I ordered 3 reg hamburgers and all had nothing but meat and bun... They where all plane and crappy.. I try ed to call and make complaint But after an hour of trying I can only guess That phone was off hook With this kind of product and service I guess having the phone off the hook Is your only sullition

The woman in the drive thru early this morning (Monday, June 17, 2013) was extremely rude. We tried to be nice & go on with our order; however, she only took on a worse attitude & tone of voice. We ended up just leaving and going across hwy 43 to Hardee's to eat. There is no sense in anyone being so hateful and short with their customers. This location will continue to lose customers if she is not dealt with promptly!!

This morning I went through the drive-thru at the McDonald's on Shawnee Mission Parkway. I had just had my eye's dilated and had to wear the tinted eyeglasses to protect my eyes from the sunlight. The girls at the windows started laughing and continued laughing and pointing as they spoke to each other in Spanish. If they were going to make rude and hurtful comments about me at least they could have waited until I was gone. I won't be going back. Very, very poor customer service. God only knows how these girls treat people with other disabilities. They should not be in a customer service position.

One day on my lunch break i stopped by this McDonald's and i was in a big hurry by the time i ordered and payed they already had my bag of food hanging out the last window for me to just drive by and get it!! Fast service and great people that always have a smile on there face!

Dirty floors, condiment/ drink station messy, soda splahed all over the lids and lid holders. Rude staff, will never stop here again. Currently writing this while waiting for over 25 minutes in the drive-thru.....

The manager on duty on Friday June 14 2013 at 12pm has absolutely zero people skills and was extremely rude to staff in front of a line up of paying customers. I used to work for McDonald's and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed in the way the standards have dropped in terms of how staff gets away with acting. The staff at the cash was fantastic and very friendly. It's just too bad that the manager was not.

I was visiting this location earlier this morning in midst of the breakfast rush! I found the service very satisfactory as well as unexpectedly quick! The manager was delightful and very accommodating!

Went through drive through and once got home realized my sprite was just carbonated water. Called the store, and the manager was very pleasant to talk to, and worked it out.

I was there yesterday at 11am (6-6-13) and I presence the manager which was a woman yelling and threaten one of their employees in front of the drive thru Window. That is the worst mistake a manager could ever make because of that I am never going there again. It made me think she was racist even though she was of my same race I could feel the hate and racism on her voice.

Every morning I go out of my way JUST to buy my breakfast at this particular McDonald's. The service is excellent (Drive thru) the people always have a huge smile on their faces and the food and coffee is ALWAYS fresh unlike many of the other McDonald's I have been to. I hope the quality of ppl and food nvr changes here because it would be very sad. The manager has a lot to be proud of and the employees do as well. Thank you for caring about your customers.

I'm so disappointed with this McDonald on west main st new Britain , first of they have some employees that r fooling around while taking care of customers, no ice cream since last Thursday , they forgot my Mc wrap so when I got home it wasn't in the bag ,the fries where brown & hard ,cold! And a couple weeks ago I went there at 2am & the guy said that they are closed for an hour because they have to clean the grills!! So I drove off hungry. I don't want anything free I just want the manager to know about this.

Went to this place on 5/31/13. Very slow, and it wasn't even during peak hours. There were flies around the counter. Maybe those fruity shakes are attracting them? One of the worst micky d's around. Maybe they could use a visit from an undercover boss or something.

don't waste your time. Hardees is in rock throwing distance. This McD's has the same menu items as all the rest however it will not taste the same. They will feed you what tastes like yesterdays left overs reheated.

having finnished my shift on sat morn the 1st of may i decided to have a breakfast at mc donalds maryhill. I waited until they had cooked the breakfast and finally recieved it only to be given a knife and spoon (yes a spoon ) to eat with now i dont know whether the fact im in my late fifties and thinning duped the member of staff into thinking i was a child unable to use cutlery but when i asked him what was this he said we have no forks a piece of info i would rather have had before they wasted thier time cooking a meal you cant eat without the proper tools. pehaps its just as well they only make burgers and have not branched into say aerospace, shipbuilding, nuclear power imagine the damage there when they cant even keep a stock of plastic forks available. i left and went to tesco across the road where i was spoilt for choice in plastic forks. ps why dont you ask tesco how they manage to keep a stock of plastic forks just a thought but perhaps just a thought too far for mcdonalds

This place used to be very good, but now it is completely awful! They mess up all your orders! Even if you have been waiting there for 20 minutes (like we have many times), you still manage to have a screwed up meal! Just, just awful! Food can be good but a messed up order is a HUGE deal breaker!

