Every time I come to this McDonald location, I get bad service. I don't feel welcome as a customer. Workers' are always having bad attitude, orders are usually messed up, managers' don't know how to run their restaurants. For sure I'm not coming to this location anymore.
If I could post the video on here you would be disgusted. There is a guy in the back handling meat and isn't wearing gloves, which I thought was mandatory. Notice the manager has his shirt tucked in like the dress code requires unlike any other employee who looks like slobs. And not a one of the long haired females on the line have a hair net, just messy hair that could easily get into the food. Drink station was a mess, the napkins were used and left at the station even some dirty ones hanging out the dispenser. Overflowing trash cans in the lobby, I don't know how anyone would be able to dump their tray.The floors are grimy and the fish filet boxes fell off the shelf and laid there for 10 minutes before someone finally picked them up, too bad she put them back on the shelf. And the worst part was the LACK of curtisey and customer service from Tori Scott, who was very rude and hateful as she yelled at me in front of other customers; informing me I had no rights in their public establishment, that if I continued to take pictures she would call the police and that I needed to leave. But I feel people need and have the right to know what kind of places they eat in. I even have Tori Scott on video threatening me and saying the establishment was filthy.
I ordered 1 item - a grilled chicken/bacon McWrap. It appeared correct on the screen but I received a grilled chicken lime chili McWrap. It was marked as a grilled chicken/bacon McWrap. Very disappointed!
We were there on Sat. 4-20-13. 6pm, All but one table was dirty, the floor was covered with trash and french fries. When we notified the help they cleaned two tables, they didn't appear to see the floor. We won't be going there again.
Workers were all standing around, not working together to get orders prepared in a timely fashion. At least 8 people waited for their food for over 5-10 minutes. Customers were complaining and workers' responses were "We are a small location, there's a McDonald's down the road that's bigger...maybe you should go to that location next time. There's also a Taco Bell & KFC right across the street you could go to." One lady waited at least 10 minutes for a new large chicken wrap item and due to how long it took the workers to make that particular item, the Manager instructed the other workers to tell customers they were out of the item and did not serve it for the remainder of the time. Allowed customers to turn away and take their business elsewhere due to this. Seating was nasty, booths not secured to floor and would move when we sat down. Not ketchup in either of the 2 dispensers. Hamburger patties on my McDouble were so tiny and burned. Horrible service...as if the food isn't already bad for you, apparently the people are too.
The manager here what happened is that a person came up and didn't understand the bill so the manager sat down with her and explained every little detail to her.
Prepare to wait. They may get it right. You're better off cooking a meal that you'll like.
Will never eat at this mcdonalds again. Two times I have gotte. The mcwrap and both times the cucumbers were nasty and the ranch dressing was runny and digusting.
I ordered a Big Mac no pickle. Instead I got Big Mac extra pickle no cheese. What a joke. Oh and the little girl that was working the window had a bad attitude and didn't know what i ordered. You have one lane it can't be difficult to figure it out.
Watered down to the max...the coffee. Cold breakfast sandwiches. Manager rolling her eyes stated they are out of the Medium specialty cups so cannot give me coupon promo sticker. Told, then with eyes and facial scene..."oh just, give her a medium!" Most distraught woman and I know their customer count has declined significantly. Thank you for reading to be aware.

This is one of the best McDonald in South Florida The place is clean and fun to eat the staff very polite and courteous the quality of the food is great I love this place my favorite is the coffee menue compare to Starbucks their coffee menue are much better and the price is right I guess is not really are much you spend it is are good is the food Great job keep it up Love it
They get my order wrong and the manger is very rude and disrespectful. Something must be done about his attitude. This McDonalds is right by my house so It's convient for me to attend that one. I've never been treated so poorly by MANAGEMENT at any restaurant I've been to. Rude!!!
Every time I go to this particular McDonalds they always end up giving me cold unsalted fries. It's the closer to my house which is about five minutes away. I gave it one star because I had too if I could of post without putting a star I would of.
This store is most inefficient store located in my area. The management of the store lacks common courtesy for customer and mostly the food is terrible. I have taken my son over there several times but mostly this store food is not up to McDonald standard. I think the management of the store should be retrained and McDonald should hold the management of the store responsible for their lack of store etiquette and responsibility. Second time I go to the drive through, ordered the new steak burrito, and got sausage. WTF not liking mcdonadl's right now. There worker dont look at the orders close enough reciept say steak. ugh.
This McDonald's food is pretty average, but they consistently (over 50% of the time) put the wrong things in drive thru order bags or miss items (funny, I have never been given any "extra" items). They hate it when you do it, but check the contents of the bag(s) as they give them too you.
This location is a TOTAL mess. Staff comes across as rude, and 9/10 times you will get parked for something as simple as a bacon ranch salad or mcdouble. Fries are typically cold, and Tea is normally sour.

