Disappointed

I went to this Sprint Store today to, perhaps, get a new Smartphone. Until today, I have had no problems. Today was a different story. There was only 1 employee in the store to serve 4 customers. I consider this non-existent customer service, and will be taking my business elsewhere. As a note, I have been dealing with this Sprint store since 1997.

new contract

I went into this store for an upgrade and that in itself was a mess but I settled for it. I was offered a home phone for 3 months free if I signed a 2 yr contract. that nsounded goot yill o got my bill and found a 36 dollar activaction fee that I was never told about. plus the 20 dollar fee for 1 of 3 free months of service. seems the sales girl Sarah either didn't know what she was doing or flat out lied to me... stay away from this store and this sales person

Resigned at this store and the insurance was not added. Broke my s4 a week later and was assure by rep that i had it. after extended phone time and persistance i got it covered. now my bill should have my employer discount, they even offered me discounts on accesories the day i renewed. it is not on 90 days later. like sprint but the salesman really hosed me over.

The very worst. DO NOT GO HERE.. Drive the extra miles to go to a real store.... I waited two weeks on my phone to come in only to be told then that I needed to make an insurance claim.. You mean to tell me that i waited 3hours on a tech to order a new phone and 2weeks on it to come in for them to tell me to make an insurance claim. The worst customer service ever..RUDE... I've never had such a horrible customer service anywhere... I would rather cut my feet off then go back in that location.

Awful

SCHEDULED (key word there) a repair on the Sprint website for a specific time on Sunday 6/15/13 at this store. Walked in, only to find out that they don't have a repair person there on Sundays. Ok, mistakes happen. But guy at counter wasn't concerned that Sprint was inconveniencing customers, wouldn't even apologize, sat there with a smug look as if to say "too bad for you". Will never go back here, and neither should you.

I work at Sprint and can tell you that you can call into Sprint Customer Service and file a complaint against the store and especially the manager. I can tell you it really annoys me to hear stories like this. There needs to be a some type of personality screening process.

Every time I have to stop by and have something adjusted or diagnosed, the guys there are top notch. Anyone one of them is very knowledgable and extremely friendly. Rude Management

Very rude customer service. Waited a month and a half for a part to my phone to come in and continued to go in to remind them (4 times in the store and 4 phone calls). I was told each time "oh we must have given it to someone else, we'll call you when it comes in again". After a month and a half, I was yelled at, forced out the door, and threatened about my job (I work next door). The manager is very rude and has no problem treating customers with no respect. That same day I was threatened and forced out the door I went to a different location, had the part replaced in 5 minutes... Not a month and a half. Wouldn't recommend doing business with this location.

I can not say enough about the superior service this group gives. They spend time with you, explaining in detail about phones, choices and plans. They go the extra mile in service. Kevin, the store manager is awesome as well as his support staff including Jodi, Brian and Shaun. They have all helped me, my family and several friends extending their expertise and good service. I have interacted with each of these individuals on several occasions and have left completely satisfied. I highly recommend this team if you choose Sprint, which I also recommend on a customer service basis.

I've been a long time customer of US cellular and recently decided to change over to sprint after repetetive bad customer service and horrible phone issues. I must say switching to sprint was amazing after visiting the store by wireless revolution at 2846 s business dr, Sheboygan. Nikolas was absolutely a delight to deal with and very punctual in his customer service, furthermore he was a professional and true icon to represent the cellular industry. Amazzzzzzing experience. I love sprint.

I went to that store multiple times, never had a positive experience...

The first time they charged me to transfer the contacts from a phone to the other ($15). Later I found out it is a free service in any other Sprint store. The second time the guy at the front desk screamed at me in a really nasty and disreapectful way "I am busy with someone else".... It was definitively the worse experience I have ever had in a store. I will never go back to that place. I could continue but I think this is enough for you to avoid that store and just drive a little Longer to find another one

Went to this store and staff named jayden was very helpful and knowledgable. To make a long story short..its tower problems..not my phone..she was able to get me compensation from sprint. If you want good service with staff who knows what they are talking about and will go through extra effort to keep you satisfied. Go here.

I went in to pay a bill. There were two people already being helped by two people working. There was another person working who just continued to walk around the store and refused to help me. Then when I finally got him to help. I told him I needed to pay a bill and he said ok and then asked me if I had ever paid in this store before. I said no and he told me it had to be cash AND there was an extra fee. WHAT A SCAM!!!!! How can you not pay a bill in a store!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I HATE SPRINT. Nothing but problems!

Disappointed!

After 11 years of with Sprint, I have reached an impasse. I had the worst experience, the service was poor, the CSR seemed unknowledgeable, and was rude. When management was requested to remediate the issues and concerns, it felt like the seeming personal friendship between the management and the CSR, took precedence over my concerns and needs. I left disappointed and disillusioned, fortunately another Sprint store was able to help without significant problem. Needless to say, The Knox Abbot store will never see me again, I would rather change service providers. I hope that this was an off day for them, but that does not change my experience.