Day before yesterday , nearly 7 45 pm i came on drive through after a long tiring day... But the smile and greeting of cashier as well as food giver made my day. In addition to that, delicious food made me relaxed. Love u McDonald's food and staff.

This Mcdonalds needs some help, more training. You stand in a line for more than 15 minutes just to place an order to get a number to than wait another 15 minutes to get your order hello people "FAST FOOD" and then they got the order wrong, ugh!! Now they're extending the counter for what!? They only open one register at a time no matter how long the line is.It must be for the waiting line. Good luck with that won't go again!

I just went through the drive up on Mabry. It was 6:50pm on Wednesday. We recently have had bad service at this one but wanted to give one more chance and I want you to know that the guy in the drive up, I didn't catch his name, but he was one of the most polite young man I've seen here. There was a mistake on my pie and he quickly apologized and made it right. I was so impressed with his service. He needs to be told what a great job he did. Thanks

If you decide to go to the post office and then eat at McDonald's....GO TO MCDONALD'S FIRST!!! The tow truck is parked at either of the corners and is just waiting to get the OK from the person who is inside of McDonald's and watching the cars. If you get to your car while he's hooking it up the fee is $68.00 after he tows it onto the street the fee could be $125 to $135.00! How sad that this is what this once friendly neighborhood has come into being. I will no longer eat at this McDonalds. (The burgers taste as if they have been frozen for 5 years anyway).

Food is inconsistant...usually no napkins, use to be good place...tried to add 2 yogurt parfaits to my order at the window with nobody in line behind me and the little punk told me I'd have to drive around again and order them.....I will drive cross town to mc donald's....to top it off ordered 2 coffees black both were cold...that was this morning....

I just want to give a shout out to David who greeted everyone that entered and thanked customers as they left! He was attentive and polite as He took orders. David has great customer service skills.

This place makes the best premium wRAps cuz the one in J . Square gives u almost no meat! And they stingy with the lettuce...but not this mcdonalds¡! And its right next to the lightrail

The new Mcdonalds is way to small to deal with all the tour buses and tourists. On recent trip we entered to find every seat taken by high school kids. We just walked back out. I can imagine a second bus pulling up to find that it is impossible to find seating or even a family . Also the outside area thou seldom used was ideal to sit by the road and enjoy lunch etc... This was not planned well at all... Sad , wont be back... Subway here we come...

It seems they can't put their hamburgers together without the meat sliding off the roll. You have to reassemble the burger to eat it. Manager says its a problem. If they know its a problem then take more care in putting the halves together.

I just went through the drive through. 5/18/2013. 11:40 p.m. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and paid almost $7. I just got home on the south end of town and I don't have any fries in my bag. I am not driving all the way back across town. It's foggy and I'm tired after working a double shift at my job. I feel overcharged and taken advantage of. I should not need to check my bag for the two items that should be there.

horrible customer service, bad food, bad wait times, and when you even try and go and talk to the manager and explain to them, that your food is cold and you would like it cooked fresh they told me no they was not replacing my food.

Their AM is extremely rude. Simply throws food on the table and walks away without waiting for the customers to come get it so she can tell them thank you or have a nice day. She talks down to her crew and doesn't seem to appreciate them. I don't see how someone who got fired for stealing product and money from another McDonald's should have this job.

Have always enjoyed McDonald's tea from the store on Harbison Blvd. in Columbia, SC ... until today. Arrived at 11:30am, with tablet in tow, for lunch which consisted of tea and 2 small burgers. At 12:30am, an employee approached my table and loudly announced that the manager sent her over to tell me that I "would have to make an additional purchase to stay, and that there is a 30 minute restriction." Rather surprised, I packed up while noticing several empty tables in the restaurant. As I exited I noticed a sign on the door that said "30 minute restriction, no loitering." Is that what I was doing, loitering?! Something about this situation bugged me. I had just witnessed one of the worst cases of poor customer service. Been a customer of McDonald's for years, but I'm sure the tea is just as sweet down the road. Panera Bread, Taco Bell, Atlanta Bread ... here I come!

