worse post office ever
Worse post office ever no social ethnic no professionalism they won't pick up the phone bad customer service the place should be torn down
Disgusted
This is the worse office in the city of chicago. They never answer the phone. They constantly lose my orders or hand them off at the wrong address. They are sad and need new management.

this is sad I have changed my address & June forwarded to my new address and steel yet have not got my mail for it I have missed missing checks I have been calling up to the office no answer went up to this office and is just ridiculous I wish and pray that they get new management
Telephone Diplomacy
A physically handicap elderly person phones this facility at 7715 Cottage Grove, to ask a question, and all is done is: 1) the phone is never answered, and 2) someone cleverly picks the phone up and hang the phone up, instead of serving the elderly customer. Why? This is sad, unacceptable, and one day, this facility will be kind to call-in customers. I pray for new management soon. This happens all the time.
