the worst in all aspects

This is absolutely the worst post office in all 5 boroughs and they have the worst customer service and I will do my best to let everyone hear about this. next is fox 5 news to hear about this

This postal service is the worse. You call no answer. The customer service sink. The lines are always slow & long. They lie about attempt drop off 's. They need to be supervised. And not that man that hand out the packages. He's the one that's rude,slow and unprofessional.

I have been living in the area for 9 years, and just recently moved down the street, ( same zip) the mail always comes at 3:30. I can't understand why it arrives so late in the day and when I've called to ask a question, no one answers the phone. In addition, I've worked for the postal system, Lenox Hill Station, NY; those workers are always on top of their game. Why? because the white people in that area, wont stand for slacking mail service !

Unable to reach by phone - because it is always busy - to re-schedule a delivery that they claimed to have a attempted, but no one was at home. That is not true. I am retired and always home. This does not happen with UPS or FedEx.

Why is it okay for these postal employees to lie about delivering or attempting to deliver packages they have not? This happens on a constant basis with this place. They play games with people's packages, so you end up not knowing where and/or when your package arrives at the location. They claim that the packages are "out for delivery," but in the meantime, they're sitting right there in their back area. Why do I have to wait five extra days for a package that arrived at their location two days from when it was shipped? What kind of idiots are running this place?!!!

This post office is terrible. They lie on customers saying they made attempts to deliver and they dont. One time i had called 4 times for a redelivery on one package and it still didnt come. This post office never answers their phone either. Im calling local news to see if they can investigate. They dont know my name now but i promise they will.

SOMEONE PLEASE go in there and take that post office out of business. FIRE EVERYONE IN THERE and get new management. It should be illegal for a post office to be run so terribly when it comes to peoples mail. Is this what my tax dollars are paying for?

I went there several times and they are rude to customers. Terrible services. I just use my mother address to ship things there because I hate going to that post office.

They never leave a note saying u have a package. When finally go back there you are told it was sent back because you never came to get it.Disrespectful management team.

All the bad comments are right, helllllp us please!!!!! Service is terrible, never delivers to your door(packages) they put slips in other people's boxes boxes etc.......:( FAILED!!!!

These people argue with customers, never answer the telephone, take very long to find packages (sometimes just say they aren't there), and basically don't wanna work. Very unprofessional and lazy.

I don't even know how this place is still open for service with all the complaints ppl are giving. First off you'd need better employers because the ones you have aren't doing there job, they never deliver packages. I've done stood home waiting and my bell never rang and no slip till the second try and again no door bell or anything. Then when you go to pick up your package you have to wait for more then 30 mins and the Ppl working there only have like 2 Windows open and they have the nastiest attitudes. 311 needs to be called immediately because the truth of the matter is that I pay to have my stuff delivered to me,not for me wait 30 mins and deal w jerks! And I've dealt with the same issue too many times. Place is total garbage!!!

been in the area for over 20 years, seen the various changes, now the windows got a little better, now it awful picking up packages, never can find them, spend at least 2 hours looking for packages on a long line. need someone on time management. we need this post off, can someone please, please look into the matter.....

I've lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years and this post office is BY FAR the WORST POST EVER!!! The people are rude, its unorganized, and they are always losing packages. I am all for keeping the postal service in business; I still mail check payments and still receive most of my account statements thru the mail but its locations like this one that makes me not want to help the postal service!

Laziest people ever! I never get my packages - even when I requested a redelivery, they still make no effort! Never leaves slips on door, always claim they tried to deliver but that's a lie! & they never pick up phone calls ! -__- horrible !!!!

I so agree with u they r the worst for xmas i order my sons gifts online i was home all the time i dont work but they claim they delivered it now if u delivered it where is the slip for me to pick it up at the post office i had to b reimbursed back by the company and they dont answer the damn phone when they do they dont say anything but u can hear them breathing
