Pizza warmth

Pizza arrived barely warm. Called to let them know and was told there was nothing they could do. Very un satisfied. We order from dominos all the time, but not anymore. We will take our business elsewhere.

nasty dinner ever

I didnt feel up to cooking after holiday meal yesterday so ordered pizza biggest mistake ever.ordered 2 medium 2 topping special offers and they were the driest pizzas ever,called to complain and git hung up on,called back and "manager said can resend out order which was like cool,...well should of just gotten refund bc the "replacement order" was just as I know why we arent regular dominos pizza customers and trust ys no friggin more of this our money is too hard come by just to hand over for "nothing"

Worst pizza ever

I order two pizza both was thin crust. One pizza was with pepperoni and sauage the other pizza was extra pepperoni and less cheese. When the pizza arrived we check the order and they had made a mistake on the second pizza, there was no pepperoni. I call the store in Broussard, LA and told him about the mistake. They sent another pizza right order but I could mnot eat the pizza, itnwas burnt and it was crispy. When I called the store, the manager was very ugly. I told him that the pizza was burnt and too crispy in return he told me that is what I order. I told him that I would complain. Could someone please contact me about this matter. Thank you for your consideration.

I order from out local Dominos fairly frequently. Although the last few times I have ordered I requested extra mild sauce on my wings rather then ranch, blue cheese etc. My wings have only showed up twice correctly. Tonight the man on the phone told me he couldn't guarantee they would come with extra sauce because he has no button for that. So he wanted to apologize ahead of time if the order was wrong. As a business owner myself....this absolutely made me shake my head in amazement. It's a simple request.....that offer to pay extra for but is seldom fullfilled. Please help!

I'm pregnant and have been craving your chicken Alfredo bread bowl... But when I finally get to open the box and half of the pasta and sauce is out of the bowl and inside the box, I'm incredibly disappointed and don't see myself ordering this in the future.

My entire phone order was treated as if I was ruining her day by calling for a pizza. Rudely handled from start to finish. NO personality whatsoever. Not ONE pleasantry(not even a goodbye, yet alone a thank you). It is quite obvious if Domino's doesn't care how they get your money, they probably don't care how they give you the product either.

bad service

Dominos on Lewis nd Clark is slow, everytime I order pizzas something is wrong. They keep u on hold for long period of time. Managers in the night crew are very rude. I am so upset with them never will I order from that location again. This is the second time. Bae customers service

terrible in dayton

just ordered almost 30 dollars in food from the kuntz rd. location. after an hour , 30 minutes past the quoted time i call and get told our order was taken back 2 the store and they sent someone else out, it then took another half hour when i live 5 minutes away. when i called the employees didnt " wow" me , i used to work for u i know what im talkin bout, but after no courtesy call, no hey how bout a free 2 liter, absolutely nothing. the food gets here and the only thing warm was the 2 liter. this is unacceptable and i will be spending money with competitors if anything like this ever happens again.

Poor Managers attitude

I recently placed an order by phone as they do not have the ability to do on line so they say. I think it is because they do not want to honor your corporate coupon deals. I spoke to /Amed who was so very rude.I said I would tell the owner and get him discharged he said go ahead they can't fire me. I simply asked him to explain the bill as it was alot higher than want the online site showed.I love they other manager Dave who is fabulous and takes great pain to make sure you are satisfied.I usually order through him but he was off tonight. This was at 56 Lathrop Rd, Plainfield, CT 06374 In generaL the other employees are very nice and polite.

Store 9303 Edgewood, NM 87015

First i gave the overall experience a 4 out of 5 because I fine it very amazing that the quality control and customer service is so bad yet the store is still operatonal. Someone in Corporate headquarters must be a relative. they have been open for 12-18 months, I spend $40+ tip twice a month on orders and very seldom do they arrive correct. Luckily for us and others in our community there is a locally owned pizza shop that has quality food and a reasonable price and gets the order correct every single time for the last 13 years. Why can't Dominos do that? Fire the manager and get some quality control and customer service. Check out Pizza Barn, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing customer service!!

The dominos 197985/985 in louisville, KY on bardstown rd was amazing, the food was hot! The order was completely correct, minus the fact we forgot to add something to our order and they went out of their way and brought it to us!! The customer service, and the delivery man were delightful! I look forward to ordering again soon! Thanks!

Wrong sauce

Overall I liked the service. I ordered online. I requested garlic butter sauce for my bread sticks but got marinara instead. My food came from the Irving Park Dominos in Chicago.

Rude and unbelievable behavior

My dad ordered two pizzas personally and one of them was wrong so he called them and let them know and they were really rude. The lady told my dad he had to drive back to the place and exchange the pizza. My dad went and took the pizza and once again he came back with the wrong fulfillment of order. I called the store and the man kept on hanging up on me and was extremely rude and did not give his name or the managers name. It is RIDICULOUS how poor and horrible the customer service is. I will NEVER go back to Dominos again knowing how horrible their customer service is and how horribly trained the working staff is there. They have absolutely no respect in talking to customers nor does the manager or the assistant manager know how to deal with issues. Clearly it was their fault both times and they refused to accommodate the customer so we can go back to them. Dominos really has low standards in choosing their employees.

Terrible...just Terrible

I give UP on Domino's...We have had problems in the past with the one in my small town of Orwell, Ohio. I also said after the first bad experience that I would never go back but I do when there are specials. The boneless chicken looks like mini fake chicken bites (nothing like the picture shows), and each time I order pizza there is a screw up with either wrong ingredients or insufficient ingredients ie: double toppings...What in the world is going on ???

Patrick Help!!

I've lived in the beautiful city of Pacifica, Ca for 4 years now. The closest pizza place to my home is Dominoes. While there are wonderful deals online each pizza I've recieved was thin (even when I oreder the thickest crust!!) Plus the cheese just as brown as the crust. PLEASE come help your Dominoes in Pacifica, CA on Palmetto Ave.

Can't believe this!!!

called to order one of the artisan pizza's asked for extra cheese and mushrooms, as I had gotten 3 times before. Manager told me they don't make it that way. I said I pay extra each time and he still said that's not the way they do it. I've been ordering from Domino's since 1979 and in the past 8 yrs have ordered about twice a week. I WILL NEVER GET DOMINO'S AGAIN What happened to customer service? and what do they care about what I want on my pizza when I'M THE ONE PAYING? they just lost a very good customer.

worst food,service ever!!

I dont know what has happened to this dominos, it used to be the best one. The manager was very rude with me over how i wanted my food cooked. The driver was very nice the first time but the second was not so nice.

HORRIBLE customer service

Ordered pizza told it was 45-60 minute wait. Okay! Waited over n hour and called. Was told it was out for delivery. Pizza arrived and was cold and rubbery called the store and asked for a manager, told her my complaint and was told she was short staffed. Asked if it was common for that to become the customers problem and was told yes it was!
