I have moved to a new place and requested a change of address on line and manually by getting a change of address form from the mail lady that delivers in my complex. Well its been two weeks and i haven't recieved any mail or conrespondence from the post office in my area to say to bad so sad or we're holding your mail, nothing and im still waiting on mail now. This area post office should be closed. They think because its in a poverty area that we don't get important mail or papers. Well think again......

Most likely the worst delivery service of all time. Guy is trying to say my package wasn't delivered so he can't help out. For a fact, I know this guy is full of shit. It shows it was delivered to their post office, but they claim to say it was delivered. Crooked, and petty thieves. I witnessed the USPS guy scan a few boxes, but didn't send them to the door. I'm pretty sure those were my packages. Oh yeah, that's what you get when you have MEXICANS trying to run the place.

lost my package, excuse was a different route man was on the day my package was lost and they cant find it. the tracking system says it never got delivered!!! go in this location around 8am and it sounds like general population in there. only fed ex and ups for me!!!

Omg this Post Office is a shame. All need to be fired. Rude, always in a bad mood. no help at all. I rather drive to another PO which is farther to avoid this particular One. It annoying so many bad reviews and nothing is being down.

I've come to the lititz list office several times. Everyone is more than helpful but one. Her name is Jeanne. She clearly is the most unpleasant, unprofessional person each and everytime. She never smiles and seems to always have an attitude. I go out of my way to always wait until there is another teller available to not have to deal with her

Poor customer service - no one answered the phone during regular business hours and I called many times - phone just rang for over 5 minutes & disconnects. Would have given neg but it's not an option.

Why is the post office doing this to its people, You need to collect can goods for the food banks, our people are in need of food. How can you do this. How can you just cancel, your carriers have always volunteered to do this, we need help. Shame on you. We need to boycott the post office.

I want to complain about a postal delivery person who delivered my mail today. (NOV 2) He is NOT my regular delivery person. Since I was standing by the door I went outside to have him hand me my mail. I said HI and he never looked up, never acknowledged. He just turned and walked away. I said Thank you then I finally said your welcome......He was RUDE. No personality, no smile, nothing.....Maybe he was having a bad day but no pity, don't take it out on me. I am hoping that this person will be reprimanded so I will leave my email address as a contact source.

Don not bother calling, because no one ever answers the phone.

This post office is horrible. I don't get my packages, they are either returned to sender, or marked as "delivered with signature" when I have NOT signed for them and they are literally unreachable unless you want to take a day off of work and drive there to force someone to talk to you face to face, otherwise you will never see your package. The phone must be off the hook. I can try every 30 seconds for an hour and never get through no matter what day or hour of the day. I am very distraught with the behavior and attitude of my post office.

Even at the busiest of times, the staff at this business is always pleasant, efficient and the supplies are well-stocked, neat and orderly. We never feel as though we're intruding on their day when we do business there. Definitely a customer service oriented business.

This post office is terriable took almost an hour to answer the phone and when they did they would not help me said I was wrong.

I don't understand why my mail comes so late during the week and on Saturday's. My mail ends up in other people's mailbox. I would like too know why?

i put in a change of address,post office never changed my address.also all my mail has still been going to old address and post man leaving my packages on doorstep even though they know the apartment was vacant.now they are saying its my fault!totally unacceptable! i am very upset that they blamed me and will be speaking to the manager and even the managers manager!didn't even want to give them one star but didn't have a choice! i hope they close down!

Customer services for passport processing was horrific. The clerk was arrogant and demeaning. Wouldn't allow time to make simple correction on the application and then closed the window and told us come back for a 3rd time. Just terrible! The manager was no help either.

This place is a joke. The woman who works there is so mean to everyone. I'm ashamed of myself myself for not stepping in the last time I saw her bullying a woman in front of me.They close the post office at least 50% of the time. The posted hours mean NOTHING!!! I dont plan to give this place (its a family operated gas station/post office) any of my business ever again...ask anyone who lives in the area all around it like myself, they'll tell you the same!!!!! There are stores right accross the street to buy stamps and a 7 11 for gas as well (cheaper & less restrictions payment wise) dont waste your time and money.

This post office is horrible. They are extremely rude and treat you horrible. I dread going over there because they do not attend attend to your needs promptly. They even take an extremely long lunch break, I have even waited 15 extra minutes waiting until they opened again. They need to straightened up.

Lost my package!!! So pissed! They feel its not important at to them!! I agree with the others!! This is the worst post office in the world!!!!! In addition to all the other complaints there are slow as hell!!!!

I called twice because I was unable to get into our parcel box. It is broken and I have mail in there. Reported it, nothing was done. Called the next day. The woman put me on hold and never came back. Called back and she did it again. RUDE and uncooperative and they couldn't care less what your problem is.

