I order some special socks for my mom cause she suffers from a leg problem so I got them from amazon. The post office could not find them. I went there to ask if they could look in the back twice. They said he didn't have it probably sent it back to the sender. ARE YOU KiDDING ME YOUR SUPPOSE TO HAND THEM TO ME OR HOLD IT AT LEAST!

Unable to reach by phone - because it is always busy - to re-schedule a delivery that they claimed to have a attempted, but no one was at home. That is not true. I am retired and always home. This does not happen with UPS or FedEx.

Most customers complain if needs are not met but do not take the time to praise. I believe that the post office delivers very good service with a positive attitude. My location in Altamonte provides help with patience and a smile - especially the managers.. It can't always be an easy task to do that, especially when funding is a challenge.So good job!!

The employees are wonderful. The website fails to indicate they are closed at lunch, which is sort of important to know. Can't remember if they are closed from 12-1 or 1-2. Tried calling but no one answers.

What do they do with the mail? I paid for 2 day priority and this is day 5 and my mail still can't be found! Tracking information says it is in transit. Expected delivery date was 3 days ago!

This office has the best costumer services I have ever experienced in Philadelphia. They work fast and always with a great attitude. They always ask if you need something else. They are the best.

Very short hours during the week and weekends. When going to pick of a package, the tellers are rude (this happened several times). I now forward my packages to the Frederick Road office. At least they are pleasant to deal with.

The attendant was rude, uninformed in her job. Saying I don't know to all my questions. She sounded like she didn't have time with a very bad attitude. I called 30 mins before closing time yet it sounded like she was ready to leave!
I had to pick up my mail while keys where getting only one worker for everything so had to wait awhile but both the men I dealt with while comming to get mail when the key order was in are very nice n kind didnt mind the wait

Doesn't deliver packages that need a signature. They just put a note in your mailbox saying "Sorry we missed you." Although I am home. The online redelivery service does no good. USPS is a joke!

Always a long line. Be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes in line. Sometimes they have a number you can call if you're in line more than 5 minutes. Noone will answer the phone.

I live out of state and mail items to my daughter frequently. On 2 occasions I have followed up on items that FedEx transferred to USPS. This USPS location always answers their phone. They are patient, courteous and provide the appropriate service. I very much appreciate their efforts.

Been trying to find a working phone number so I can call and complain! Our mail man has been sending our mail to 4 different places! We have lived here for 3 years! He is not nice at all to add to it!
Truly awful customer service. I was told on a Saturday morning to call back between 8 and 9am on Monday morning to have my question answered by a superviser. Even if you come in person to avoid doing business over the phone, don't expect anything to happen fast or a happy-to-help attitude.

The worst post office. So slow!! Same two women always working and never more. How long til you learn you need more people for the amount of customers you receive! I come at 10 am line is at the door and slowwww moving. I come at 4:30 and only 6 people in line....still incredibly slow. Are these two women running this entire building???
