I went to this Sprint Store today to, perhaps, get a new Smartphone. Until today, I have had no problems. Today was a different story. There was only 1 employee in the store to serve 4 customers. I consider this non-existent customer service, and will be taking my business elsewhere. As a note, I have been dealing with this Sprint store since 1997.

They set the right expectation , very friendly sales person and different than other sprint stores . I definitely recommend this store .

I went into this store for an upgrade and that in itself was a mess but I settled for it. I was offered a home phone for 3 months free if I signed a 2 yr contract. that nsounded goot yill o got my bill and found a 36 dollar activaction fee that I was never told about. plus the 20 dollar fee for 1 of 3 free months of service. seems the sales girl Sarah either didn't know what she was doing or flat out lied to me... stay away from this store and this sales person
Resigned at this store and the insurance was not added. Broke my s4 a week later and was assure by rep that i had it. after extended phone time and persistance i got it covered. now my bill should have my employer discount, they even offered me discounts on accesories the day i renewed. it is not on 90 days later. like sprint but the salesman really hosed me over.
The very worst. DO NOT GO HERE.. Drive the extra miles to go to a real store.... I waited two weeks on my phone to come in only to be told then that I needed to make an insurance claim.. You mean to tell me that i waited 3hours on a tech to order a new phone and 2weeks on it to come in for them to tell me to make an insurance claim. The worst customer service ever..RUDE... I've never had such a horrible customer service anywhere... I would rather cut my feet off then go back in that location.

SCHEDULED (key word there) a repair on the Sprint website for a specific time on Sunday 6/15/13 at this store. Walked in, only to find out that they don't have a repair person there on Sundays. Ok, mistakes happen. But guy at counter wasn't concerned that Sprint was inconveniencing customers, wouldn't even apologize, sat there with a smug look as if to say "too bad for you". Will never go back here, and neither should you.

tried to go in & make a pymnt IN THE STORE and was told that they charge a FEE to take a pymnt IN THE STORE!!!!! what kind of BS customer service charges to take a pymnt when trying to pay cash!!!. now i understand a fee to pay by credit card or over the phone, but NOT IN THE STORE!!!! i will not re-fur any one i know. in fact after 10yrs of service i am starting to look for a new service who will not change their plans, fees & taxes when they feel like it

I work at Sprint and can tell you that you can call into Sprint Customer Service and file a complaint against the store and especially the manager. I can tell you it really annoys me to hear stories like this. There needs to be a some type of personality screening process.

Every time I have to stop by and have something adjusted or diagnosed, the guys there are top notch. Anyone one of them is very knowledgable and extremely friendly. They are very professional as well! They know what needs to be done and in a very timely manor, my phone is fixed and I am on my way. Thank you sprint repair men!!!!
Very rude customer service. Waited a month and a half for a part to my phone to come in and continued to go in to remind them (4 times in the store and 4 phone calls). I was told each time "oh we must have given it to someone else, we'll call you when it comes in again". After a month and a half, I was yelled at, forced out the door, and threatened about my job (I work next door). The manager is very rude and has no problem treating customers with no respect. That same day I was threatened and forced out the door I went to a different location, had the part replaced in 5 minutes... Not a month and a half. Wouldn't recommend doing business with this location.
Just recently bought a phone from them, and I have no service out where I live I'm constantly running on extended network(roaming) Would of been nice if they told me sprint didn't covered where I live, now I'm stuck with a phone that Im Paying two years for service and don't even have sevice
I can not say enough about the superior service this group gives. They spend time with you, explaining in detail about phones, choices and plans. They go the extra mile in service. Kevin, the store manager is awesome as well as his support staff including Jodi, Brian and Shaun. They have all helped me, my family and several friends extending their expertise and good service. I have interacted with each of these individuals on several occasions and have left completely satisfied. I highly recommend this team if you choose Sprint, which I also recommend on a customer service basis.
I went in to purchase a phone staff was very friendly knowledgeable. They activated my phone as well as set up my apple id down loaded my contacts. I was extremely satisfied with the service.
I really enjoyed my time at this sprint location. I had an issue with my phone but the service manager there was able to spot the issue within a heartbeat. The employees their ensured that i was getting everything taken care. I recommend this store 10/10 for me.
This store sucks! I just went in here to get help with my iPhone because it just deleted all my contacts. The guy was clueless! He said, "I'm not sure what it could be." Then why the hell are you working here!!!
These guys up at this store are amazing. Usually I hate going to phone stores because it takes too long to get stuff transferred over from other phones or I get simple and stupid answers. But these guys know their stuff 100% and I've never had a single problem with them. I would strongly suggest going here if you need something done with Sprint.