I was coming from church just get my family something to snack on as we where going so we pull in the drive thru. We order our food and three times we ask for a cup of water with our order. They told us the pull over and they will give us our food cause these where suppose to be fresh fries they told us was cooking. When they came out we check our food the fries some where hot and some where cold. The fries where old, the chicken/bacon wrap had no bacon, and they never gave us our water. In fact the person who bought our order out said we had to pay .27 cents just to get a cup of water. We was pretty upset and the final thing they never gave is straws or napkins for our drinks and food. I will never take my family or anybody there again.

i went in to order my food and i got a greeting as soon as i walked in the store with a smile. they all were very kind and at the same time they all were having fun talking, singing, laughing.As i got my food under about a minute in a half. It's so nice to see people who can have fun as well as serving me fresh good fast food. i spoke with the manager and i told her that the servace was gerate and food was good and its good to see you all were having fun at the same time. she replyde.... thank you so very much i'm glad to here good feed back we don't get much of that but we try so hard to serve every customer as we have served you. i was surprised how professorial she reacted because of all the fun they were having. she also asked me to come back as i was leaving i was thinking how much fun i had listening and watching the manager and her crew. it was like dinner and a show. I just want to thank crystal McDonald's for working so hard to serve us and i know you don't get the acknowledgement from us as you all deserve. I just want to end this with good job. :)

This establishment has the rudest staff, who take absolutely zero pride in their jobs. It is close to home so I have gone there many times and every time I tell myself that I am never going to eat there again. They get the order wrong every time and are low class and rude!
4/11/13 We went through the drive through...and our order was wrong..AGAIN..we go to McDonalds at least once a week and everytime we go to this one our order is wrong..it never fails...I told her my order 3 times and it was still wrong... We are done going to this location...they suck...
Stay away, get order wrong and never have the kids meal toys that are shown and bad customer service and slow, I have tried and canceled my order twice due to rudeness Run the otherway go to Whataburger in Navarre it is a drive but cheaper and they treat you nicer like you are a person and not a number.

Good evening, i visited this McDonald's at 4:45 pm and I noticed that there were oven 10 employees working and the kitchen area while the dining room area was a complete disaster. Towels were out on the drinking shelve and on the tray carts, all and I mean all of the tables were nasty and the floor had trash in different areas. I am in the food service business and we need to take better care of our customers so that they will return. I unfortunately will not. Please put some attentive care in managing this facility. Ive been there a few times, once i asked for a vegi deli and got all the way home before realizing id been given a vegetable deluxe and another time i tried to redeem 2 instant win food vouchers and told it was one per customer while the person next to me exchanged 5!

I was loyal customer of Mcdonalds until today. I bought 4 Sausage Mcmuffins to share with my coworkers and the BREAD WAS STALE. I called the store and spoke with the Manager Angie. I let her know that she needed to get rid of that bread becaue it was stale. She just said "Ok thanks for lettng me know". Anyway I still have the bad taste in my mouth. NOT GOOD....
stole money from me, now refusing to refund it. wifes food an experation date stamp on it. piss poor service
The staff in this place are really bad they do not speak to the costumers with respect they do not wash there hands after there break they and really ignorant the floors are a mess the tables are always dirty there are ants in the corner of the room
This McDonald's is the worse fast food restaurant ever! They take forever and they always mess up my order even when I order the simplest things ! They have rats that I've seen and flies that are so annoying ! And the workers really suck!

This McDonolds had the worst customer service ever. Yes they have good food but management and the customer service sucks. I normally go for there breakfast and normally I order it with egg whites. They have taken up to 30 minutes to provide me my food. Jack in the box really put there slogan into play. They don't make it till I order it. They take no more than 5 minutes to give me the sane breakfast. But I also gone to other McDonolds and they don't take more than 7-10 minutes.

I drove thru and ordered 3 oatmeal/raisin cookies--didn't open the sack until I was 5 miles away--not oatmeal but choc. chip that I can't eat. What a disappointment and of course I'm not driving back.
I went to the store tonight and saw the sign behind the counter saying what pieces you could get the game pieces on. So I ordered the big Mac, large fries and large drink even thou I was going to order something else because I wanted to be in the game. There were no pull off pieces on the items I ordered and I asked for them and was told the contest is over. You should have not had you sign showing how to get them.. I am very upset with you putting up ads in your store but not going through with them.
early morning visits 5:30am and 6:30 am during the week of 04/01/2013 have been very unpleasant. The young lady at the window has no customer service tactics and on one visit forgot to give me one of my pricy drinks. When reminded she hands me a coffee instead..Really., asked to see her manager, manager was very nice and took care of issue. As for this young lady she needs to be taught better customer relations, or be put in a place where she does not have to deal with people every second.

