Lack of Business

Wish I would've read the reviews before I went here. I don't even know why this store is open. They should start giving out phones for people to use until the other one get in since it don't come in on time..I've been without a phone for over a week. Suppose to be 3-5 days though? Oh. Then when you call the employees seem so unconcerned and hesitant to answer questions. I'm just a very concerned customer who would like to have their phone anytime now.

The very worst. DO NOT GO HERE.. Drive the extra miles to go to a real store.... I waited two weeks on my phone to come in only to be told then that I needed to make an insurance claim.. You mean to tell me that i waited 3hours on a tech to order a new phone and 2weeks on it to come in for them to tell me to make an insurance claim. The worst customer service ever..RUDE... I've never had such a horrible customer service anywhere... I would rather cut my feet off then go back in that location.

Cease and Desist

Manager needs to stop uninvited use of my cell phone number to seek a date...not interested...insulted as a man!

After 11 years of with Sprint, I have reached an impasse. I had the worst experience, the service was poor, the CSR seemed unknowledgeable, and was rude. When management was requested to remediate the issues and concerns, it felt like the seeming personal friendship between the management and the CSR, took precedence over my concerns and needs. I left disappointed and disillusioned, fortunately another Sprint store was able to help without significant problem. Needless to say, The Knox Abbot store will never see me again, I would rather change service providers. I hope that this was an off day for them, but that does not change my experience.
