I went to this store about two weeks ago, looking to upgrade my phone. I did my research on models before going into the store. The manager asked if he could help me, I told him I was looking to upgrade my phone and I was looking at a certain model. I felt he was not listening to what I wanted, instead he kept talking up the iPhone which he had. I'm sure it's a good phone however, it's not what I wanted. He kept talking about it and I felt he was trying to push me into getting one. Needless to say I left with out a new phone. As a manager you should listen to the customer, and set examples of good customer service for your employees and guest in your store. Instead of going off of your own personal likes about a certain phone.
