This is the worst post office ever! I have had two packages come up missing from here and a check that had to be reissued. Always have other peoples mail in my box. Tried calling nobody answers the phone then they took it off the hook it was busy from 10am til 5pm. Calling again today no answer so far.
Every other day I am finding mail from my neighbors in my box and vice versa. Today was the last straw. A priority mail/ IN A PRIORITY FLAT RATE ENVELOPE/ was miss delivered to my neighbor. How does this happen? My husband delivered mail for over 20 years and shakes his head. His route had over 1000 customers. If he had performed like that could you imagine the mess! No one seems to care. I have nothing against the delivery persons but when this happens all the time , maybe some reeducation is in order. I think ya need to take some pride in your work and do a good job. Pay attention!
I order some special socks for my mom cause she suffers from a leg problem so I got them from amazon. The post office could not find them. I went there to ask if they could look in the back twice. They said he didn't have it probably sent it back to the sender. ARE YOU KiDDING ME YOUR SUPPOSE TO HAND THEM TO ME OR HOLD IT AT LEAST!
I moved from my house into a apartment and went into the post office to get key to my apt mail box and to change my address, First they put me in a different mail box instead of the one they assigned me, I received no notification that they were doing this. so I went back in to find out why I was not receiving any mail and they explained what they did. I confirmed my address change again. Well 2 1/2 mths later still no mail. went back today and they still didn't have my address changed, put in my 3rd change of address today. They didn't have any mail held for me so I guess my mail is in lala land! When my lease is up I am moving out of the city of North Richland Hills, hate this city!!!
