been disgusting. Tables dirty, garbage overflowing. I could understand after a lunch rush or the odd time, but it's been everything and it has been slow.

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Every time I come here I wait at least 10-15 minutes and go back thinking maybe the next time will be different. Never going back there again.

Great service, great food and place.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I always go on my way to work early in the morning, about 5 am, or a little before, and the employees are always so rude. Everytime I get a biscuit, my biscuit is always hard as a rock. You can tell they do not care about giving a paying customer fresh food, which is really sad.

Is it really that hard to get someone's order right lmfao I give up with that place for now on I will go to Burger King

This has got to be the nastiest food that I have ever tasted. Expect to wait in a long line because the people working there take their sweet time and you never get what you order.

Went thru drive they n waited 10 minutes.before they answered. Pulled up to get food n we waited another 15 minutes. The food orders Took too Long. They were not prepared. The employee working was heavy n didnot look clean.

With all the traffic of people had a great experience during lunch with the kids. Staff was friendly and the food was great. Daughter was histatic to get a happy meal with firbie didnt have. Thanks

I do not eat at McDonalds a lot, but when I do I visit this McDonalds for their customer service. I have never gone through that drive thru that I wasn't greeted and asked how I was doing and told to have a great day! The employees seem geniunely happy to be there. Good job - keep it up

Last night i came through the drive thru and my sister in law got a pancake with sausage platter. We get home and she opens the container and there is a DEAD FLY inside!!! Gross

Ordered a double big mac and when I got home I have only a bun. No meat, no toppings. I would like say check your orders and never trust the workers.

I go there almost everyday for lunch since I work right by there. The food is always fresh and the service is really fast, I can get in and out and still have a lot of time to eat my lunch before my break is over.

Frequent this McDonalds often always great service speed and very clean!! Great crew and managers that always seem to be in good moods and brighten my day! Wish every McDonalds ran like this one.

I am a regural costumer at at macd I had really a big order then wen I get home the meat soooo dry I call in and the manager is telling me to return the food what kind of manager is that I don't think I will ever show ma foot there again.... He soo rude wen I was taking to him I had to hung up the phone.....

This McDonalds located in Ruskin has the BEST service around. Everyone is fast and friendly. The entire staff is amazing and I love the remodel that was done. Great Job.

I was disgusted with the lack of cleniness of your toilets, i couldnt even sit my two year old on to the toilet, doesnt look liked its had a good scrub for over a year! Bad for a " restaurant "

I love this McDonald's service is great .. I try to stop at this McDonald's anytime I am out near the area even if its to get a large coke I will make sure to stop by .. The night manager is really really sweet I normally stop by after work about 1030 pm and he is normally there ( I don't kno his name ) but he is super super nice .. Never a bad experience when he is there ..

Not sure what management is doing but I know what they are not doing...and that's training their employees. Home visiting for the holidays and every time a myself or a family member goes there the order isn't correct. The employees are very nonchalant and act like they don't care about their jobs. You repeat your requests to them numerous times and yet they still can't get it right. Ridiculous!

Maybe it's because it's close to midnight on a weeknight, but the quality of the food being "served" / "sold" at the 24 hour Mc Donalds is unacceptable. What a rip off! The food is dry, stale, and often cold if not microwaved too long, leaving it rubbery. The only time I have had anything decent to eat at this location is between 6--9am.

I didn't know mac sauce had changed to ketchup and mustard. I know I should have double checked my burger but I figure with how many customers you get daily you guys would know how to make orders correct!!

This by far was the worst drive thru experience of my life. You would think that it being a new location would mean better quality, but no. Staff used profanity after confusion with the order and said I needed "to learn the f***ING menu. Overall, this location ruins the brands reputation.

I was just at this location a few weeks back and again a few days ago. And both times in there the staff is all over the place and the customer service was bad. This location is slower to where i live but i will not go back there.

This location is very slow. The workers seem like like they don't like working morning. I can't believe every time I go there I have to set n the drive thru for 10 to 15 min. It's just bad service.

The owners/supervisors must be off on New Years Day. There was all of 3 people in this damn place and all I ordered was a freakin egg mcmuffin, and I'll be damned if I didn't have to sit in line for 18 minutes and then eventually just walk in and asked for my damn money back! Unfreakinbelievable!! Black business owners have got to do better!!

Now$1.39 there is almost no hot fudge on the Sundays. They use to put fudge on the top and bottom; today just a spatter on the top. They offered to sell me more. I bet the employees are not getting a raise with the increased prices. If they were paid properly, they mighty give better customer service.