I've been a long time customer of US cellular and recently decided to change over to sprint after repetetive bad customer service and horrible phone issues. I must say switching to sprint was amazing after visiting the store by wireless revolution at 2846 s business dr, Sheboygan. Nikolas was absolutely a delight to deal with and very punctual in his customer service, furthermore he was a professional and true icon to represent the cellular industry. Amazzzzzzing experience. I love sprint.

I went to the sprint store today April 27, 2013, and I asked to what I needed to do to get my phone fixed,and then I stood around for 15 minutes while the guy helping me,helped others, and he couldn't answer my single question.
I had a awesome experience I switched from u.s cellular due to them going out of business so I had a opportunity to switch to switch esly helped me it took 15 mins to port my number I walked out of there with goid expetations and was satisfied john was awesome to esly had a absolute customer service skills she really educated me on there service and she didn't give up I really thought sprint wasn't good but esly convinced me the reasons that sprint was a good choice on top of they bought back my phone and I didn't loose out the were awesome
I went to that store multiple times, never had a positive experience...
The first time they charged me to transfer the contacts from a phone to the other ($15). Later I found out it is a free service in any other Sprint store. The second time the guy at the front desk screamed at me in a really nasty and disreapectful way "I am busy with someone else".... It was definitively the worse experience I have ever had in a store. I will never go back to that place. I could continue but I think this is enough for you to avoid that store and just drive a little Longer to find another one
Best customer service I've ever gotten from any store. Had issues with my phone unable to receive text and calls. Spoke with a representative over the phone and no help. Went to this store and staff named jayden was very helpful and knowledgable. To make a long story short..its tower problems..not my phone..she was able to get me compensation from sprint. If you want good service with staff who knows what they are talking about and will go through extra effort to keep you satisfied. Go here.

this store will tell you , that you need to buy an accessory in order to get the phone or that any accessory comes free with the phone, but that is never the case, they just add it to your receipt and tell you the total . stay away from this store. they are all hustlers

The technicians in this store go way above and beyond what they are required to do for you. They are amazing. No price gouging at all. Very experienced and can fix anything it seems and will work with you. I HIGHLY recommend this excellent Sprint store.

I went in to pay a bill. There were two people already being helped by two people working. There was another person working who just continued to walk around the store and refused to help me. Then when I finally got him to help. I told him I needed to pay a bill and he said ok and then asked me if I had ever paid in this store before. I said no and he told me it had to be cash AND there was an extra fee. WHAT A SCAM!!!!! How can you not pay a bill in a store!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I HATE SPRINT. Nothing but problems!

Went into this store (on 10 April 13 Wed) to upgrade to Galaxy Note2 and had a great experience! Emily answered all questions and was extremely helpful. She had us checked out and activated in under 30 minutes! I was impressed. I'm used to an hour or two. Thank you Emily! Highly recommend this store and Emily!

After 11 years of with Sprint, I have reached an impasse. I had the worst experience, the service was poor, the CSR seemed unknowledgeable, and was rude. When management was requested to remediate the issues and concerns, it felt like the seeming personal friendship between the management and the CSR, took precedence over my concerns and needs. I left disappointed and disillusioned, fortunately another Sprint store was able to help without significant problem. Needless to say, The Knox Abbot store will never see me again, I would rather change service providers. I hope that this was an off day for them, but that does not change my experience.

This Sprint store renewed my faith once more in Sprint. They were exceptional and gave me the best service I could ever hope for... Honest Courteous,and professionalism second to none!!! Wish I could give ten stars. Highly recommend this Sprint location.