I highly suggest people don't go through this third party sprint store. The representatives don't know what their talking about and make promises that don't follow through. One of the workers told me when I signed up that I'd expect to pay around 100 dollars, making it clear myself I could not afford more. I went to the store yesterday to upgrade to the new iPhone 5. Eli was the guy that helped me. Treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. I just purchased the Samsung Galaxy S3, and was not informed that the price of this will drop from $199 to $99 when the S4 releases next month (a representative from Sprint had to inform me of this, after it was too late). The salesperson acted on his own behalf, and not the best interest of the customer by not informing me of the approaching price drop. Now I am out $100 that I could have potentially saved by waiting A FEW SHORT WEEKS. I did not need to purchase a new phone- my old one worked just fine. I simply wanted to upgrade. Florence Sprint on Mall Road will NEVER have my family's service again. Thank you for nothing!

I went to this store about two weeks ago, looking to upgrade my phone. I did my research on models before going into the store. The manager asked if he could help me, I told him I was looking to upgrade my phone and I was looking at a certain model. I felt he was not listening to what I wanted, instead he kept talking up the iPhone which he had. I'm sure it's a good phone however, it's not what I wanted. He kept talking about it and I felt he was trying to push me into getting one. Needless to say I left with out a new phone. As a manager you should listen to the customer, and set examples of good customer service for your employees and guest in your store. Instead of going off of your own personal likes about a certain phone.

Horrible Customer Service. Basically, they cant help you at this location if your phone is not working. A couple of months ago the store replaced my defected phone. Now, my speaker is out so I cant hear anyone and I was told it does not have warranty. In addition, the guy was sarcastic saying "I'm just the middle man. I'm a consumer just like you." So basically tough. I am done with Sprint. They are so nice when you sign up but as soon as your an existing customer of 3 years, your no longer important.

I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years.I have been service by several sprint stores and there are only two that I feel comfortable referring family and friend to. There was one in Clinton, Md that was remodel and the staff was replace. So was the service. Now there is only one. It's in Capitol Heights, Md. I very pleased with the service and concern the staff has for their customers. They go the extra mile to make sure the customers are satisfied. They also know their product.In closing. I just wanted to write a quick note to say thanks to the gentlemen working in this Sprint store. They are extremely courteous and helpful. I have had a couple of minor issues with my phone the past couple of weeks and they have gone out of their way to help me. They fixed the problem 2x with no charge to me. Unlike the Tanger Store who told me there was nothing they could do for me. I have been using this store for a couple of years now and always find myself going back to them for sales and service. Thanks again guys I really appreciate it!

false advertisement

I can get the same phone at Walmart for $100 cheaper. On there signs next to every phone it says price match guaranteed. I ask the representative why it says they price match. He says well we do 90% of the time. I said well then your signs shouldnt say price match guaranteed. The verizon salesman says well I would but then I wouldnt get a bonus. I will be taking my business else where.

Billing?Customer Service

The worst experience I have had in my entire life. Very bad customer service, rude and obnoxious. They charged twice for the same bill and they said they are trying to wait and see. What are they waiting for. The never get back to you. I have lodged a complaint with the main office. But I would totally wanna see this place close. Because they are making sprint look bad.

Great Service

I went to switch my family over to Sprint and experienced great, quick, friendly service. I was unsure about leaving AT&T until the manager showed me that all my work sites were covered. I now have the iphone 5 and experience no network problems. I will gladly return to this store with any of my needs as I already know that I will experience the best service Sprint can offer. I'd definitely recommend stopping by this store.

Not very helpful, just nasty!

Meriden store not very helpful, in fact I would say nasty! Asked if they would down load my contacts from OLD Nextel phone and they refused because I didn't buy a new phone from sprint! Southington Sprint store said it would be no problem just bring it in.

Excellent Service

I have never been so impressed with a Sprint store in all my years of having service with the company. I usually go in and deal with the Assistant Manager (Josh) because no matter what I come in for he is always more than enthusiastic to help me. I went in to have my phone looked at a few months after being purchased and he not only corrected the issue but took the time to sit down and show me which setting it was that had been altered and was causing my phone to have the problem. Its employees like Josh that keep me with this company.

This store was amazing! I went in there not having a clue on where I lost my phone, they helped me track it and then i found it. My son upgraded his phone the same day and was very happy with the service and the hospitality. Best Sprint store!

Review for: Sprint in Roanoke, VA

Question

I was told that I would be notified if I went over my 450 whatever they are called minutes. I have not been notified. I received a text, phone call and beeps constantly that I owe an astronomical amount of money other than my regular bill which has already been paid. No NOTIFICATION of over limit. How come? All my records show Paid in full, however now they say I am being frustrated with the service I am receiving. I would like to know, since Sprint said totally opposite, I am now on the phone if this is not reconciled I will be leaving Sprint. Sprint said Nationwide is not on my plan! That I do not have unlimited coverage for calls and everything I thought I had I do not have. I would like either Marvin or Doug Martin to call me to rectify my understanding - There is no reason for these charges to be on my bill. If neither of these people can call me I would like a supervisor.

Bad Service

My best friend and I walked in to talk about getting a contract together. We ask the lady how much it would be for two people. But she had to stop talking first, which made us feel strange. When she answered our question, she said it very rudely and, by he entire character, implying for us to just leave already. I don't expect much, but it was very unpleasant, and I can say I'll never go to that particular Sprint store again.
