Satisfied Customer

I was somewhat hesitant to go to this store because of several negative reviews, however, I personally had a wonderful experience. Upon entering the store I was greeted with smiles by several staff members. I explained the problem I was having with my phone and that I was a little pressed for time. They had a tech who eas available and got to work right away. My phone is now fixed and I haven't had any problems with it since. The store was clean the staff was friendly and I'm very happy with my experience.

The service in the store was better then any sprint store I have ever been in. The prices were great and the manager made me feel like I was walking into my home. Great store. Highly recommended.

Did have what I needed or wanted.

Could not accommodate what I wanted and needed in a cell phone. Suggested I might find what I wanted at another store. They were correct. I ordered online a new phone and leather case which is what I wanted for less money than the price of the new phone in-store in Wentzville. They lost a customer which is a shame. I would rather support the local economy.

Don't do it! Go somewhere else!

Horrible customer service. I purchased 3 iPhones from them about 4 months ago. I left my charger at work 45 minutes away and they wouldn't even let me charge my phone. The representative told me that I had to buy a new charger. I will never go there or buy a phone from them ever again.

Just be honest

long story short I dropped my phone and it cracked at 6 in the pm just prior to heading out of town. I went to the store and was told that they could not sell me a new phone unless i added a line for 30 a month for two years. this made no since to me as i had the money for a phone and was a sprint customer. after going back and forth i purchased the phone. i later found out that becuase they were not a corporate store they were unable to just sell a phone. that is not a huge deal, but today when i saw my bill there were a ton of charges that were told to me would not be there. My activation fee was there and so were the prorated cost fo the month of December. Just to mention i did not ask for these to be waived, they told me it was part of their promotion. when i called sprint to ask about this issue i was told there is nothing they can do?? To sum it up, they were friendly but very dishonest about what services they had an offered product. I would not recommend going to this store unless you are in a real tight spot. go to a corporate store where they have more options and employees are held to a higher standard of ethics

cash???

I went into the store to pay my bill and was told I could only pay with cash. There is a sign on the door that shows they accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. I was also charged a $5.00 "convenience" fee for paying with cash. I really didn't think about it until I got home. I will be returning to the store to discuss this matter with the manager today. RIDICULOUS

Deplorable...

After my wife got hung up on 3 times, we went there to try and clear things up. First, the employee was insanely rude and cocky. Next, the customer he was with started yelling at me and my pregnant wife, no employees stepped in to tell the guy to calm down. We ended up leaving before someone did something stupid. Hands down, worst business I have ever walked into. I would never consider stepping foot in there again.

NOT a corporate store!

Be warned this is a 3rd party store. I bought a phone and it broke on the 14th day. I went in to have it replaced and they won't fix it. They said I broke it and I DID NOT break it. They are not connected with the corporate store. I am up a creek without a paddle. I have to go through them to do anything and they aren't going to help. I was unaware they were a 3rd party store. If I had know I wouldn't of bought anything there. Now I have to pay out of my pocket to have it fixed. Even though it was in the first 14 days and I didn't break it. Please go to a corporate store to do ANYTHING. If in doubt ask.

Go somewhere else!

Extremely rude and disrespectful worker. Told one thing by one worker, then told something else by another. Not being on the same page cost me two hours of my life I will never get back. The aggravation included a worker who was rude and called out his colleague for not knowing what was correct. Yet, did nothing to rectify the situation.

The Best Sprint Store Ever

Andy, the Sprint guy is awesome. He is knowledgeable, helpful, funny and patient! It is the one store I actually enjoy going into. This store is a must for any Sprint customer, or someone who is thinking about becoming a Sprint customer. I stick with Sprint because I know I can go into that store, and all my questions will be answered, and problems solved!

awesome store

I came into this sprint store last week to add a line to my account. The sales rep (Matt) who was helping me was awesome. He set up my kids phone for her and made sure everything was just how she wanted. They are much kinder and easier to work with then the other stores in the area. What I understand from being there is that they have quite the customer base and I am happy to say I am now part of that.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - They sold us defective phones and we tried to return or exchange them 9 days later to which they would not honor the 14 day return policy. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would recommend to avoid this store (and think twice about their service all together).

Review for: Sprint in Jacksonville, FL

They said Free, then wanted 2 charge me $70.

Went into store to get 4G hotspot to replace my 3G hotspot. Salesperson described the benefits of having a hotspot in the iPhone. I was interested and became convinced that having an iPhone with 4G hotspot would fit my needs. BUT, since I had been lied to in the past by cellular salespeople, both my wife and I asked her several times if we could return the phones if we did not like them at NO COST. She said we had 14 days to make up our minds - no charge.