Poor customer service. Had a coupon for meal deal $4.99. The store did not honor it because they didn't know how to key it in. No oppologies...they just let me walk out. I went to another McDonald 's close by who were able to process my coupon.

Order was wrong, the whole place was dirty, including the tables, counter, floor and toilets. The staff were far too 'busy' chatting to each other to care. No pride. At least the food was edible.

I went thru the drive thru on Wednesday Night 12/18/13. and purchased food for 13.08 i was charged twice for that order. i called on the 18th 19th and 20th no answer or response as to how i will be getting my money back. i did on the 19th talk to a shift manager dat told me he cant do anything about that and that i would have to call back in the morning and talk to the general manager between 6-4. and i left my name and number and i have been calling allday since 7 am still no response. .....................very unacceptable .

Went through drive threw only to have my order wrong plus I was not able to buy 2pies because they stop them at 8 o' clock??? It was 10 o'clock. Sorry I couldn't rush there before 8....i took the wrong food back in,in person only to find the young girl waiting on me had dirty fingernails touching my food.I was so grossed out,,,train your staff properly in hygiene. This location is the worst I've ever seen. The food service sucks. They can never get your order right or they to lazy to do their jobs. I went two days in a row to get a frappe and the server told me they didn't clean the machine so I couldn't get one. I asked her if anyone does their job and she said they didn't have time. This is so unprofessional. If they can't do the job hire someone who can.

I would like to send a big thank you to McDonalds for changing the type of music played in their restaurant. I came in today and was pleasantly surprised that love songs and quality music was actually being played.

Recently I was at McDonald's and I heard the manager giving one of the girls a hard time. It wasn't busy but he was letting all the girls stand around except for one girl. She is fairly new because I haven't seen her there before and she is on the heavy side. I guess the other girls can stand around cause they flirt with the manager. It doesn't seem like he knows how to treat employees with fairness.

This mcDonalds is always slow on the drive through. Waited 10 minutes to order with only one car ahead of us. When we got to the window our order was not ready. This was not a complicated order. 3 mcdoubles a mcchicken and a large fry. We were told to pull ahead so we could wait some more. I asked to speak to a manager and the employees just laughed at us. I did not move and we patiently waited for our order. Go to chick fillet across the street. This place is run by idiots.

I am fan of McCafe. I often visit this restaurant. It is good for kids also. However, today I got wrong thing instead of right order. I order for 2 apple pies, and unfortunately while I opened those in my house it were not the same. Those were named chaussonncuit au four, and my kids didn't like those at all. I believe all non emergency businesses should be closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is just pure greed. I for one will not be stopping in Mcdonalds over these holiday, the employees need to be home with their families Wish I could give a 0 stars.

We visited this McDonald's on 11/27/13 and have always had a GREAT experience there BUT I saw a sign about "Thanksgiving Day" volunteer's and I have to say, that if more owners/retailers would adopt the idea of volunteers until noon, that we could ALL spend this family holiday with our families. Got two hot chocolates las night. We're watery and cold. Got two biscuits this morning. Egg rubbery, meat like cardboard and biscuit tasted like flour. Service was good. Food horrible. You need to make some changes. Every time I've given them another chance keeps getting worse.

Today I purchased a sweet tea while traveling at 4:23. I eventually found that it was 2/3's ice. Two hours later in a warm car my cup was still 2/3's full of ice. That is ridiculous

First time customer at this McDonald's an it was not good the French fries were cold an hard the two mcdoubles were also cold an the cost was .30 cents more each burger, coffee was .08 cents more than other McDonalds. The McRib was also cold an cost was more than other McDonalds an no offer for the second McRib for $1. I will not recommend this Mickey D's!!!

Don't go here - parked in their lot and got booted to the tune of $75 CASH ONLY. No reciept and the little twerp was a complete jerk. I don't know why McDonald's would allow this to occur in their parking lot, but I won't be going there EVER AGAIN...even if it were the last place on earth to eat.

Even with a receipt, they booted my hummer. And extorted $75 dollars and some residue on my rims and window from them.

I recently (11-16-2013) visited this Mcdonalds and they completely got my order wrong, and I got attitude from the employees when returning the food. The problem is that no ones speaks English. Perhaps if I ordered in Spanish my order would have been correct. then when I called the manager to complain I was shocked that he barely spoke or understood English!!

Trongate McDonalds use to be a nice friendly family restaurant. When me and my daughter went in recently one of the managers a male was shouting at the staff right in front of myself and my daughter. Then to top it all of a female manager was also screaming at her staff. This has put me off Trongate McDonalds. They need to train the managers never mind the staff .