Today was the busiest I have seen for lunch at the west end. The drive thru was lined up 5 deep out of the parking lot. The parking lot was full and the service counter was standing room only. It seemed like 1/2 the city decided on McD's for lunch today yet the staff did not stress out, the service was quick and friendly, and my order was perfect including fresh fries (so important). Props to the west end McD's and their great staff. WELL DONE. Thank You.

My friend and I eat breakfast every Saturday morning at this location. We are always greeted courteously and with a big smile. The food is good and hot, can't beat the flavor of the sausage, so all in all I give the place 4 stars. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is because when sitting at the elevated tables, there is a constant cool b reeze blowing on our backs. The fans are great but use them when the weather is warm, not when it's in the 40's
I would like to know why Marietta Pike Street McDonalds make you pull over and wait for your food. I was in a hurry, I ordered a wrap and had to pull over and wait. It's very annoying when no other restaurant in town makes you do that. Other than the wait, the wrap was good.

I have been to this McDonalds a few times and I have nothing good to say about it. The first two times I went to fries were over cooked. The third time I went, you could tell the fires were older and not recently cooked. Also, I found a piece of hair in my cheeseburger. LUCKILY I did not bite into it and get it in my mouth. Completely grossed out by this McDonalds. One last thing, I find the prices are higher here as well. Although, I am not from Florida so they may all be priced higher here than in Indiana.
The overall experience was extremely poor; left waiting @ drivethru, order was incomplete/wrong and the staff was extremely rude. This is not the first disappointing visit at this location but will be the last!!
I would like to know as to WHY when my friend went through Mcdonald's On Robie street this morning at 4:15 am and asked for a double big mac meal, he was told that they had already started breakfast!!!!!! He then asked why and he was told that they switch to breakfast at 4 am now??? lol, I have worked at this particular McDonalds and NEVER have heard of such a thing...RIDICULOUS!!!

After a seven hour shift relieved to be able to grab some sort of food before going to bed I see McDonald's before the highway. Just before 3 am I place my order, I am not told my total..just "1st window" I receive my food and eat my first mc chicken. I go back for my DBL cheeseburger and the bottom bun is as hard as a hockey puck. I almost gagged from the combination of late night fast food and this old bun. There was one car in front of me when I ordered and no one behind me. I hate to leave a bad review but I work in the industry and I would never serve food with a stale bun, especially one that hurts someone's teeth. Never will I go to the McDonalds on belvedere again, on any circumstance.
The restaurant and staff are EXCELLENT. They are courteous, hardworking and dedicated to making the customer's experience pleasant. On our annual fieldtrip, we always stop here and pre-order about 100 kid's meals. We are welcomed with a smile and the food is always ready when we arrive. I go through this Drive Thru every day on my way to work. I have never had a problem with my order. The staff is friendly, the coffee is fresh, and when I do get food, it’s always right! I’ve recommended this McDonalds many and will continue to do so!

ate here during our vacation. Manager was rude! My son ordered the Angus burger and it was pink. Went up to tell them, the manager shunned us away, saying he will fix it? He didnt bother with us after that.
Make sure that you check your bag after you get it in the car. Sandwiches can go missing and you can wait a long time if they tell you to park on the side and wait. They will forget about you. Also, don't wonder anywhere for 5 minutes if you park your car in their parking lot. Make sure that you go quickly inside. This McDonalds will tow your car away quickly. They have people waiting secretly outside watching if you don't go inside right away. They call the tow truck the second that you walk in another direction.

I went to this restaurant and ordered 4 Mc Doubles with mayonnaise and mustard only, and they wanted to charge me $1.20 extra for th mayonnaise. How ridiculous is that. Won't go back to that place again. Watch the screen when you order who knows what else they might be charging extra for.

No changing table in Men's Room. Being a playground McDonalds, this would be a good idea. This location just moved to the bottom of the list until my youngest is potty trained.
For Lunch on a Sunday. Had Big Mac and the bun was horrible. Crusty, pieces missing. Cold. If it wasn't so far away from home I'd have gone back, instead I'll never eat there again.