After finding out how S L O W iPhones are on the Sprint network, we returned them less than 48 hours later. As we got to the end of the return process, John Plat, the Store Manager told us it would be a $35 "recycling" fee for each phone or a TOTAL of $70. He stood firm on this, even though his employee had misrepresented the iPhone by describing Android hotspot features and ascribing them to the iPhone and had told us we would get our money back without mentioning the arbitrary $35 recycling fee. Turns out the contract said "may be charged" NOT would be charged.

Fortunately the owner came in as I was on the telephone describing the misrepresentation to Sprint corporate. He said that of course they would not charge us the $70 fee. Word to the wise - CALL SPRINT if you want to upgrade your phone or service. They told me IF I had bought the phones from them, there would not have been any problem AND NO CHARGE,

Finally Google "fastest iPhone" and "fastest hotspot". Verizon is up to 10 times faster for a hotspot and 6 times faster for an iPhone. I have been a Sprint customer since 1976 - but 5 Star Cellular (the vendor posing as a Sprint Store) has made it possible for me to forget any remaining loyalty I had to Sprint.

Scam and Crook

lure customer to get a new plan without telling the true cost of it and start activation new line without owner consent and acknowledge. Untruthful and unreliable every word that came out of salepersons. Salespeople try to get you a sneaky way to open up new account and new phone line. Unprofessional and do nothing after complaint, bouncing around the mistakes to the next staffs, even the manager doesn't care or give a dam to fix the problem. Let it float and became cost to customer. Crook.

Scam

I purchased a new Iphone 4S for $200, which was what the manager offered me when my EVO 3D screen died and could not be repaired. He then told me to go to the Apple store to purchase the $100 protection plan. After going to the Apple store I not only found out I was sold an Iphone 4 instead of a 4S, but I was also told I could not purchase the protection plan on this phone because it was a used phone and not a new phone like I was told. I went back to Sprint to talk to them about this and they refused to do anything for me and actually went as far as telling me to leave.

They lost my $600 phone

I have never been so disappointed with a store in my life. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (a $600 phone) from this location on 11/21/12 and paid an extra 10 bucks to have it sent to me overnight. Seven full days later and I still do not have my phone. I have had to go into the store several times this week and have spent countless hours with them over the phone. I once waited a full 35mins on hold with their staff before speaking to a single person. They now believe that my phone was either lost in the mail or was stolen on my front porch. I tried to get them to track my order to see where it was and told me they "lost the tracking number" and are going to "give me another phone out of pocket." I have been going this location for over a few years now and have had fairly good service in the past. With that being said, I am utterly amazed by how badly this purchase has gone so far. Hopefully they can get the second phone to me within a couple days.

Service with an attitude

Went in to get my phone replaced under protection plan, only to receive one in worse physical condition and obviously pre-owned by a smoker. Asked to switch back to my old phone and this is when the attitude starts to flare. Now I am the pest for not wanting to take junk? I had better service from a street vendor in New York City. Not a professionally run place. Stay the heck away!

Watch out for the fees! Sale person will tell you activation fees are waived, then you will be hit by Sprint's bill, and neither store nor Sprint will honor what was promised since no one "remembered" saying that.

Somewhat rude

I walked into this sprint store because I was eligible for an upgrade in a few days and I had a few questions. I went in and stood by the counter waiting for someone to come and greet me but they just sat in the back watching a movie on their computer. I had to raise my voice and get their attention.

I had asked if they had the S3, and what kind of upgrades were available and whatnot. They proceeded to give me a short answer of "No" and "Come back when you're eligible". and simply WALKED AWAY!

I was pretty stunned that this happened and I simply went somewhere else.

What a joke..

I've owned my phone two months now. Already something in the programing has caused it to lose half of it's funtions and memory. I took the phone a sprint store closer to my home who directed me to this store for repairs. I dropped the phone off being told I could get it back the next day, that they would call when it was done. Two days later when I finally get someone to answer the phone they told me they had decided to order me a new one the day I had left it with them, but no one called me. I had to come in for them to order the new phone and it was supposed to be in four days later. After again I hadn't heard anything on day six I called them, it had come in four days prior! Not only do these people have no customer service skills, they are just plain lazy! When confronted they just shrug it off. Sprint customer service in general is pathetic. I run business and if I caught any of my guys treating people like these people do they'd lose their job. I'll be back to ATT as soon as possible!
