U.S. Post Office Columbus OH

I agree with the other comments, not only is the service bad at the center but when we put a vacation hold (even on line) we a come home to mail in the even medicines are let. There is no logical reason for this if they can't read the hold mail request they need fired

Their customer service is unacceptable. They failed to deliver a package and would not send it out again. And the phone number does not work

This is absolutely crazy. Been standing in line to pick up a package for about 20 minutes now. The line hasn't moved much since there is only one person behind the counter.

For years people have post negative comments about this post office and it still remains the same. I live on Duxberry Avenue and there are times when we don't even get our mail (especially if the "regular mailperson" is off). If you try to call the either the line is busy or off the hook. I see the opposite streets (Ontario and 26th Street) getting their mail in the morning. PLEASE HELP!!!!

This is the worst post office I've ever encountered and I have lived in 7 different states and abroad for a few years. The phone has to be left off the hook for how long their number is busy. The customer service is horrible and I have been there on multiple occasions when "the system is down" and they are unable to ship or receive or even sell stamps. Oddly enought those are usually on Saturdays. Avoid at all costs.

Always a long line. Be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes in line. Sometimes they have a number you can call if you're in line more than 5 minutes. Noone will answer the phone.

Understaffed, always crowded, mailman has skipped our house more than I can count!
