Worst Service In The World

They dont answer the phone. Employees are Rude, Lazy, Disrespectful and prepare yourself to wait over an hour in line to pick up an item, to find out they can't find it!!!! this location Should be Close.

they are rude and have people wait on line for hours theres like 10 of them and one person is at a window while the rest have fun they always losing my package for some reasons this is outrageous