I highly suggest people don't go through this third party sprint store. The representatives don't know what their talking about and make promises that don't follow through. One of the workers told me when I signed up that I'd expect to pay around 100 dollars, making it clear myself I could not afford more. Come the following month I got charged double having to pay 280 because of the false information. Poor service and horrible knowledge be careful when dealing with these people

I went to this store to buy a phone. I was met with indifference and sarcasm by the customer service providers. Naturally I left. Sprint must be doing great business to be so unconcerned with the quality of the employees that sell there goods.
I went to the store yesterday to upgrade to the new iPhone 5. Eli was the guy that helped me. The store was packed and he was able to help me along with 3 other people without a blink of an eye and you didn't even know he was not just doing your stuff. He was so informative, polite, professional with a great personality. I usually get aggregated when there's a large crowd but he kept you informed with exactly what was going on. I can not say enough positive things about Eli and my experience at the store
Brian is the best business minded guy I have met at a sprint store. If it were not for him working with my employees and myself for the past several years I would not still be a sprint customer. He and his staff are always quick to take care of our issues and will go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need.
Customer service at this location is the worst. There are three associates working, I approached one who told me he was off the clock and that one of the other associates would help in a couple min however I sat around for 45 min before one of the other associates even spoke to me even though he walked past twice...finally the original associate who was off the clock helped answer my questions...wtf
OMG!! This store was so awesome helping me, I was having trouble with my phone and went in to the sprint store on center st and they really went to bat for me trying everything they could to fix the problem finally this awesome sales guy named Mike Walsh had to sell me a brand new iphone but I was able to trade in my old phone and only had to pay a few bucks for the iphone 5
Sprint caters to new sales only, after that if you have problems they pretty much leave you hanging by telling you they can't help you.

Treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. I just purchased the Samsung Galaxy S3, and was not informed that the price of this will drop from $199 to $99 when the S4 releases next month (a representative from Sprint had to inform me of this, after it was too late). The salesperson acted on his own behalf, and not the best interest of the customer by not informing me of the approaching price drop. Now I am out $100 that I could have potentially saved by waiting A FEW SHORT WEEKS. I did not need to purchase a new phone- my old one worked just fine. I simply wanted to upgrade. Florence Sprint on Mall Road will NEVER have my family's service again. Thank you for nothing!
i would never bother going to another sprint store unless im in another state with a major phone issue. i love the fact these guys know what their talking about, amazingly fast and they know their stuff! He Explained the difference between android and iphone and showed me first hand how to use most of my features before i even walked out, Love this store!
me and my wife went to this store about a year ago and everything and anything we've ever needed we've gon right back to this location. we used to go to the corportate store on 14 mile and john r and the experiance there made us want to leave the carrier period! i upgraded our phones and the people were so polite, they took the time to explain everything i needed to know about my phones and plans. theres not many people there, so its always a pretty quick thing to stop by on my ride home.
Ok, so I decided to make the switch from AT&T to Sprint and I am totally happy with their service. I had a few question going in but the staff was knowlegeable and helpful so I decided to finally make the switch. Thank you for all your help Wireless Choice.
Two words: amazing service! The staff was nice and informative that is combination that is hard to find nowadays. Oliver was really knowledgeable andnot a pushy sales person, God knows I hate when sales person are too pushy. This is now my go to store for any cellular issues I may encounter in the future.
I would suggest that you make the trip to another Sprint store as you will get sub-par service and if you have a bad temper you will likely want to knock someone out.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!! 5 hours they had my phone and apparently all they did nothing. I think they were too busy playing games on their phone. Now I have to go back again, waste more time and gas to go supervise the over-grown children that work there.

I went to this store about two weeks ago, looking to upgrade my phone. I did my research on models before going into the store. The manager asked if he could help me, I told him I was looking to upgrade my phone and I was looking at a certain model. I felt he was not listening to what I wanted, instead he kept talking up the iPhone which he had. I'm sure it's a good phone however, it's not what I wanted. He kept talking about it and I felt he was trying to push me into getting one. Needless to say I left with out a new phone. As a manager you should listen to the customer, and set examples of good customer service for your employees and guest in your store. Instead of going off of your own personal likes about a certain phone.
I've had no issues with this store. They are very informative and speedy service. Dunno about the guy talking about his iPhone 4 and charger.... Shouldnt of left your charger at work dumbass.

