My husband and I took our son and a friend to BK on yesterday- and the service was horrible- my sons order of 10 piece tenders took 27 mins to come out and when my husband got his double whopper- it only had one piece of meat on it. this is the second time this has happened with the wrong order from the same store in less than 2 weeks.
My husband and I and 8 year old grandson ate lunch at the west Kearny location in Springfield,MO. on June 5. The toilet in the womens restroom was filthy. We ordered our food after that and could not find one table that was wiped off. I finally took some napkins and wiped one off. Then when my grandson opened his milk the foil was folded back and someone had already drank half the milk.The drink station was filthy and the floors were not swept or clean at all. I love Burger King and have never walked in to one with such lazy workers. There was hardly any customers and not one of the employees attemped to clean any of the tables off. In fact one of the managers walked out and just looked and did nothing.This was between 1 and 1:30 in the afternoon.
My family went out to Burger King after dinner for a .50 ice cream that we had seen advertised on T. V. We went to the closest Store and they informed us their machine was broken. We then drove an additional4 miles because my 6 year old son was upset he didn't get ice cream. The next store said they were all sold out, when I questioned her further she said all the Burger King stores were out of ice cream. What kind of company plans a big promotion without making sure they have enough product on hand. A number 4 company and slipping in their field. I remember when Burger King was giving McDonalds a run for their money, Now Wendy's and Subway have passed them by. I'm not surprised with tactics like this. Poor service. I'll be surprised if they even post this. It's funny, I even prefer the taste of Burger King over McDonalds. But Mcdonalds does things right while Burger King doesn't have a clue.
i ordered two double bacon cheese burgers with no pickles . well they left the pickles off and the bacon . i didnt even get one piece on either sandwich. so i spent extra money for bacon i didnt get.
I love burger kings fresh grilled burgers. the French fries and onion rings were great .the staff was very friendly . when you come in they greet you with a smile and say hello. I would recommend north fort Myers Florida store. theirs three adults n my family and we all will come back to eat in your restaurant so, keep up the great job. god bless.
I just wanted to write to let you know that we live here in Oakley Calf and we have a Burger King here in our town that you cant see to good from the road and the colors and the sign on it you cant see from the road, its like in a little hole in the shopping center. Maybe they could paint it brighter? Just a thought.
I had an issue with my wife's order yesterday and it was rapidly taken care of by the GM.
The past 4 visits we've made to this store has resulted in SLOW service... Sat. morning, May 11th, we walked out and went across to McDonald's.
Overall, my experiences with my local BK have been wonderful. I will continue to go there for lunch and dinner, but will no longer go for breakfast. I was very unhappy with my last experience there..
On May 4th, my mother and I had breakfast at your Pittston, Pa store on Kennedy Blvd. I have been to that store many, many times, and had no complaints. However, this trip was horrible. We ordered 2 cressant breakfasts with ham and cheese. I waited 15 minutes for the food, and when we got it, the cheese was cold, the potato puffs were cold,(they had been sitting there the whole 15 minutes. If the store had been busy, I could see having to wait a little while, but there were only 2 other customers there, and they had already been served. It was the worst meal I have ever had there, and the girl who took the order was not pleasant.
I work near the BK in Wesley Chapel, FL. I go there only when I have no other choice. Every time I go there, something is wrong. . . wrong drink, brown lettuce in my salad, whopper with 2" thick mayo, etc. I worked at a BK all throughout high school - it's not that hard to hand over a good meal to a customer. This time, I called and the manager on duty was appologetic and offered to replace the meal but I think someone needs to take a good look at the way this place is run. I won't go back - not even for my "free replacement".
I AM a resident of medicine hat alberta Canada.... I do like to go to bk on regular basic,I enjoy there and use my tablet..see the same ppl there whenever I go...but unfurtunaly about 2 months the wifi doesn't seem to be working and everytime I ask then their answer is we don't know I notice too when there some others ppl were asking and ths all gotta stop...so I AM worried that no one or u ppl WILL not do anythn about this. Why dont it shut down for good and take the sign off where it say "free" wifi. No pointof leaving it up..wonder what u gonna do from there if it happening in medicine hat here. Like come on..!!!! If there a way u can informs me once in a while with email and if gonna be taken care of...I dont want to hear " we WILL try our best or we r sorry". U all should be sorry ppl use their phone too to get connection not just me on my tablet..so please do wat u can so I can go back and enjoys once again and stop all this craps. Do. Concact the medicine hat alberta bk or how u gonna be on this and fixing it...
The burger king in Willoughby, Ohio on route 91is the worst burger king...they never get my order right (drive trought) if they do there is no egg and or bacon on the sandwich.......it sucks i will never go back even thought I have say that before.
I went to my Burger King with a coupon for buy 1 Whopper get 1 free and while there I bought a Apple/Cranberry Chicken salad..poor poor poor..salad was small very little lettuce and to my surprise a sticker that read..FROZEN READY MONon the white part and below on the yellow part it said USE THRU TUES-MARTES...hidden under the lettuce..I usually by my salads at Wendy's where my son works and huge for a 1/2 order yours is a full order with less food in it for over $5..stupid, will never buy anything there again..paid alot but got less plus an added surprize of a STICKER..the store is in Gaylord, Mi on Main st (M-32)
Burger King on hillside ave and 180th street in queens, is the worst in New York City workers and manager rather have a conversation about there lives then help customers. At 11:00 am on march 23, 2013 I got on a line of five people with only one register open the register person was laughing and joking with the manager as she slowly helped customers, two people in front of me left, it took me til 11:17 to say something to manager, then he was extra nice and opened up another register.
The food was good. I loved it. Hot, fresh, and fast. Good job:)
This Burger King took 15 minutes to make one salad, one wrap, and two bk stackers. When looking through the food after leaving the drivethru, we saw they put someone else's sandwich in the bag....looking at the receipt, they made that persons sandwich too! What made me upset the most was I asked for 2 apple cider vinagerette dressings and received 0. Also did not not receive any silverware! I will not be going to this Burger King anymore!
stopped into burger store 5323 at approx 6pm on 3-10-13 ordered an avacado whopper sm choc shake and sm fries 1 cm dbl whopper sm fries sm choc shake
got the sandwiches and fries first. by the time i got the shakes the fries were cold-the shakes were melted and my refrigerator was warmer than the burger. and they had the nerve to charge me. wont be back for sure.
This is a statement about a Sir Steamer Co. of Burlington N.J. that is currently under contract for steam cleaning your kitchen grease exhaust systems in Burlington N.J. and surrounding Counties......He doesn't clean the systems properly and at most times doesn't clean at all but updates the certificate to make like he cleaned.......Yet he charges you each time.......I would look into it if I was you......Grease fires are not a good thing.
I stopped this morning at the burger king on boston st in lynn, ma looking forward to french toast sticks and bought a milk to wash it down. The milk was rancid and its not the first time this has happened at this location. Unfortunately I drank some of it and almost vomited. I smelled it and it was rancid even though the date on the bottle was March 29 2013. Which tells me it wasn't refridgerated properly. The thing is what about little kids getting this with their meals. There is a number under the date 21-031. On the bottom the numbers are. 06 58P31422. Money is tight as it is. I try to make the most of my money. Nothing like feeling sick to your stomach all day. I checked the date. It should have been fine. Somewhere along the line the milk "once again" was not served properly.
