Local Dominos dont care about website coupons

Evidently the coupon for two medium pizzas with two toppings aren't for pan handmade. Instead of paying $3.00 less I paid the regular price. I will not be ording pizza from Dominos anytime soon nor will I recommend them to others based on the attitude of the manager who stated "I can't be held responsible for what corporate place on the internet". I'M DONE, I rather order from McDonalds, at least there the managers attempt to make it right!!!!

i ordered a large everything pizza the other night and had it delivered . the pizza was doughy uncooked the worst i ever got from dominoes . . the local dominoes shop here is really bad they have a high turn over for employees and management has a lousy attitude!!!

Have not ordered from Dominos in years due to being so bad.SO figured i give it a try they would have had to got it right by now.Well oh my god..Ordered the special 2 pies and wings.Got the thin crust.Shoprite brand frozen pizza is WAY better.My god it was gross.The chicken wings were from chicks not even chickens.They must wack them over the head right as they hatch.They were tiny.......My god never again........

I have always enjoyed Dominos pizza. I have been turned off by your latest TV ad. Showing the young girl making your deep dish pizza. Where are her plastic gloves. Yuck! Dirty fingernails pushing the dough to the edges of the pan! Just think handling raw dough requires plastic gloves.

Not exactly sure of the name but the gentleman working in the Oak Harbor Washjngton dominos Monday morning at 1030am has got to be the nicest individual I have ever met. He went above and beyond during my order. I walked Into the store 5 minutes prior to opening and he was more than happy to help me. I even had to change an order after he starting making the pizza and he helped with no issues. Amazing customer service!!!!! I am moving to Florida and can only hope the customer service at my local dominos will be half of what I experienced here today! He alone has made me enjoy dominos that much more. Give this guy some recognition!

Good not great

I've been ordering from the same Domino's for 10+ years and tonite was one of the few times I wasn't totally happy with my order. My Extravaganzza pizza the crust was tough and the Pacific Veggie don't think I got the Cheesy Parmesan Asiago crust. In addition the menu description didn't say it came with red sauce or I would have changed it to one of the white sauces. Pizza was still pretty good but with the red sauce it tastes similarl to the Extravaganzza so I feel like I received 2 of the same pizza. Suggest menu descriptions include which sauce they're made with.

After ordering on line dominos store called us with a question ...telling them 3 times "extra blue cheez" we got no blue cheez ...and received lava cake with no hardware...seeing we ordered from a hotel you would think they mite send a fork or maybe a napkin...and above all they don't listen ta there customers

Very upset

I phoned in an order for delivery for my son to the Denison,Tx. Location. The guy originally taking the order was very friendly, but the location was input wrong in the computer, and 50 minutes later still no pizza. When my son finally called in adking where his food was, they realized they were at the wrong location, and called me. The woman that called was very rude and sarcastic. She was trying to educate me for future references, when the mistake was theirs to begin with. The charged price is much higher than the "special" price that we asked for. There are too many competitors out there to choose from, to have to deal with this type of attitude from anyone, let alone the manager on duty! I am truly discouraged from this transaction.

Mistake in Preparation

Ordered a Cheesy Bread Feta Cheese etc. the bread was covered with Cinnamon and Sugar! Gross Taste! Called to complain and all that was said is "Guess we'll try to train better". No refund! This Domino's Pizza is in Racine, Wisconsin, so Beware!

Not a good deal, lost customer

I ordered 2 of their $5.99 2 topping pizza's cinnamon sticks and 2 sodas and was charged $27.85 plus tip. This was the first and last time I let them over charge me. Their are other company's that don't do bad business. I say no to dominos never agin

Just ordered from our local domino's. Several rings before phone was answered. The guy that answered the phone was the most unfriendly person I have spoken with in a long time. I had to repeat order multiple times. Asked to speak to manager but guy just kept taking order.

Second order at store in fairborn oh on kaufman Rd. Order was horrible, I was told I would recieve call back, lect several emails an nothing!!!! Wrote about experience on the fb page, they wrote stating this ws not a complaint site an told me to get a life, then erased posts an stated there store has no mangers!!!! Ordered 2 large and 1 small gluten free pizza. After and hour and 15 minutes got delivered one large and gluten free pizza. They said they would deliver another large and its now been 3 hours and still no pizza. Called and asked about it and was told they had to remake it. Not happy at all. Have hungry kids. Had to go to taco bell to get tacos for them so they could eat.

i dont like the dominos sarvis cuz i odear my food and the dont no what the doing so the hade chiken in my food i tell them to dont put anthing in my food and when i call them back the hang up the phone when i was talk to them and i did not my pizza for 1 hour

So, my husband and I, and his friends all just moved to San Diego due to a military move. We don't know a lot about where were at beside our exact address. We wanted dominos and I called 5 stores getting the run around about where they deliver to. On the 4th call I asked for a manager and explained to them what's going on and that I need a correct store number that will deliver to us, the manager looked over the map once again and told me the number he was giving me was the one who SHOULD deliver to me but sometimes won't when they don't feel like it. I took my chances and called them anyways and after taking my order was informed they don't deliver to me. When I told them the manager at the last store told me otherwise he put me on hold and proceeded to tell his manager that I was mad because he didn't deliver to us and I knew he did, I wasn't rude for one, and two I never told them I knew they delivered here so when the manager got on the phone she told me um we won't deliver to you so call 1-800-dominos and figure out a place that does so instead of going off I just hung up on her. I'm really disgusted with dominos customer service at least in California

Worst customer service I have ever recieved

I work in the restaurant business so I have tried to be understanding but bad customer service is unacceptable to this extent. I placed a delivery order at 9:40pm it is currently 12:21am and no pizza. I am extremely upset with this show of customer care. Dominos just lost a lifelong customer. The least they could have done was placed a call to inform me that they wouldn't be delivering my food, since its 12:22am and they close at 12:00am. Thanks for your service!

I order two med pies expecting to get five dallors off next my next order, however, I received rude customer service and not coupon as promised. Had to go to Pizza Hut instead.

This is totally unacceptable.

I have ordered pizza from the same location for years. Last night I called to order and was told they can no longer deliver to me as they cut off their delivery area about 1 mile from me - this is a rural area - the reason being is that the extra time to deliver this one mile area in my case means their manager won't receive his bonus because it takes to long for delivery. If I don't get this resolved, I will take this to the local news - wow - talk about customer service!!!