This is the best Post Office to go to, They make your visit enjoyable and smooth

this is sad I have changed my address & June forwarded to my new address and steel yet have not got my mail for it I have missed missing checks I have been calling up to the office no answer went up to this office and is just ridiculous I wish and pray that they get new management

This post office has the dumbest hours of any post offices in the surrounding area. You can't stop by before work, during lunch, or even after work. That is why we end up buying our stamps from other post offices and mail most of our outgoing mail from Marquette or Prairie du Chien. Post offices base their demand by how many stamps are sold and other users. Not friendly hours for the public. Also, we have our mail delivered by rural route. Twice now a package was left on top of our mail box. Anyone driving by could have seen it and taken our package. We have already questioned once that our mail was possibly stolen out of our box. I couldn't believe it when the packages were left on top of the box! Thank goodness I came home for lunch.

Posting the last pick-up time for the mailbox in the Greene Post office parking lot would be helpful. I wondered if the pick-up time for the outside mailbox is later than noon on a Saturday. Also, when dialing the phone number listed above, the typical sound of a fax machine is all I heard.

I moved from my house into a apartment and went into the post office to get key to my apt mail box and to change my address, First they put me in a different mail box instead of the one they assigned me, I received no notification that they were doing this. so I went back in to find out why I was not receiving any mail and they explained what they did. I confirmed my address change again. Well 2 1/2 mths later still no mail. went back today and they still didn't have my address changed, put in my 3rd change of address today. They didn't have any mail held for me so I guess my mail is in lala land! When my lease is up I am moving out of the city of North Richland Hills, hate this city!!!

I have been to this location on several occasions Only due to convenience and most of the time I come out disgusted by the service I have received. They need more people perhaps and definitely with some customer service skills. I wonder how the Edible Arrangement side does???

The only # available has been continuously busy for the past 2-days as if they took the phone off the hook!! I got through 2-days ago because a package was NOT delivered to our home and a supervisor was supposed to return my call after talking to the mail carrier. No return call, phone busy, no package!!!

Pretty awful place. Only one or two windows open max. The woman I've been so blessed with being stuck with every time is very cold. And she was completely unconcerned with my predicament that was caused by the good ole USPS. Never go there, my friends.

The girls at this office are great and they know their stuff. They went above and beyond to help me find the shipping methods that best suited me and saved me money. And the guy with the tattoos was super nice although I thought he wouldn't be at first- dont judge that book by its cover. I would definitely recommend this PO.

This is the 3rd Of 4 Weeks now that I have been having to track our mail. 2nd week. 2 days mail not picked up. 3rd Week .1 day. No Pick Up.3rd Week. M-T-W. Mail has been out on the Box to pick up. No mail has been Delivered either for 3 day.. Even the Every Wed Circulars Ad not delivered .And I was told that They Deliver the Mail ..It is Only A Courtesy that The Pick the mail and take it to the post office ???what?? 1st Time I EVER Heard that line..Will see what Happens rest of the Week Before I go further with this ... matter.

I really appreciate our post office and the people that make it run. They are always helpful and willing to work for a solution.

Person in charge is terrible. I went to advise that my mail was being stolen by the landlord and instead of writing a complaint. She told me that it was terrible that I was not paying my rent on time. HELLO federal offense to steal mail. But she did not care.

The employees that work there are rude. They loose the mail. I gave them a pre paid package that never arrived to its destination. I have mail that does not get delivered on time. Just horrible service. It's better to close the location if they can have people that can work or is willing to work well.

Arecibo post office they keep people package; there been many time i order a few thing and there are some package that i get and some i dont but a week ago there was a yellow slip in my po box and after i waited on line they said that there was nothing there for me and i said to them are you sure and they just kept the yellow slip and the package that i was waiting never got it and there is nothing wevant do because no matter what we say they just keep to what they want

No such post office at that address. 84104 mail is handled by the Airport branch post office.

I was supposed to have 8 pounds of composting worms delivered today. I waited all day for delivery. No one attempted delivery. My mailbox was not slipped.

I am in a wheelchair and do not have transportation. I am a former letter carrier. We were required to attempt delivery and not just slip a mailbox. This carrier did neither. I am very disappointed. I will attempt to obtain transport and pick up the package, since the redeliver application on the Internet did not work.

So just like the title says. I hate that this location is the closest USPS to me. Y? Simply because I get rude service and I never receive my mail until 5or 6 pm in the evening! Funny thing my house is right next to the post office!

I have called and had to complain three times now of mail carrier/driver of putting a rut in our yard turning around for mail box!

And recently have had some of my coupons that I normally receive missing, get the mailer but no coupon cards attach like they have been pulled off!