I was on my way back from dropping off items for grad night at school - had not eaten and ordered a fish sandwich and an unsweet tea. I got a sweet tea, and a cold fish sandwich, on hard bread, which was actually crunchy - yuck! I will not stop again - and I would avoid the place if at all possible!

Expected a nice lunch with the grand kids, But after a drive to home, found out they forgot to put in the sandwich. especially when he said "it's all there". Very disappointing having to explain to your 4 year old grandkid.

I went to this McDonald's this morning and ordered 2 McMuffin sandwiches and was charged the regular price for both ... they were advertised on the store sign as 2 for $3.33 I believe (any combination of 2 McMuffin sandwiches).

Tried to call the store when I got home to report this, and there was no answer. I've got a feeling they've overcharged a whole lot of people with this error alone.

Make sure before you leave the drive thru window you check your order ..more than five times they have either messed up my order by giving me the wrong food or completely forgot to put it in the bag. They did promise next time I came in they would replace it..but that isn't solving the issue at that exact moment. Very frustrating.

Last December, we stopped by this McDonald's after my son's orchestra concert. My sons ordered one chicken nugget meal, one large order of fries, and a coke. It took 20-25 minutes to receive this order. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time. When I asked what was taking so long, no explanation was offered.

Forgetting what an incredibly bad experience we had, we stopped there again tonight after my son's orchestra concert. It again took 25 minutes to receive an order of a chicken nugget meal, a chicken wrap, two snack wraps, two fries, and three drinks. Once again, there was no one else in the restaurant waiting on food. We were the only ones. There were at least six employees behind the counter. When asked what the problem was, we were told that one of the wraps was made incorrectly and they had to remake it. So, it takes 10-15 minutes to make a chicken wrap??. Also, the three fries we ordered (large) were only half full.

I will never, ever, ever frequent this McDonald's location and highly recommend that no one else do so either. It boggles my mind the level of incompetence that is accepted as appropriate for employees.

I went through the drive thru for lunch since I am limited on time. I ordered a side salad to take back to work. When I got back, I opened my salad and if the lettuce wasn't rotten it was frozen!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

I went in this McDonalds and the professionalism was horrible-even with the manager!! Everyone is waiting for their food, and the employees were LOUD, and unprofessional! Took absolutely too long to get our food for NO reason other than employees having unnecessary conversations with each other...never will go back.

This is our neighborhood McDonald's and I am sad to say that it is the worst one that I've ever eaten in. I travel for a living and eat at McD's several times a week, but I have contacted the corporate office on this one two times, but it does not get better. Poor service, slow drive-through, and you don't get the correct food most of the time. I've even tried walking in to order, thinking that they'd get it right, but they don't.

The night crew however, is found to not be in a real hurry to serve it customers. I was in about two nights ago and stood in lobby for about 15 minutes waitind on someone to come help me. They were in the back talking, and one female even looked up at me and continue to play on her phone.

I had displeasure of visiting your store on May 6 th , 2013. It was at 4:00 in the afternoon to get a small order and ending up sitting in line for over 21 minutes mainly due to the fact that there is no way to pull out of line because of the design of the parking lot. The food was not bad but the wait time is the worst at this location, the next time I will choose to go elsewhere. If I could have went inside I would but again due to the parking lot that was not feasible.

Every other time I go to this location the coffee machine is "broken" I said something last time and the girl said, we are actually out of milk. Two lies in one conversation! Also, the food is never fresh after 12. It is lukewarm at best.

The manager running this place has a fake smile plastered on her face and requires all employees to do the same around her. very rude but around other people will act goodie goodie. like saying hey look at me i'm a good person but treat everyone like they are garbage, no longer cares only puts on a show but no intent on being a good person what so ever. even judges people just because she has been their a while. thinks she knows everything about everything

I bought two of the wraps. The worst wrap I've ever had. It was shoved into the container so when it was It Opened the wrap was mangled. The insides were at the bottom of the container. Also one of the wraps had no sauce

This is a hard review to write since i have not been able to stop getting sick for the last 2 days after eating here. My child loves this place because of there indoor play place. Unfortunately my visit here on saturday gave me some sort of food poison. the burger its self was was not pleasant so only half of it was eaten. the fries tasted very old. a waste of my money. on a good note the gentleman behind the counter who took my order was exceptionally pleasant

