I phoned in an order for delivery for my son to the Denison,Tx. Location. The guy originally taking the order was very friendly, but the location was input wrong in the computer, and 50 minutes later still no pizza. When my son finally called in adking where his food was, they realized they were at the wrong location, and called me. The woman that called was very rude and sarcastic. She was trying to educate me for future references, when the mistake was theirs to begin with. The charged price is much higher than the "special" price that we asked for. There are too many competitors out there to choose from, to have to deal with this type of attitude from anyone, let alone the manager on duty! I am truly discouraged from this transaction.