I have endured rudeness and pomp from one of the females here. I am in fear I will not receive any mail if she continues employment. I don't know what to do. I haven';t had mail delivery in 3 days because my regular man got some days off! I run a business, and that is unacceptable.

Louetta Road Post Office - No stars on this one even thou I had to put one to get this posted. All front line Managers need replaced as well as the Oriental axx hole that works the front desk. Bad attitude, every visit from this idiot as well as the large black lady in the back whose to lazy to get off her butt and help anyone without complaining it's someone else's job. I reference your ethics and color so others will know who the hell I'm talking about. One visit here and you will understand. Start with the managers and wipe the entire group out and start over. I called the post office at 3:50 pm on 9/24/13 and at 4:26 (the time of this post) my call has still not been answered. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes. I'm at work and don't have the time to sit on hold until they close. They were supposed to deliver a package today, which was never delivered. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a post office.

Work for a business and we have delivery issues all the time Branch Manager does not get back to you if you e-mail him and they don't answer the phone. We did not get any of our mail delivered at all today we got the next door business mail. A couple of weeks ago we did not even get mail picked up or delivered it was like they did not have anyone to run this route while our regular guy was off. Keep one person to deliver in the business district and keep the lines of communication open. No wonder the USPS is going broke no one has confidence in the mail getting to the destination it is intended for.

They never deliver to your door! If you live in a building don't even bother waiting for these guys to come. Just take the online tracking number and pick it up at the post office. These guys are just horrible. And then they have the audacity to write "Attempted to deliver" on the shipping status. I'm a stay at home mom so I know they never came. They are just lazy and lying slackers. 1/5 at best.

My mail guy comes at the earliest- 5:30, plus he is ice cold. So is the office in Thousand Oaks. Extremely unfriendly and downright rude. Horrible place. If you don't like your jobs, get another one. I know McDonalds is looking...

This place is rarely open when you need it open. close at 3:00PM weekdays, close at noon Saturday.

I paid extra to mail package priority/ 2-3 days. When the package STILL did not arrive after 5 days I called and spoke to Rich. Not only would he not reimburse any money, he also said priority DOESNT mean 2-3 day delivery. Funny how they had no problem taking my extra $ and printing out receipt that states " 2-Day"! Next Time Fedex! Don't pay priority, USPS doesn't stand by their word!

This post office is incosistent and doesnt attempt to redeliver missed packages. The location is also an inconvenience.

i called about a package and a woman answered @ 4:22 pm on 9/18/2013 she was very disrespectful and rude and hung up on me because she got corrected. I was suppose to receive a package and that package required a signature. After the mail was delivered my package was not delivered and i did not receive a delivery notice. When i called the lady was very rude and hung up the phone and i have convo recorded and it will be forwarded to my Father in law who is the Mayor of Saint Louis. Thank You!

They are liars and lazy- did not want to deliver parcel , I had to go to PO. We stayed home for two days and they had a nerve to lie the postman came over. no wonder that USPS loosing money.

Awful customer service. I have gone there multiple times and they are always impolite and unwilling to help. Whenever you ask them regarding a package or a question they simply say whatever they can to get you out of there. It is really sad and dissapointing that this is what our post offices have come to. I hate to have to write a negative review but most of the people that I have dealt with at this location have been very rude.

Switch to E-mail, UPS, FEDEX, Online bill pay or other options, Write you congressman or woman, no bailout of USPS Pensions, Operating Costs or otherwise. Time for these lazy rude and generally incompetent postal workers to find real jobs if they can. I have long ago ceased to use the post office for anything other than a way to fill my trash with junk mail.

I stopped going to this particular store. The front clerk ladies were always so rude, rolled their eyes at questions and acted like you are imposing on them. While they type on the computer looking at different prices they sigh, roll their eyes and just have such a bad attitude. Their managers attitude (I've seen toward other customers) is just as bad.

This branch of the usps is not very reliable. Most likely it is not the employees. There are probably not enough working there to handle the amount of customers. Hope they change the problem as their competition is nipping at their heals.

this office is terrible. I've actually started going there in the mornings to pick up my mail because it never gets delivered at a deceny time.

Once again, due to the misinformation on the McGregor Post Office website I wasted a trip into town. Being a rural customer it is a 10 mile round trip to town ( 5 miles more if I have to go into Prairie) . Twice now I have gotten to the post office only to find it is closed. First it was the Sat. hours, this time it was closing hours which is 3:30 p.m. M-F, not 4:15 p,m, as stated on the website states. I am a frustrated postal patron!

I don't know if either these people are just frikon stupid and lazy or what? Everyone receives mail but me. I've called to the office and complined but crap keeps on happening. I see evryone receive the adds but me. Is it something against us people w hispanic last names or what the hell? I'm really disappointed with these idiotic mail deliverers.