The free WIFI rocks!! They are nice enough to let you walk in with a Dunkin Donuts coffee, donuts, plug in your device, sit there for 10mins to 10 hours and not bother you at all! My only complaint is the constant scraping of the chairs being moved... It is worse than fingernails on a chalkboard! I mean your sitting trying to eat lunch, maybe trying to get work done, even just relax, or maybe talking to a friend and all you can hear is this EXTREMELY LOUD scraping over and over! Talk about wanting to rip out all your hair! I have actually had to leave because of this! I would recommend a quick fix by making them slide or non-movable! But for the most part it's bright, airy, clean, lots of plugs in convenient areas and of course great food!!

I live close by this McDonald's so I deal with their bad service from time to time. But this night was just way too much. I ordered my food which took over 15mins to get and it was wrong so I had to drive back through. When I finally pulled up to the window after waiting and told them my order was wrong I got pushed to the front. I couldn't Even say anything I didn't even get a receipt. After 20 mins I finally got my order and I will never come to this Restaurant again after what I had to deal with.

I went to this Micky D's because it was convient to my home. Three out of four times they get the take out order wrong. I have taken to checking the order before I leave with it. Most times it is not the way I wanted it. Getting and paying for extra sauces it a mind boggler to the staff there. I gave up using the takeout. I had called the manager three seperate times to complain about incomplete orders. I should have known better. Finally, I went inside. The order was correct as it was simple but appartently counting change from a twenty was not. It took two people to count out nine dollars and 92 cents. I heard a rumor, which I did not verify, that MacDonalds was going to hire only people with a bachelors degree. Oh, if it were only true. I am afraid to ~Snopes ~ it and have my hopes dashed.

I am an activity director at a rapid city long term care/transitional care facility. Today we took a few of our residents to the circus and planned to stop at McDonalds for our lunch. I called ahead to see if they would be able to have it ready for us at a certain time so the residents wouldn't have to wait too long to eat. Not only did they have it ready someone called me to let me know it was ready then carried the big box with our big order to the car for my employee. Not many people show great customer service like that anymore. I would just like to say the west side McDonalds is awesome!

this is the only mcdonalds i will ever go to..they are fast...clean ...friendly...and the food is always fresh....management is on target with staff...customer and the quality of food...its har to find one like this..so im a fan..and im sticking with them...

This is the slowest McDonalds ever you might just want to go have a sit down dinner somewhere else

I went to this mcdonalds wanting a tasty treat. Instead I found a meal not fit for my dog. The fries where cold(setting for hrs) sadly I should have drove to morris or ate at wendy's. This location must be prone to serve people who are drunk or have no taste buds!!!!

The people that work here are very friendly, but check your order before you leave.

I stopped at McDonalds at 10355 Folsom Blvd in Rancho this morning and had the most pleasant experience. The young staff were cheerful, and accomodating. It was before 8am and a treat to find the young adults so awake, full of smiles, and providing great customer service.

On 3 occasions takeout orders were messed up. Found out when I got home. Staff needs more training. Will not be back

I went to get breakfast this morning I was their at 10:20 and not only are they very rude they told me they was out of biscuits because they didn't want to fix anymore. I know breakfast isn't over until 10:30 so their is no reason for them to be out of biscuits at 10:20 and when I said something to the young lady about it she got very rude and so did the rest of the crew.

used to go here almost every night on lunch break, only because there was not another place open at 1 in the morning. it would take sometimes 20 mins to get my food and there was only four cars in line, not to mention you would think the food would be fresh and hott when you eventually got it... definatly not the case. maybe if they werent smoking pot in the front entrance or cigs in the same place people could get their food in a timely manner.

Order are ALWAYS wrong, workers are rude and never smile and the drive thru takes forever. Glad Burger King is opening again.

I got a bee in my sandwich box today for lunch, I have ordered 4 miles for my family, my kids didn't eat anything for lunch, it was so disgusting . I took the box back to them and they said, Sorry!

We travel a lot and in our travels stop at many McDonalds along the way. The McDonalds at 5101 Pointe of Way, Tampa FL is by far our favorite. It is the cleanest, friendliest, most efficient we have been in. And we have stopped in many times. And will continue to do so when in the area.