On 3/23/13. 8:20pm I ordered food thru drive thru the guy was polite. I ordered 2 bigmac meals no pickles, 3 small vanilla milk shakes,1 small fry 2 chicken 4 piece nuggets then drove off when I got home I noticed my nuggets were missing I didn't go back but I just want to say you ppl were so darn busy that you forgot my nuggets I wonder how much other ppl food did u forget? The play area is wonderful and well up kept, people are always friendly. Yet I find myself every other visit returning the food sense it is not hot yet cold. The frys always cold, mushy, and burgers cold, wraps poorly slopped together. Hope they learn to keep the food hot sense this is how food posioning may start.
After paying almost 20.00 for fast food, one would assume that asking for ketchup shouldn't be an issue, don't ever ask for more then 2 because you will get eyes rolled at you and complete attuide, this place needs more training for employees and I can tell you this has happened before.. Ppl should be lucky they have a job, I'm sure there are ppl out there that wouldn't mind working and would do it with professionalism! Won't be going back there...
Placed a to go order with a guy that I could not understand. Asked for a mcflurry with a value meal he said I couldn't ( I understand it would of been more money) when I asked for ketchup for my food he handed me 2 packlets! then I asked for hamburger with ketchup only. When I got home there was onions, and mustard on it.
This restaurant tried to charge me $2.12 for a large coffee this morning which is ridiculous. I bought a large coffee from a different McDonalds yesterday for way under $2. How can the one location warrant charging so much?

my last visit the service was so bad i ask for a refund 7 orders after my order was placed were given out ,my number was called . i said with a total of 9 employees working the service was really bad . i got my refund but the manager did it with a frown on her face .seemed as it was my fault and i was bothering her not a word was spoken to me or apologize for the mishap just a unpleasant event . this was on march 16.

Never go there. The food always feels like it is nuked to long and they always screw up the order or forget something! And if you advertise open 24 hours then Damn well be open 24 hours! I purchased a Sausage Egg Bisquit this morning. The Bisquit was as hard as a ROCK!!! I called McDonalds this morning to complain, but no one is picking up the phone.
I come in on a just about everyday to order a cookie tote a lot of times I like to call ahead so they will be ready when I get there because I like them fresh but today no answer which was ok cause I was in line but when I got my cookie that I asked twice to make sure they were fresh out they say sure and then when they come to my window alot faster then normal I ask again are these fresh the young lady in dt tell me yes fresh out but went I eat one there not close to fresh so I'm very very displeased I really wanted to just go get my money back
I have had this same experience at this location. I will never go back. The place was moderately busy, so we cut the staff some slack at first. We were ignored.....never a glance or smile from anyone working. I guess we were standing in the wrong spot to place an order and were rudely told. No attempt to take our order or kindly explain the "rules". Wow! We happily went to Dairy Queen and were treated very professionally and greated when we first walked in and served politely. We are not high maintenance, just civilized. Thought you should know

once AGAIN during my hectic 30 minute lunch McDonald's drive through experience is a flop. I ordered a side salad and a mcchicken sandwich. I got the salad only. Not only did I not get my sandwich they did not give me my receipt either so when I call they can give me my food later. Oh and I have been trying to call for the last 7 minutes off and on and it just rings. great service McDonald's NOT!!!
Time and time again I order a large fresh coffee with creamers on the side and yet, I still have to ask for them to be put in a bag, ask for a stirrer and a napkin 95% of the time. Come on people....this shouldn't be that difficult. Really!!!

Dont go here drive up the road North and find the other McDonalds!
Just went and bought some food and again no straw and napkins. This happens all the time at the McDonalds. I have spoken to the manager about it in the past, but it keeps happening. Really something needs to change!

I was in there today (3/10/13) around 5:45 pm while the young guy at the register was trying so hard to serve everyone the girl Ashley was very RUDE and not helping out to much. As I and another guest asked for something that she had forgotten to give us she said we had to wait on the guy on the register meanwhile he was very busy with alot of other people and she walked away and said I cant help you. I would hate to be her co-worker she REALLY needs some serious talked to. As for him he did a wonderful job with no help.
Went for food around 7 . Went home and around nine that night I began to have horrible stomach ache . Threw up all night , next day I still couldn't keep any food down. The worst of it all I call to inform the store manager and all she could tell me was ask for my receipt after I informed her I just wanted to call and let her know what was going on she said have a good day and hung up. Horrible customer service , I will never go to this place again and will let anyone know . They do not care if you get sick from there food.
We stopped off from 210 freeway on 03-09-13 at 1:30 am to get coffee for our long trip. We passed other places because were looking forward to McDonalds coffee. Sat in drive through line for about 20 minutes just to find out they had no coffee available. Then they got our order wrong twice. Then we pull up after paying and the girl at next window is spraying cleaner on counters not 12" from our opened drinks!! We had to ask for new ones and after attitude from her we got them. Pretty bad when you can't do a job that does everything but serves itself!!!!!!
This is the worst McDonalds I've ever visited. The food was cold, service was horrible and the store was filthy. I was so hungry, I waited for 13 minutes to be waited on then I had to tell the manager that a drink came with my order. I suggest to avoid this place, go to Burger King or KFC, stay away from this place.
Can not believe that this location had no salads available for sale at 6:15pm on a Saturday night...not the first time they did not have what I wanted.