Horrible Customer Service. Basically, they cant help you at this location if your phone is not working. A couple of months ago the store replaced my defected phone. Now, my speaker is out so I cant hear anyone and I was told it does not have warranty. In addition, the guy was sarcastic saying "I'm just the middle man. I'm a consumer just like you." So basically tough. I am done with Sprint. They are so nice when you sign up but as soon as your an existing customer of 3 years, your no longer important.
This store is so easy to get in and out! The staff is very helpful and answers all my questions! This will be the only Sprint I go to from now on! I pay my bill with cash and do not mind the fee. It's easy and worth it!
I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years.I have been service by several sprint stores and there are only two that I feel comfortable referring family and friend to. There was one in Clinton, Md that was remodel and the staff was replace. So was the service. Now there is only one. It's in Capitol Heights, Md. I very pleased with the service and concern the staff has for their customers. They go the extra mile to make sure the customers are satisfied. They also know their product.In closing. I won't everyone to feel what great customer service is all about.I am starting to fill the real Sprint experience only again. Keep up the great work.
I have been going to this sprint store for many years and there have been 2 gentlemen (brad) and (josh) working there since i have been going there they are great. They always provide me with the best service and I am in and out quickly and always happy. Whoever wrote the bad reviews under me deserve to be penetrated by a wolverines claws and then beat with a bag of soap bars i hope the worst for you two people in life go live in russia or something you Comunist turd burgulars

I went into the sprint of highland a few days ago and I was treated so good, the employees treat every customer like they are family, they took amazing care of me and the manager i believe his name was John was just great he made sure i was very happy before i left, i recomand everyone to go there it is the best sprint store i have ever been too.

I just wanted to write a quick note to say thanks to the gentlemen working in this Sprint store. They are extremely courteous and helpful. I have had a couple of minor issues with my phone the past couple of weeks and they have gone out of their way to help me. They fixed the problem 2x with no charge to me. Unlike the Tanger Store who told me there was nothing they could do for me. I have been using this store for a couple of years now and always find myself going back to them for sales and service. Thanks again guys I really appreciate it!
I can get the same phone at Walmart for $100 cheaper. On there signs next to every phone it says price match guaranteed. I ask the representative why it says they price match. He says well we do 90% of the time. I said well then your signs shouldnt say price match guaranteed. The verizon salesman says well I would but then I wouldnt get a bonus. I will be taking my business else where.
The worst experience I have had in my entire life. Very bad customer service, rude and obnoxious. They charged twice for the same bill and they said they are trying to wait and see. What are they waiting for. The never get back to you. I have lodged a complaint with the main office. But I would totally wanna see this place close. Because they are making sprint look bad.

I went to switch my family over to Sprint and experienced great, quick, friendly service. I was unsure about leaving AT&T until the manager showed me that all my work sites were covered. I now have the iphone 5 and experience no network problems. I will gladly return to this store with any of my needs as I already know that I will experience the best service Sprint can offer. I'd definitely recommend stopping by this store.
Meriden store not very helpful, in fact I would say nasty! Asked if they would down load my contacts from OLD Nextel phone and they refused because I didn't buy a new phone from sprint! Southington Sprint store said it would be no problem just bring it in.

I have never been so impressed with a Sprint store in all my years of having service with the company. I usually go in and deal with the Assistant Manager (Josh) because no matter what I come in for he is always more than enthusiastic to help me. I went in to have my phone looked at a few months after being purchased and he not only corrected the issue but took the time to sit down and show me which setting it was that had been altered and was causing my phone to have the problem. Its employees like Josh that keep me with this company.
This store was amazing! I went in there not having a clue on where I lost my phone, they helped me track it and then i found it. My son upgraded his phone the same day and was very happy with the service and the hospitality. Best Sprint store!

I was told that I would be notified if I went over my 450 whatever they are called minutes. I have not been notified. I received a text, phone call and beeps constantly that I owe an astronomical amount of money other than my regular bill which has already been paid. No NOTIFICATION of over limit. How come? All my records show Paid in full, however now they say I am being frustrated with the service I am receiving. I would like to know, since Sprint said totally opposite, I am now on the phone if this is not reconciled I will be leaving Sprint. Sprint said Nationwide is not on my plan! That I do not have unlimited coverage for calls and everything I thought I had I do not have. I would like either Marvin or Doug Martin to call me to rectify my understanding - There is no reason for these charges to be on my bill. If neither of these people can call me I would like a supervisor.
My best friend and I walked in to talk about getting a contract together. We ask the lady how much it would be for two people. But she had to stop talking first, which made us feel strange. When she answered our question, she said it very rudely and, by he entire character, implying for us to just leave already. I don't expect much, but it was very unpleasant, and I can say I'll never go to that particular Sprint store again.
